We stopped here traveling through to Tucson on I-10. The green chile was AMAZING! The food was just so good! I had a smothered Chile Relleno and a Gordita, so darn yummy! Hubby had the burrito plate and he was thrilled. They were so busy but the server was gracious and friendly. We definitely will stop here every single time we travel through here. It’s a gem!

The food here is delicious and made with care. The red chili was a good spice and the green too. Price was very reasonable and portions were perfect. Thank you.

Our first time. Our first bite of homemade corn chips and fantastic homemade salsa, we are hooked! Dynamite dinner plate with green chili beef on the side, what? How nice is that?! Loved the light fry on the taco shell, enchilada great. We will go the hour out of our way to come back!! So happy with our meal and service. And reasonable prices for such good food obviously all made in house. Also liked the uniform shirts, family behind the small business. Thank you Irma, and your family!! We noticed all the love behind your food and business!

We were traveling from TX back to Phoenix area. I read good reviews online and we decided to give Irma’s a try. We walked in and the place was very crowded. The service was very quick, and the waitress gave some recommendations. The chips and salsa was very good and our food came out quick. I ordered the Hatch Chile rellenos with both green and red sauce. My husband ordered the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The food was so delicious. We were so pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic place while traveling through. We will definitely be back!!

The service was great! We will be back if we drive through town again! The chips and salsa were delicious. The salsa was on the spicy side. I ordered the shredded beef burrito smothered in green chili, it had great flavor. It was also a good portion. The rice and beans were a great accompaniment. My husband ordered the Asada burrito he added guacamole and pico de gallo and he said it was really good.

Breakfast with my wife. Classic rancheros was good but wasn't served very warm. Breakfast burrito was hot and excellent. Asked for hash browns crispy and they weren't even close. Despite this, everything was tasty and the service was good. Really nice folks. Will eat here again when traveling through.

Nice small Mexican food restaurant. Yummy complimentary chips and salsa and good staff. Food was great. The single items like burritos do not come with sides. The meals do. Bottled beers and no draft.

Great little restaurant to eat it. Had great food and salsa. The service was good and the plate took me back to southern NM food again and how good it is. The refried beans and rice were great and tacos were good. The salsa was very good and just needs homemade chips to make them excellent. The chips were the only thing that needed improvement. Seemed store bought and warmed or maybe they were older since we went towards end of night. Otherwise, highly recommend and was nice to have food reminded me of homemade by grandma again. Thanks! So glad we stopped here! The food was great! The salsa and crispy chips were perfect crunch and spiciness! I got the combo because it all smelled good! Guacamole was yummy, chilies relleno and enchilada had lots of flavor. Carne was good too.

Fantastic food and service. We are just driving through and will definitely stop back on our way back through. The salsa and tortillas were incredible, and to me that is the true mark of a great restaurant!

Stopped in on a road trip just wanting something local to try. Service was a bit slow but it was busy as we arrived around 1230. Amazing tasting food though. I'd describe it as comfort food for sure. Someones grandma had to have been hiding in the back! A shame we might not get another opportunity to come back.

As we were making our way back to Arizona we were in the mood for good Mexican food. Quick Google search and we found Irmas. Parking was a but challenging with a camper but the food was worth it! Salsa was excellent, #1 dinner was amazing. Homemade Mexican food. Totally worth the stop

The food was flavorful and very delicious! The vibe of the restaurant was exactly what you would want in a Mexican restaurant. I got the chicken enchiladas, and the spice level was perfect. I will definitely return!

What a perfect place. It started with the gorgeous Rose welcoming me as if I were in her home. She also taught me it’s Burrito not Taco here. Lol let me tell you the food was incredible. The women cooking are authentic Mexico and I loved it! Can not wait to come back through my future travels passing this area.

Great food especially the fajitas. Loved the green sauce and the fried corn shell tacos were splendid too. This is how Mexican food should be. The only thing was that the rice was a bit undercooked, it didn’t matter though.

Traveling from AZ to MN in our camper. We stopped at Irma’s and got Green chili pork stew to go. After a full day of travel and setting up the camper we had the MOST delicious dinner! The NM green chili flavor is unlike any other chili, so aromatic and with just enough heat. . It had a generous amount of pork that was fork tender. Along with their homemade tortillas it was the best! The take out order came with an order of delicious salsa and chips-of course homemade and of course eaten as soon as we left Deming. Irma’s…. our compliments to the chef!! We will return given any opportunity.

Placed an online order for pickup, ETA 5:45-5:55. Arrived at 5:55, arrived home at 6:01 and my $8 Queso was literally INEDIBLE. (spoiler; didn’t get a refund). I even did my due diligence to try microwaving it and adding milk to reconstitute it before calling the restaurant to politely ask for a refund since it was literally unable to be eaten. But I should mention that not only was this $8 queso inedible, it was ALSO delivered in a 20oz styrofoam cup that was 2/3 full…??? Instead of…maybe.,. A BOWL….? I generally don’t like to eat queso as if I’m putting my arm in a pringles can? I feel like this is a VERY reasonable stance as a consumer to not want the back of my hands and knuckles to be coated in queso?? So, I called and explained the situation and politely asked for a refund. The person who answered the phone told me to hang on, and then came back a few minutes later and told me to *BRING IT BACK* to exchange for a new one??? At which point, all of my other food would then ALSO be cold too…? Why would I waste MY time and gas for YOUR restaurants mistake of sending out low-quality food? The level of disrespect to your customers is 100% appalling. I will not be back during the remainder of my 45 day stay in Deming and I hope that this review costs you far more in business than the $1 worth of cheese that you didn’t want to refund to your customer.
