    Very friendly staff and quick service considering it gets really busy during the day. There's no kids play place here, it's a relatively small restaurant. The place is always clean, however there are usually flies in the dining area, not sure if it's due to surroundings.

    I have never been so angry to the point where I had to leave a review before, but here I am. Yesterday night on September 18, I put an online order through the mobile app, and proceeded to drive over to this location to get my food. When I arrived, the entire store was blocked off with traffic cones, and printer paper posted on the doors with "STORE CLOSED" written everywhere. I thought to myself, hey, maybe they're going through some issues with the store, as I work in the food industry myself, and I just went back home and made myself dinner, as I'll try to get a refund in the morning as customer service is closed. I called the restaurant today, and an individual took the call. I told her that I didn't receive my food yesterday as the store was closed, but the purchase went through and I was still charged on my credit card. They literally told me "sorry, the store was closed yesterday" over and over again until I asked to talk to a manager, and they responded by saying "yes I am the manager." When they told me I had to get the refund on the app, which I already tried, I tried to tell her that I needed to get a direct refund from the store, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I've been trying to call the store back several times (over 10 times) and the phone never was picked up past the initial call I tried. I'm going to corporate with this, I spent $22.91 on food that I never received and was rudely brushed away when I asked about a refund. Terrible location- I will never be going back to here again.

    I usually do not do reviews on McDonald's. However, this McDonald's is doing a difference, the food as other places is the same, except that I finally got what I ordered, the Cappuccino was exactly what I was expecting as well as my food, they were fast with my order. The lady at the front desk, in the register, Sylvia, se is the most friendly and customer service oriented person I have ever met, I took my order to go, then I decided to dine in, all the time I was there, I could notice she was especial with every single customer that showed up to the store. We all need more people like Syilvia everywhere. Well done, lady. I am glad there are people like her and this team at this McDonald's

    Me and my family went to McDonald’s to eat we walked in they had people waiting. So the manager Claudia took our order with an altitude and being rude to other as they ordered as well. So I took my sandwich back up there so they can make fresh. So she starts speaking Spanish so I wouldn’t understand and threw my sandwich on the counter. So the man beside me said she just being rude. But her family come in to eat for free and didn’t have to pay or wait on any of there food.

    Met an old friend here for a quick coffee, and to catch up. Staff wasn't very friendly, and could be best described as rude. I was a GM of family style restraunts before I retired, and I usually give the benefit of doubt to the hard working people of the industry but this needed to be addressed.

    It ain't hard guys. There are screens, there are tickets, all basically cheat sheets to help you do your job. How I can clearly order 2 large fries and find only 1 in the bag when I get home, boggles my mind. IT AIN'T HARD. You just have to care a bit about what you do. The sandwiches were spot on. Thank you for that. Based on where I live, I have to drive 15 minutes to get to your restaurant and give you my business. I guess if I decide to continue to frequent your establishment, I'll have to check my bag before I leave. It ain't hard guys...

    The women named Laura was absolutely rude and looked over us and helped the people behind us. Served a old Ckn sandwich to another customer and rolled her eyes cause she had to replace it

    Don’t go to this one, probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in Denton for 2 years, this location always messes up something. I’ve come here countless times and the staff is a bunch of knuckleheads. Earlier today I ordered the #7, and they decided to ring me up for 1 single cheeseburger and my McFlurry. Manager wouldn’t listen to me either.

    I would give this location half a star if I could. Very rude staff, they don’t greet the customer or even notice you! If you are in the lobby at 10, be prepared to be yelled at. Went to grab a doordash order for my customer, and noticed another doordasher next to me waiting. The employees kept shouting to us “closed, closed” insisting that they were closed, with rude intent and smiles on their faces. Will not be coming back to this location, ever. :)

    I normally give fast food chains 5 starts if they meet the quality that is to be expected from that fast food chain because you're not going there expecting a high end meal. However, this location would gets a 5+ rating because the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was the best I've ever gotten from McDonald's. The biscuit was fresh and everything was hot. Not the hot because it's been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for someone to order it but was hot because everything was just cooked.

    It was very busy so we decided to go in to order, service was fast and food was hot. Other than that it was just another McDonalds with a McDonald's breakfast.

😐 This place has great customer service and great food. However, I’ve noticed in the past few months that the portion size of the meat for the Classic meal has severely decreased. At this point they’re charging $11.85 after tax to serve you three cups of rice, mac salad, and 3-4 oz of chicken.
