I
have
never
been
so
angry
to
the
point
where
I
had
to
leave
a
review
before,
but
here
I
am.
Yesterday
night
on
September
18,
I
put
an
online
order
through
the
mobile
app,
and
proceeded
to
drive
over
to
this
location
to
get
my
food.
When
I
arrived,
the
entire
store
was
blocked
off
with
traffic
cones,
and
printer
paper
posted
on
the
doors
with
"STORE
CLOSED"
written
everywhere.
I
thought
to
myself,
hey,
maybe
they're
going
through
some
issues
with
the
store,
as
I
work
in
the
food
industry
myself,
and
I
just
went
back
home
and
made
myself
dinner,
as
I'll
try
to
get
a
refund
in
the
morning
as
customer
service
is
closed.
I
called
the
restaurant
today,
and
an
individual
took
the
call.
I
told
her
that
I
didn't
receive
my
food
yesterday
as
the
store
was
closed,
but
the
purchase
went
through
and
I
was
still
charged
on
my
credit
card.
They
literally
told
me
"sorry,
the
store
was
closed
yesterday"
over
and
over
again
until
I
asked
to
talk
to
a
manager,
and
they
responded
by
saying
"yes
I
am
the
manager."
When
they
told
me
I
had
to
get
the
refund
on
the
app,
which
I
already
tried,
I
tried
to
tell
her
that
I
needed
to
get
a
direct
refund
from
the
store,
and
SHE
HUNG
UP
ON
ME!
I've
been
trying
to
call
the
store
back
several
times
(over
10
times)
and
the
phone
never
was
picked
up
past
the
initial
call
I
tried.
I'm
going
to
corporate
with
this,
I
spent
$22.91
on
food
that
I
never
received
and
was
rudely
brushed
away
when
I
asked
about
a
refund.
Terrible
location-
I
will
never
be
going
back
to
here
again.
