Went here to celebrate my birthday dinner with a friend. Our server Erin was AMAZING! She was very attentive and friendly, we never had to ask for a refill, she just went above and beyond. Had a wonderful experience with her. I had the clucks and fries which were amazing. Highly recommend!!

Their take out and delivery experiences are trash. This was my order, this is what I received. Didn’t receive my side or second kids meal, let alone I ordered the larger kids meal and got the small one. And the drinks aren’t even full.

One of the best gourmet burgers in US. I have tired many of their burgers like Burning Love, Royalty burger etc they are all good but love their Banzai burger. Campfire sauce, garlic aioli and sweet potato (bottomless) fries are out of this world. One of regularly visited places in Greater Lansing Area

Service there was a nightmare. Granted, I showed up last to the party I was with, but they would have mentioned that there was someone else coming. Ordered a burger, and I guess they're options are either well done or raw. I asked for a little pink, and got basically a live cow for a burger. I had no utensils, no napkins, and no refill on my drink. I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM TO GRAB PAPER TOWELS JUST SO I CAN CLEAN MY HANDS FROM THE SLIMY PINK BURGER! Our server almost had no care to come back and ask us how we were doing. But, she did manage to come back one time before we got our bill. The people in charge are either oblivious to the care some servers have, or take no pride in their job. Hard to believe that it takes one customer who has to grab towels from the bathroom for our server to realize that I didn't have anything. If Google had a zero star function, I'd click it in a heartbeat. I'll take my chances eating at Wendy's or McDonald's or Burger King with the price/quality they all have combined over "PINK ROBIN." At least next time (if there is ever a next time,) I'll be sure to choose the "not raw" burger 🤮🤮🤮

Seated promptly by a friendly greeter. Waitress was cheerful and attentive. Food was prepared and served quickly and was actually very good. Music could have been turned down a notch or two. Prices reasonable for portions served.

We had the best experience with our server, Ashley. She was the sweetest and so personable. The food is always delicious and they’ve got very agreeable pricing too. If you’ve never had the campfire sauce, you’re totally missing out! The best!!

Busy on a Sunday but the only place that I can feed the burger craving in a multitude of ways. I had The blue ribbon and she had the scorpion they are amazing! Eric our server was amazing!

I met friends for lunch & ordered the crispy chicken sandwich & sweet potatoe fries; it was delicious! We had awesome service & awesome food! We will be going back!

I will never get food from here ever again. Even if I have to wait until I go to Detroit. This is my favorite burger place. And there is only one here. They used to have great customer service. Not anymore. They don’t know what they’re doing. I came here on my birthday to get takeout and it was ruined. I got home after telling them to put only cheese on my burger. Nothing else. I didn’t check anything online. I have the proof. I can’t have all that other stuff. I have a bad reaction to lettuce. What did they do? Put lettuce and everything on it. Even mayonnaise and ketchup. First I don’t like places putting that on either. They overdo it and I don’t eat mayo on my burger. I don’t like ketchup that much!!! So I go all the way back there. Using my gas money (of course it’s expensive). Only for them to burn the burger and then I have to wait again. Did I mention, that I waited the first time after ordering for a specific time? I get my food and go home. It was disgusting. Old fries. The burger was gross and the bread was all wrong. I call and they were supposed to give me my money back in my bank account. I didn’t receive it. I talked to cooperate who gave me the wrong number. A month later I do not have my money back. And I am mad. If you are a person looking at these reviews don’t waste your time. They blame you too and I have the proof I did it online. Wasted birthday. They don’t even know how to make the food in their MENU!!! The prices went for this mess? Smh I will be reporting this to better business bureau as well.

We chose these restaurant to have a sibling get together. I drove from Redford Mi. Staff was very nice, polite, friendly. Our waitress was nice to us every offering to take pictures of us as a group.

We went on one of the busiest days of the year for RR, Veteran's Day, also my sisters Birthday. We were a party of 12. Our table was set and ready when we arrived. Our server (I wish I knew her name) was PHENOMENAL. We trickled in and she never skipped a beat. Happily serving our drinks and appetizers and then our fabulous burgers. Such a great variety. The kids went for basic cheeseburgers and I kind of wish I had too because the burger was so good the toppings weren't necessary. Fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries were on point. It was a fabulous family birthday dinner and we will definitely be back!!!

When we came in we were greeted and asked how many, then he just walked away left us standing there. I had Initially thought he was the Hostess and went to check on tables. After we were seated I saw that he was one of the wait staff. I felt profiled. The waitress that we had was not very friendly. Got my order wrong and ask us when we were done eating if we wanted refills at that point. The food was lack luster at best. The place wasn't very busy, seems like they do a better job when it's busy. I won't be in a hurry to go back.

Love this place. The Bacon Cheeseburger is my favorite. My husband got the Mushroom & Swiss. Wish we would have got a bigger table though, dishes piled up some making it pretty cluttered. But food was great as always! Update: we just went back yesterday and had terrible service. Asked for ranch for the fries twice, and still didn't get it until half way through our food, so fries were cold by the time we started eating. Took until the end of dinner to get refills, dispight the fact that my drink was empty by the time we got our food. Meanwhile, it wasn't busy & we had the perfect spot to see that the servers were standing in the kitchen chatting. Went to Lansing location specifically because it was the better location, but was very disappointed in service. Luckily, I really like their food so I will still go back.

