Great store with nice options in every department. The killer for me was the “ gender inclusive” dressing rooms. Really? We need to include a man in the stall right next to me while I try on a bra? That’s not gender inclusive. That’s actually gender exclusive. I feel excluded in that consideration. I did not feel comfortable at all. In fact I felt vulnerable and it made me quite upset. Nordstrom, do you have any women in loved in this decision? Have any of them ever been nearly naked in a dressing room that was “ gender inclusive?” It’s a joke. Separate the dressing rooms please. If not then let’s make the whole store “ gender inclusive.” Mix the men’s and women’s departments together. Put the boxer shorts with the bras, the size 10 men’s loafers next to the size 10 women’s high heels. Wait you wouldn’t do that right? Why- because gender inclusivity is not a real thing. Our bodies are different. Please get off the crazy train Nordstrom - go woke go broke

Maybe since they just opened recently, but I wasn't impressed. If I were to buy something that day, it would of been just because I didn't want to waste the trip. However, there were some nice jackets, but nothing I thought worth the price. Also...its expensive and the quality of clothes and fabric doesn't match the price. Especially since it's Nordstrom. "Rack"...very disappointed. It is close to home. After I went to Marshall's across the street and found a dress...just what I was looking for. 20.00 Not a fancy tag, but what I needed.

Store is new and clean… but when did the brands become so low? Literally if Nordstrom weren’t in the name you’d NEVER know this store was connected to the department store. I can’t imagine seeing this style of product in the main stores. Left without buying anything.

Yet again, a once AMAZING store continues to go so far downhill. I do not know who took over the Rack these past few years but it is a shell of what it once was. The brands are so odd, so cheap, so many random things, the amount of Abound and 14th and Union...NR used to feel like an extension of Nordstrom with amazing finds, great staff, and great policies…now it is on par with basically every other discount store. I had high hopes that this new location would have some unique finds but again it is random clearly outlet made items. I have written “corporate” many times trying to make them aware that whoever is leading NR is leading it into the ground. From the “new” logo to the feel of the stores…it’s just cheap and bad.

Really friendly staff. A hidden gem. Nordstrom rack always has great steals for high-end clothing, shoes, sunglasses, home goods... etc. The only thing is that it is located in a busy area of Delray. So the traffic around it is usually pretty bad, depending on the time of day you go. But it is well worth it. I always leave there with great designer things for half-price off or more, and they always have sales going on.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very negative, not only has the standard of its merchandise deteriorated, but the professionalism of its staff too. After spending 30 minutes trying to find a cotton shirt for my husband, my search was in vain. Finally, I bought a cotton tee shirt but found the security alarm was still on the item only when I came home. 😭

New Delray Location, I worked with a real gentleman named Charlie. He was pleasant helpful and made my return a breeze. I can tell he wants to be there and assist customers. How refreshing, Thanks Charlie!

Love this new store. Nicely stocked. Not too crowded yet. Plenty of parking.
