This
clubhouse
is
beautiful,
but
the
service
is
TERRIBLE,
and
the
food
is
hospital
food
-
cold,
dry,
and
lacking
flavor.
We
have
eaten
here
about
five
times
and
I’ve
been
waiting
for
things
to
get
better
before
reviewing
it.
The
first
couple
of
times
we
sat
at
the
bar
and
had
decent
food.
The
last
three
times,
we
have
had
to
either
not
eat
or
ask
to
speak
to
a
manager
because
of
either
the
wait
time,
the
quality
of
the
meal,
or
the
service.
This
last
time
was
the
final
straw
for
us,
and
unless
otherwise
desperately
hungry,
we
won’t
be
eating
here
again.
Today,
we
sat
ourselves
down,
and
a
young
lady
came
and
said
“can
I
clean
this
table?”
No
problem.
She
proceeded
to
spray
cleaning
solution,
which
got
all
over
us,
and
when
we
said
thank
you,
she
merely
walked
away.
After
our
waitress
came
and
quickly
left,
I
asked
the
girl
who
cleaned
our
table
if
they
had
a
kids
menu.
“No,
we
don’t,”
was
her
response
as
she
turned
away.
I
asked
our
waitress
for
a
mimosa
with
“very
light
orange
juice;”
in
hindsight,
I
should
have
asked
for
champagne
with
OJ
on
the
side
as
the
whole
glass
was
juice
with
a
splash
of
champagne.
My
steak
sandwich
was
like
eating
flavorless
beef
jerky
on
stale
bread,
and
when
my
husband
ordered
a
cheeseburger,
it
didn’t
come
with
cheese;
after
politely
asking
for
it
to
be
corrected,
he
received
his
burger
back
in
30
seconds
with
a
stale
piece
of
American
cheese
added
to
it.
He
also
asked
for
medium
(even
stated
it
on
the
receipt),
and
it
came
out
well.
Lastly,
I
may
be
old-school
at
34
years
of
age,
but
when
someone
says
“thank
you,”
the
correct
response
is
“you’re
welcome,”
not
“uh
huh”
or
“mmhmm.”
Ignoring
your
patrons
when
they
say
“excuse
me,
miss,”
to
the
young
lady
that’s
working
here
is
also
unacceptable.
Y’all
need
to
seriously
correct
the
customer
service
aspect
of
your
clubhouse,
as
well
as
the
quality
of
food,
otherwise
you
will
lose
many
patrons.