This was my first time ordering from Red Robin, and OMG was it good. The food was blazing hot, fresh, portions are huge. Lots of restaurants could learn from them

Burgers are generous portioned and the smoked bacon is amazing. I love the onion rings along with the dipping sauce. All Burgers come with bottomless fries but if you want to have onion rings, while they are not bottomless there is a small up charge. They have several good kids meals. The only reason I did not give this experience five stars is because the salad my granddaughter ordered from the children's menu had an odd chemical taste. She chose not to eat it. She said the ranch they brought to go with the salad was amazing. My husband enjoyed the bottomless fries as usual. It wasn't too loud and it wasn't too quiet. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter was so happy she could get a burger with a gluten free bun! This will likely be her new favorite restaurant. The food was great. My husband and daughter got burgers and I got the fish sandwich. We also got fried pickles which looked like they were burnt and had a weird looking sauce but were actually delish! I still don't know what the sauce was. I got a side of ranch but that's just my preference. The fries are also awesome and they're bottomless but we were so full we never needed more. Our server Ronnie was amazing and took great care of us. Friendly, fast and efficient. Getting fries out right away with a toddler and indecisive grammy was brilliant. The peach shake was excellent as well. If we had a drink menu when we were seated I'd definitely still be recovering from a bottomless rootbeer float which was also top notch. We'll all be coming back for sure and I'm kinda mad my husband never told me how great this "burger place" is.

Changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because I just realised that I've been here dozens of times and in 5 years never had an issue of any kind. Absolutely awesome food, my favorite place to go to get a decent burger and drink. Service is always great and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Even through the pandemic they were great.

I deleted my review done during covid as it no longer applies and is time for a new review! We went at 730 pm, and I was certain there would be a wait. To my surprise, we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Katie, came right away, brought our drinks quickly, and took our order. Her service was really great! The food came out quickly, looked good and was delicious! I'm very happy with our visit!!

I love the heck out of this place. The food is outstanding and we've always been dang near pampered by the staff whenever we come inside for a bite. The burgers are killer, but I have been locked in on their crispy chicken tender salad most times. Be careful: their seasoning salt should be regulated as an addictive substance. If you don't moderate that stuff, your blood pressure will be enough to power a bulldozer! :D

One of the best RRs I ever visited. Lunchtime. Madilyn was our waitress ( very caring about our experience, very attentive to every need. ) A manager also stopped by our table a few times to check on our experience. Sister enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Salad and had enough leftovers for 1-2 more meals. Niece had her favorite Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and fries ( also happy.) My choice was the M'sroom Burger, customized with Bleu Cheese and sauteed Onions. Broccoli as the side. My new favorite. I can always count on Red Robin burgers to end up as 2 meals.

Came as a family of 4 on a Thursday evening and was seated promptly. Our service from there went downhill. Everything we asked for, we asked twice. Given your "bottomless" slogan, we saw many bottoms as we waited for service. The tables were crowded together, all dishes and trash remained on our tables, the music a bit too loud, never got refills, it was just kind of stressful. The food was good though.

Red Robin's is very nice, although I have not dined here much (I've only been in twice) they offer awesome food, they have a wide variety of burgers and other meals like steak and buffalo wings. The burgers have the option of Gluten free buns preferred and allergic, which is really nice because the buns taste just like regular buns. It's a relief to be able to eat buns again with burgers and Red Robins does that perfectly. If you come in on a weekend night it's usually packed and the wait time is no longer than 30 minutes for the time I've been there. The interior is really nice too with good seating, TV's, and funny art pieces. Definitely nice to drive here and eat on weekend nights.

My wife and I haven't been to a Red Robin in a few years, we didn't know the freckled lemonade and root beer floats were unlimited. So that was exciting, and our server was 100% on top of making sure we didn't run out. The food was pretty good, the menu has changed quite a bit, but still has a lot of options. I'd recommend coming here for sure!

First time at Red Robin was delicious! The onion rings and the freckled lemonade was exquisite! Our server Amanda was the best server I've had in a long time anywhere. She was so personable and knew how to make us comfortable and happy. I really appreciated that

Long wait to get in (but we had called ahead and knew that). Once we got in, our server was off the charts for our table of 8. My only regret was I did not get his name to give him a shout out here. The food was served hot and seemed to be very quick for how busy they were. Great job guys.

Went here yesterday for my birthday dinner with 10 others and didn't have a good experience! I ended up having to go fill my own pop after waiting 25min because she didn't come check on us often. I ordered fries with my meal that i never received i reminder her 3 times and still didn't get any.

Decent to very good burgers. Fries are decent. Cost is a little pricey but you do get endless fries! Get the right server and it will be a nice experience.

Bar tender Eddy was fantastic totally took care of every detail and offered ideas to switch up out orders to better occomodate us even saving us a couple bucks. She was a 10 for sure. Great personality for the job and the skills to match we were very pleased with our meal and service.

Waitress was great, she was very attentive and helpful. Checked on us multiple times. Food came out quickly. My mom's food wasn't made the way she ordered it, they promptly took it back and remade it for her. The manager brought it out to make sure all was well. I also noticed the manager was very attentive to what was going on in the restaurant, she was visible and constantly observing what was going on. It was a wonderful visit!

I ordered the Gourmet Cheeseburger and fries. The burger was good but it was pink in the middle and I asked for well done. The French Fries were not good at all, they tasted like old grease which means the fry oil was old. My server was very nice and I did tell her about the fries but didn't want to be a pain so didn't tell her about the burger.
