Overpriced ski resort with no parking. You can park on a muddy terrain, with no infrastructure. The whole place is one big project under construction. The prices in the restaurants are very very high, for what they offer here. I do not recommend this ski resort at all! It seems they would like to be high end ski resort, but they do not know really how to. I advice they should go and visit resorts in Italy and Austria or at list make a price performance offer, adjust prices accordingly, to what they can offer!

A world-class ski resort, numerous ski slopes, many lifts and cable cars, numerous restaurants and bistros, there are no shortage of luxury hotels, après-ski bars, wellness centers and good transport. Definitely suitable for a year-round visit, you will find many other attractions here and the whole region has a lot to offer.

One of the biggest ski resort in Slovakia with amazing tracks. I would really recommend to spend here at least 3-4 days to try all the tracks. The 4 star is because they stopped some of the elevators at 15:30 (they wrote 16) and on Monday despite the many skiers they stopped a few elevators all day. The quality of the tracks are the best before 2 PM. We will come back.

compared to the slopes in Poland, there are definitely more slopes, but the service was terrible, no help, no smile, high prices for a day sky pass, you have to pay about 70 euros per person, huge queues, waiting time of 30-40 minutes, problems with electricity, no one was able to help information on how long the failure will last, no refund option, Sky bus overloaded, rude drivers do not provide any information, I won't come back for sure! The same prices in Italy and even that, I recommend you think twice before you decide go to Slovakia.

In morning at 8.30 when we were buying our skipass, official website showed, that almost all lifts will be working. when we started skiing, only 20perc. tracks were possible to reach, also ski resort didnt want to let ski from chopok, info center said, because of weather, but it was not true. Just air temp. is 0C. it would be bad for slopes.. Well... at the end, waiting times near lowest lifts 30-45minutes.. Ski resort just dont care visitors.. lifts is just braking when you come.. Infocenter is saying , that lift started after repair, came to it, it was closed, again waiting apprx. 25minutes. In the end i will chipp my gopass to pieces, took car , will leave apartments, and probably drive somewhere else, again no come back years here.. Jasna resort this year is very poor. P.S. ski passes is very expensive too. 59 eur online for a day. and it is without fast line. Dont want wait like normal people, pay even more, but also, not every lift has fast line. If you have possibility, just go somewhere else. Any Alps country will give you better expierence, wont charge for anything that is normal in other ski resort.. Last year was 5 starts, this year not even 1 star deserves.

The best skiing resort in Slovakia. My favourite place to ski in Slovakia. From beginner to professional everyone can find their slope here. From blue, red, black and freestyle slopes. The area and views are just breathtaking. I love the resort and I definitely recommend it.

Overcrowded, long queues Should add additional type of slopes - brown slopes Price is like in Italy, France but quality of the slopes is poor - even in the early morning slopes are bumpy

Overrated ski resort. Far too busy with poorly managed and chaotic lift lines requiring over 40 mins wait while jostling for space in the queue in a weekday. Lunch in chalet took over an hour wait to order food. Snow conditions were barely mediocre. Mostly beginner skiers all over the hill causing havoc. Ski school was poorly managed and kids did not enjoy it. Although they spoke excellent English. Few snowboards which is nice. Very limited parking. We stayed hillside which was nice to have those options to avoid the mass morning rush. There are also numerous new hotels being built. This resort will be a nightmare in the coming seasons as there’s no expansion of hill facilities while tons of new hotels. We won’t be coming back and given the rising costs of passes and accommodations would recommend sticking with Austria or the more traditional places for skiing.

Great place and world-class ski resort, numerous blue, red and black ski slopes for everybody, many lifts and cable cars, numerous restaurants and bistros, après-ski bars, wellness centers and good transport which are free with ski pass. If you go with a car make sure you get there before 8am otherwise you won’t find parking space. Definitely suitable for a year-round visit, you will find many other attractions here and the whole region has a lot to offer, caves, bike rentals, hikes and many more. Highly recommended!!!

Great if you're intermediate/advanced skier - absolutely awful if you're not. What does Jasna have to offer: - Good views (not as good as the Alps...) - Good off-piste options - Good lifts What does Jasna lack? - the lifts being open... For half of our stay only 4 lifts out of 17 were operating... - the runs being open/groomed, all of the blacks were closed (despite apparently favourable conditions...), a good number of reds were closed... The terrain park was closed and completely ungroomed (which was great if you're into off-piste terrain...) - a shuttle bus / ski bus - beware if you come "pre high season" as the only bus option is the hourly fairly irregular bus - a ski village, the whole resort fits into two categories: Accomodation, over priced restaurants - no pharmacy in the entire resort - no grocery store in the entire resort - no evening activities in the entire resort If you're a beginner or are in a group with beginners, stay well away from here... Many of the blues on the map are not well suited to beginners at all as their quite thin (around 4 / 5 meters wide) and should really be graded as red to be safe... For the blues that are suitable, there are only 3 in the entire resort... All of them are not interconnected, meaning that you'd have to ski a red to get to them... To me having been to several resorts across Europe, Jasna seems as if it's a resort which prioritized making lifts to random places, and just "building" more accommodation without thinking about the overall "design" of the resort and how things should work together. It's missing some really key elements such as a proper resort village, shops, souvenirs and better transport options. It's a real shame because the resort and terrain itself has a lot to offer if it was utilised and managed effectively.

