Very poor after sale service. I selected one neck piece from senco pitampura on 25th sep nd made 70percent payment nd senco staff assured me that the product will come from calcutta within 15 days...but it is more than a month i have not received any message nd call from th Senco . Whenever am calling them to check about my product the smart salesperson says i will update you in 2 hours nd even after 250 hours i have not received any call... I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from senco pitampura They have a very casual approach towards the delivery of product and no responsible person is available who can handle customer satisfactorily... I will now take this issue to Senco Calcutta.. lets hope i will get any reply from them... Senco please refund my advance money if you are not able to handle my order.. V pasricha, delhi

VERY POOR REFUND POLICY, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AFTER AGREED EVERY TERMS CASH WILL IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHEN A WEEK, 4% LESS ON 22CT. RATE EVEN THEN WE WAITED FOR 3 HOURS TO FULL FILLED THE FORMALITIES EXCUSAST MY DAY

Poor product quality and very poor customer service. I Would suggest to go someplace else rather than wasting your money here.

Don't go for the ambiance of the place. The after sale support of this store is worst. For so many stores they only have a single workshop and a single worker working on your damaged products at Lajpat Nagar. They are not able to meet the timeline given to you for restoration if he is on leave, they don't have any backup for that. Also if the item has to be sent to Calcutta office it takes over an month for item to be fixed. That timeline is also not fixed, they took over 2 weeks extra for that too citing auditing issues and we were not informed of this delay up until we called and asked if our item has arrived or not after completion of the month.
