πŸ–οΈ I recently visited Mertasari Beach with my furry friend and had a fantastic time! Not only is the beach absolutely beautiful, with crystal clear waters and soft sand, but it's also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. My dog had a blast running around on the beach and playing in the waves. The beach was relatively quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing day out. πŸ‘ The facilities at Mertasari Beach were great too, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent. There were also a few small cafes nearby where I could grab a refreshing drink and a bite to eat. Overall, I would highly recommend Mertasari Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, pet-friendly beach in Bali. It's the perfect spot for a day trip or a weekend getaway, and I can't wait to go back! 🐾🌴🌊

The weekends here turn into a lively festival of sorts, especially during special events like the kite gatherings that are a hallmark of this area. These events are not just gatherings but a spectacular show of skill, tradition, and community participation. Last weekend, for instance, was a testament to the region's vibrant kite culture, with a kaleidoscope of colossal kites, some stretching as long as 35 meters, dancing gracefully against the azure sky. The beach also welcomes boating enthusiasts with open arms, offering a vista filled with boats that pepper the shoreline, ready to take visitors on journeys across the gentle waves. Merthasari Beach is also a gastronomical paradise, hosting a selection of eateries and warungs, the local eateries that offer a delightful culinary journey through Balinese cuisine. We came when the tide was low and walked at the pavement with some electric motorbikes around us. Thank God for the sunny Sunday, so we walked forward to other Sanur beach. We also tried the exercise tools at park near Mercure beach resort Sanur, plus gave food to cute squirrels at there. Grateful! 😍🀩😘

Too crowded. I can only see 1 restroom/bathroom spot, many take long line just to pee or change clothes. Loads of parking space but no flooring (just like sandy dessert), you should cover your face to reduce dusts covering you up. I saw several plastic packaging along the coast line, not sure if they were washed by the waves or stupid visitor just dont care to keep clean environment. I only visit area near parking spots, not sure if the situation is the same on the furthest area.