Interesting and big amount of slopes. Too big prices for this quality, slopes working till 15.30, some of them can be closed much earlier. No possibility to buy ski pass for 3 hour - think due short working hour. Need to spend a time to find paid parking if you come after 10.00

Plenty of slopes, fresh tracks, nice new cable cars. Multiple bars and restaurants on the mountain on all sides. 3-4 days is fun, 5th day is like home mountain, know all the tracks from heart. Definitely google GoPass before going and purchase ski passes online long before going, will be alot & I mean ALOT cheaper this way.

Good place for skiing, probably best in the area in terms of number and variety of tracks. The lifts infrastrukture is modern, similar to the level of Alpen resorts. Lines to the lifts wasn't too big, but there is dedinitelly problem with parkings, so its safer to take a ski bus...But generally place is worth to go, when you don't want to drive all the way to Alps.

When Chopok is open and the sun is shining Jasna skicenter is amazing, without any issues! However we’ve spent 4 days there, and only 2 of the days were all the tracks open , including the North side. When there is a little bit fog or wind, they’re closing the majority of the tracks

There many various skiing slopes which will take at least two days to take all. Even though it’s already middle of March, the condition is still good to enjoy.

Amazing skiing place, easily best in middle-east Europe. Slopes are prepared really well, ranging from very easy ones to quite hard ones for advanced skiers. It's not worth going for a night ride though. Only one, blue slope is opened, which is not very enjoyable. Prices are comparable to other ski resorts in Europe. Queues to cableways and ski lifts are not long, even on weekends you usually wait no more than 15 minutes. Another cool feature is "fun zone" with a lot of hills to jump from. One main disadvantage is small amount of parking lots, however it's possible to leave car around 10 kilometres from resort and take a free bus from there. A lot of restaurants and bars with good food. On the peak - Chopok - weather conditions are often pretty bad. Very windy, cloudy and often snowing. Another benefit is 2 or 3 skii schools, a lot of ski and snowboard services and even a small market Overall very good place, I'd recommend it to everyone

pricey like hell ... skipass and especially food beat many places in the Alps. Unfortunatelly, slopes preparation (icy even in the morning) and food quality are so so. There is one plus: Freeride zones !!!

The best choice for maximim 5 days ski. Be careful! Sometimes half of slopes are closed... but you pay the same 36 euro for ski pass... not the half price 😁😁😁

1st time in Jasná on a recommendation from a friend from Poland and it was great. Blue, red and black slopes, but if you're skiing or snowboarding like a pro, I'd say go to Alps. Been told similar prices and much better service. Chopok mountain is 2024m above sea level and the cable carts bring you up there and you can ski from up there.

Very good ski/snb resort. Queues are not that big compared to other resorts. The main advantage is of course prices. If you buy gopass in advance you can get a great deal. We got here in a not very snowy weather, but the main slopes had a good amount of artificial snow. The weather was sunny everyday. Almost all lifts were working. The only issue was that free shuttle buses that run from and to resort get very crowded and not all can make it in to them especially at around 15-16.

This resort feels like a secret paradise. The lifts are the most modern ones I've ever been on that are heated and shielded if needed. The runs are 50km, but lots of open free ride areas. Honestly amazed how good this place is and the best part, a pint is €2.00... Unlike France's €8.00!

Really good ski complex with great infrastructure, lots of ski lifts and different ski runs, which are very well prepared. You'll find here shops, ski services, ski schools, lots of hotels and places to eat. Though one thing is very irritating - it's very hard to find something to eat if You're a vegetarian, not to mention vegan. Fries are Your only option, forget about any other kind of vegetables. Besides this I really enjoyed skiing in Jasna.

👍👍 Ate in the ski bar numerous times in the week. Food and service are excellent and extremely good value for money. The chef cooked Italian, Slovak and American styles - all superb. Ambience is reggae bar - very cool!

🫤 Totální cirkus. Vykácené lesy, nedotčenou přírodu devastují buldozéry, betonem se nešetří. Když si uvědomíte, že jste v Národním parku, pak vás napadne, jaká korupce ovládá Slovensko...
