Without doubt the most stunning and wonderful beach house in all of Sri Lanka! Our second family visit and every time we fall in love once again. Kaushi who is the host is just amazing and makes you feel just so welcome. Every possible need is catered for, the pool is amazing, beach perfect and you can walk along the beach to Zephyr Bar - which is perfect for sunset cocktails!

If you are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature, this place is a gem and we are so glad we picked Casa Mija. It offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean, a spacious living area, comfortable bedrooms, a welcoming pool, and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. I'm not going to mention all the amenities, cause I want you to go experience them :) (but the Airbnb posting has all the details you need) The location is ideal, as you can walk to the beach in seconds (literally), or take a short drive to explore the nearby attractions, such as Mirissa Town for food or a spa, the Coconut Tree Hill, or the Parrot Rock Bridge. You can also enjoy the local cuisine at the many restaurants and cafes along the coast. The Host helped coordinate everything we needed and caretakers gave us the best recommendations! The best part of this airbnb is the kindness and hospitality of the caretakers, who are always ready to help you with anything you need. They are friendly, attentive, and respectful, and they make you feel like family. They will cook meals as per your liking or interest (we requested a massive spread for a lunch and it was absolutely wonderful) and they offer complimentary breakfast every morning. This beach front airbnb near Mirissa is more than just a place to stay; it is a place to create memories that will last a lifetime. My friends and I had an amazing time here, and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the best of Sri Lanka. This is not just an airbnb; it is a home away from home.

Lovely villa, great location, exceptional staff! We had to most wonderful few days at the Villa. Whilst the Villa is well equipped comfortable and clean with a beautiful view, it was Kawshi and her family that made us feel as we were home away from home. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

A marvellous villa on one of the most spectacular beaches in the southern coast of Sri Lanka. Extremely well appointed and comfortable. There are five very large suites with in suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, in room safes. There is a pool and direct beach access. Have a look at the guide book provided by the owner on AirBnB. On top of all this there is an in house chef cooking up some of the most delectable cuisine imaginable. If you wake up early enough the sunrise greets you and if you are lucky enough you will see the resident fisherman bringing in the morning catch which you can purchase from him. If you are lucky enough to get a chance to visit Lanka and can head down to the southern coast, book yourself a stay at Casa Mija.

A hard review to write as part of me doesn’t want to tell the world how truly magical, beautiful and tranquil this place is. Everything is considered and delivered perfectly… From the beach, pool, kitchen, food, team, comfortable beds, central location and serene tranquility…. My family fell in love with this enchanting 5 bedroom, 10 bed, house villa located in a secluded cove in Marissa. The house was so spacious it allowed us to have our friends and family come and stay with us. The breathtaking beach is just a few feet from the back door. When you gaze into the clear ocean you never want to leave. The views from the villa were just stunning. In the evening we would sit on the deck and watch the sun as it would slowly set into the ocean. The staff was very accommodating and would ask us what we would like to eat and prepare it for us. The food they cooked was the best in the area. They were very nice and friendly. Another reason to stay at the villa is the convenience to the surrounding attractions. There is a turtle hatchery close by, you can go whale watching, or there is a small surfing community just down the road. A must, is a trip to Galle, explore the Old Dutch fort and finish off with a delectable gelato. The best part of the whole trip was listening to waves from the deck in the morning and having a relaxing cup of tea.
