Deliciousness! Chick FIL A is the best place to get your fast food chicken cravings met. The food is fresh and tasty. Service is top notch. All ages would enjoy.

I came to this Chick-fil-A with expectations I had from Houston. You'd think it would be universal everywhere. It's not. But service was extraordinary!! Chicken was tad overdone for me. And Mac n Cheese wasn't broiled to my liking. Michigan has got to step it up. Too many disparities in many restaurants!

I loved this joint. The guy who took the order on the drive through was very thorough and explained the difference with calm and easy manner. I feel that that's how one should treat their customers. A shout out to Chick-fil-A for that. Food was simply great. Nicely prepared and packed to go. It was also nice to see the smiling faces on the payment/ delivery window. I had a great experience 👍

found a half eaten nugget in my food. Took it to the manager and he tried to tell us that somebody must have broken the Nugget off when there were clearly teeth marks indicating a bite. He refused to believe it. Trash manager this location has always been good. This day left a sour taste in my mouth. Literally.

First time here. Despite being fairly busy, everything moved at a good pace. Enjoyed the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Fries. Good lunch place.

The manager JASON was at the right place right time! I was choking on a small piece of food and he did what I needed to help me! I am very thankful he was making sure things were in order around the restaurant or I may not be here today! As for the food once I calmed down you bet I finished my chicken sandwich!!! Everytime we come here no issues great fast service and delicious food! I LOVE THOSE THINGS! Thank you Jason!

Great food,great service the staff was so greqt and the restaurant is clean and has a table setup for veterans this is so nice. I visited from Canada and have ha wonderful experience and great food.

We visited this location just in time for lunch. The amazing crew at this location has their lunchtime routine down to a science. Patron orders are taken as quick as possible, the patron then gets their condiments and finds a table, and the order is delivered hot and ready to eat. Good food and crew. Will definitely visit here again.

Loved the food! It was cooked perfectly and everything was in the bag. Yes, it is fast food, but as far as chicken goes... I challenge you to find a better sandwich. 🐔 The service was spot on... they seemed to be genuine and caring... you can't ask for much more.

We are healthier fast food choices, and their chicken meets our protein needs and is healthy eating choices for eating out. We eat here when out of state because the chicken is delicious any place we go. The service is outstanding every visit.

They did an amazing job today! They were thrown several large groups of kids today, and everyone handled it great. All the food was still amazing, and even after their 4th wave, they were still polite and patient. Thank you crew!!

Wish this place was bigger lol it gets so busy. I rarely eat here because of the lines and the packed lobby. Mac n cheese was very salty, but mostly delicious. Pop tasted perfect, crew members are always cleaning everything, even the blue stand up "markers". Melany is an amazing and patient cashier. Tomatoes looked a bit past holding time but tasted fine, sometimes they get accidentally frozen a bit in the walk in...Food is out very fast even when busy. I dined in, Theola was nice too😁, Don't over fill the straw containers lol, they spill everywhere and us older folks don't bend so easily. 💚Military Honor Table (and free army men toy "reminders") almost made me cry, nice to see one set up for more than just Veterans Day 💚. When you say extra cause they usually only give one additional and this is what they do lol but seriously, it’s nothing overly amazing but it’s always consistent. Employees are usually very positive

Took drive thru. Food was alright. The lineup was literally 15-20 minutes. Not sure if it's staffing issue or they are truly that popular

The staff is always very courteous! At our most recent visit, Theola did a great job tending to our table and making my kids feel special by bringing them a treat. Really appreciate her service!

Good to know they have GF buns and the option for GF fries as well. The staff was great. I had to go through the line twice bc the shake I got had a funny taste to it. They replaced it with a new one with no problem. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing but they also included 2 cookies in the food that I said I would be splitting between my kids and I thought that was really nice.

Chick fil A really has it figured out. Fast, hot and good. Really busy, but not a problem. Found a seat and the food was out fast. The employees at this location went above and beyond, very polite and attentive.

We ordered before and picked up our food in the drive through, I suggest going inside to pick up your food though because it’s 1000 times quicker, the food is very good and the customer service is always great

I had the chicken nuggets. Wow a different level. Now I understand the long lines! Well done Chick-fil-A!

I love their chicken Cobb salad and macaroni and cheese! My son loves their beaded chicken nuggets and I have not personally tried, but I heard the grilled chicken nuggets are delicious as well! The breakfast is also good and I enjoy my large lemonade with light ice and spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries! Besides the friendly customer service, food is always Hot and never old or nasty tasting. Only negative is it's not open on Sundays! Open early for breakfast and I enjoy that this is one of the few places that gives a generous portion of sauces with your meal, as much ketchup and BBQ Sauce/sauce as you request. We'll alright! It's my pleasure too!

Jason is the best supervisor in a fast food company I have ever dealt with!! He is personable and quick to greet his customers. Assists his employees and always hands on. Talks to his employees like they are humans not just employees... Great with elderly and children as well!! Kiddos to you Jason every employees dream boss.💜💙💜💙💜💙

Drive an hour because that’s what our daughter wanted for her birthday lunch. Happy to have in the north but sad not to experience the traditional drive thru customer service you get in the south. The wait was bad. Food was delicious.

Food was yummy, service was good. Store needs a good cleaning! Doors were loaded with greasy finger prints, high top tables were super sticky, most of the tables were dirty! Too many employees standing around when the dining room was a wreck.

Normally love the service, speed and quality of this location! We went late tonight around 9pm. The employee taking our order in drive through was very rushy, no big deal they were busy like usual. We get through, check the bag all was there. Get home and open one of the sandwich boxes and NO sandwich?! I could understand if the whole thing was missing but how do you just specifically place an empty box in a full bag of food? The receipt had the correct order, accounting for that sandwich. Just bummed and disappointed. First time that’s happened at Chick-fil-A. Mistakes happen this one was just very bizarre and surprising.

Outstanding!! Delicious food and above and beyond service. The manager even would go around and check with customers to make sure that everything was great with the meals. You certainly don't see this level of service with other fast food restaurants. I haven't even seen this level of customer service from Chick-fil-A locations in Georgia when I was living there. I would rate this location six stars if Google would let me.

Amazing drive-thru service here! The girl manning the drive-thru window was on top of her stuff, moving quickly and very efficiently! And the milkshake was amazing (didn’t expect anything less than amazing, it’s Chick-fil-A 🤷‍♀️)

This review is about the drive through handling and style. To be clear, the food tastes great and the staff is very friendly and courteous. But when you pull in it’s completely chaotic and they are quickly funneling you into lines to order and pay. Then the orders come out at random. So I get shuffled again to another parking area to wait without any explanation for nearly a twenty minute total drive through experience. For a chicken sandwich and fries with no weird modifications. I expect either faster service or better communication at lunch time. The staff again was very kind and pleasant, I just think at a corporate level they could do better.

Good food (just as you'd expect), great service (even better than you'd expect), and very nice tribute on Memorial Day weekend. Either the owner or someone who works there is clearly a veteran.
