This is one of our favorite local 'hole in the wall' restaurants in Denia. It's a down to earth environment, authentic Spanish and Valencian food with various tapas and good wines at great prices. The ingredients are fresh and many of them locally sourced. We particularly love the tomato salad with cave-aged 'cabrales' cheese which comes from the northern region of Asturias. It features 1 gigantic tomato that easily fed four of us, along with avocado and other salad goodies. Their rabo de torro (ox tail) is also wonderful. We'll add more pictures next time we go.

After a couple of visits for Ruta de Tapas we went fir a meal. We all went for the menu del Dia choosing several different dishes, all of which were delicious with good sized portions for a very reasonable price. We were all very pleased with the meal and will go again.

As you would expect, a very Spanish experience. Great tapas, great price. Lovely people.

Great food, classic spanish. A must if in Denia!

We are so pleased to say we have rediscovered El Mosset following their starring participation in firstly La Ruta de Tapas and now even better in La Cuchara! We shall definitely return time and time again, we loved the food there in last 2 weeks! Gracias El Mosset!

We went to Denia for the day. I'd googled nearby restaurants and chose here. He was in a hurry because he had an exam. Large menu, he went for a bocadillo and since the menus are for two, I ended up doing the same. His had the big tomatoes they are famous for, he gave me a slice & that was the best thing I ate. I've only given them a 3 as they gave us two tapas, one of which we didn't like and charged us for them. If you are going to do that at least ask people what they'd like. I'd go back for the tomates de Perelló. Drinks were also dear 3.50€ for a pinta.

Very good tradicional Spanish. Service is a bit variable but food is invariably quite good. Their set menus are good value. We didn't have it, but the large jamón sandwiches looked great
