It's two stars only because of the understaff and general cleanliness of the facility. Ozzy, my personal trainer was terrific. Now, I will not be using the facilities and I had to cancel my debit card because their option to quit and not be charged anymore doesn't exist. 4 hours on hold for 3 days and no one answers to cancel a membership. Showing up? The people up front, told me I had to call in and cancel it Online? No, the account I had created is unavailable or doesn't exist anymore. So the only way to cancel is to stay on hold for 8 hours or longer, or switch banks.

I've been using this gym since they opened. Although it is always busy you can always us the machines you need with no wait time. They offer so many things, classes, personal trainers, child care you name it. I absolutely LOVE my gym!!

Great gym!! Switched to here from Planet Fitness, and although this gym is further from my house, the drive is well worth it. Only issue is that the sauna persistently has people working out in it. Furthermore, the “swimsuit” dress code which doesn’t allow for wearing a towel around your waist isn’t enforced, everyone in there wears their sweaty gym clothes leading the room to smell like BO. Rant aside, gym is extremely nice, the sauna could just stand to be more European.

I come here with my kiddos when I'm able to get a workout in. The kids club staff are nice, they will play with the kids and are very helpful. My daughter started working out with me and she loves the women's cardio area, with the big screen for movies.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. I went at a not so busy time. Not sure how a busy time would be.i like free weights and they only have 3 benches. Would be nice if they had a couple more

Gym staff is nice, the gym is very clean and organized and the membership is very inexpensive. There's also plenty of machines to work out in and the two floors makes it perfect to push carts/ sprint and do cardio on the treadmill. The women only workout area is great for the ladies and ensures overall safety for them and I like that very much since they won't get bothered as much. I reccomend this gym for people on a budget and women that want to work out with their friends or alone without the hassles of the usual gyms.

Best gym in Denton, the staff is so friendly and don't judge my disabled dad unlike Planet Fitness or Texas Family Fitness. Love that they keep their word on paying just $10 a month unlike other gyms.

Wish I could give zero stars!!.. This place especially Denton location is such a ripoff. Equipment is always broken and overly crowded, definitely can’t get a good workout in waiting like an assembly line for what does work. Cancellation policy definitely wasn’t designed with an expectation of a great fitness experience. Staff is very selective depending on the day you never know which attitude you’ll get. Pretty much after you sign the contract and they tie you in financially they’ll treat you any kind of way but respectful. Regardless of your complaints the only way you’ll be released is by giving more money. Whew if I only knew what I know now this place wouldn’t have never received my business. This place wasn’t designed for fitness, it’s obviously their only objective is to steal your money!!… Can’t wait til my contract is done… Please don’t come on with your FAKE APOLOGY for my experience. Learn to accommodate paying supporters, and stop screwing us over.

Good place to workout but the hours and recurring interest put on your account after late fees is ridiculous. Also, not enoguht squat racks. Fitness Connection closes too early and open too late.

It's a great gym for the price, however during peak hours when it's busy, it's the worst. There's a bunch of loud, obnoxious college kids with tripods in the aisles and they're hogging a lot of the machines, as well as them socializing in the aisles even though there are chairs and tables at the front. Overall, these kids are in the way. During these peak hours are when staff is also indifferent, ie they are on their phones, socializing amongst each other and don't acknowledge you. But when it's not busy and certain machines are not hogged by a group of kids, it's perfect.

Very good and nice to come and work out. Has everything you need if you want weight lift, do cardio, play basketball, or swim. I would say they don't have a lot of equipment for calisthenics training. Overall I recommend it for the price that they offer.

WAYYY better and bigger then other guns in the area. The staff is super friendly, especially with my kids! I can work out and not worry. Getting back in shape for health reasons she I have a good time doing that here

Worked out there for a week or two and they charged me $100 to cancel. They oversell the capacity of their gym so it is always too crowded. The person signing me up said it would not be crowded in the mornings which was false information. They oversell, and then they charge a "$100 buyout fee". These are predatory and unethical business practices.

I really like the women's only area, not even male employees are allowed in it. Everything is clean and new too. The women's area has a dark movie theater room filled with treadmills and steppers.

Was very excited to try out this gym for the first time. So I signed up for the 5 day trial online. Go into the gym and manager says they are not honoring that. They can use their descretion. Sounds deceiving. She can do 3 days in a row instead. Was not pleased with this first interaction as a potential new customer. Already cannot follow through. This was my first time into the gym. No hello. No let me introduce you to the gym. Now I asked... and she showed me around some. Unfortunately, I won't get much out of 3 days since I'm actually not free one of those days. Giving the gym 3 stars. Has a good amount of equipment in main area. Looks clean. Very crowded.

This place is everything you could want in a gym! I have absolutely no idea how the 1 star reviews got entered for the gym itself because it has everything you could need. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, not just one nice person, they’re all always kind and upbeat. The locker rooms are clean and organized. The other gym goers are courteous and respectful, especially as a woman, that’s important that it’s not a place that men feel it’s okay to be creepish.. you know? Anyway, 5 stars, I’m here 3-5 times a week and I love it 🥰

This gym is okay. It’s very crowded in the women’s area and general area especially after 5 which makes sense. They only have two smith machines out in the general area and one is ALWAYS out of order. It’s been out of order since the winter and they don’t seem to prioritize fixing it. Great price for a beginner gym, but I’ll be canceling my membership in September.
