👍👍 Wonderful for a walk anytime of the day! Some areas under construction but would still go back. Well thought out for a community park. People often mention park, kids,

We were on our way to Phoenix Arizona. But got off the highway to get gas and we drove by this awesome Park. My son loves dinosaurs and it was his birthday and this place made his day.

So the pictures don't do this place justice. You can tell that the city has put a lot of thought and love into this space and they aren't done with it yet. Strongly recommend checking it out. Hopefully they get the name on Google updated to their chosen name for the place. Definitely one of Deming's hidden gems!

Really impressive. Great place for walks, taking your kids, riding bikes, scooters, having lunch, doing some fishing and now water fun. A fantastic park that has it all. Can't wait to go back.

A hidden gem. The town did a great job converting a previous gravel pit into a community oasis.

City is making some amazing changes. Definitely a place to bring your kids to play. Note: it is still under construction so parts are off limits. A brand new park going in on the west side. Looks super neat

Great local park and lake. Plenty of room to walk, run or exercise. Construction of new lake is still ongoing but is moving along nicely. Picnic areas around the parking area with walking along the top (just under a mile) with trails down below. There is a 6 screen movie theater, bowling alley and bar/entertainment across the street. Also a newly added sidewalk that leads to Walmart (fishing license and supplies), fast food (Wendy's, Little Ceasar's, IHOP, Subway in Walmart), Dollar General and others. There is an amphitheater/pavillion for weddings, special events and gatherings. Look out for dinosaurs too... Great getaway for one or fun for all.

We were traveling from Houston to Phoenix and stopped in Deming for the night. This park was walking distance from our hotel. It’s an oasis in the desert, quite cool when we were there. Nice to see people fishing and enjoying the outdoors. If I lived here then I’d be at this park every day.

There weren’t a lot of areas for our dog to walk on except for the hot pavement. There’s a grassy area in the middle, by a gazebo, but it’s very small. There seemed to be a lot construction happening so we’ll keep this pinned until our return trip. We’re excited to see what new developments are being made.

A lot of remodelation has been made to the park. It has an amazing view to look at while you Jog, Walk, or Run. Did I forget to mention you can fish there too? Well you can! Also, it has a playground for the kids.

Had lunch here many times. Very quiet. Fisherman like the lake. Athletes would like the exercise stations. The dinosaurs are interesting. Would like to see more events scheduled here for the stadium.

Probably one of the better city parks I've had the pleasure of meeting. Turning a wasteland negative into a positive. No bathrooms....why? I saw several men just standing around peeing in the open! (The reason for a 3 instead of a 5 star rating.) Walk across the street to Starmax and pee. The playground looks fantastic. I would pester my parents regularly to come here to play. But eating fish from this water can't be good for you.

They have really worked hard on this place. The only downfall is kids peeling out and driving stupid when it is a place full of little kids.

Great playground! So fun. Loved the mini manmade waterfall and looking for rocks.
