Lots of options, but sadly they're almost all corporate. Only a very few are authentic or privately owned

This is my favorite Sam's Club in the area. It's well organized, the customers and employees are nice, and the food are always super fresh. Heck, even the parking is good! Being at Rayzor, you're perfectly located to shop for almost anything you can imagine....

This town mall is growing by the minute! New stores and nice people all around. I was so surprised to see all the new stores in the area. Notwithstanding, the newest gas stations, eateries, stores, you pick it. It’s going great and Razor Ranch! Come check it out ! You’ll be surprised. It’s a good place.

For the most part the shopping center has quite a lot to offer. A little something for just about everybody I think. I will say that the parking is a little messed up and tight and there is always a big line coming out of Starbucks that blocks traffic they need to figure that out sandwich Chick-fil-A

I Love it! I'm super happy that this area has been built. It really has helped residents of Denton, Texas have other option. You have many options: movies, bowling, hair salons, food/restaurants, stores to get stuff you need including groceries, household items, clothing, eye glasses, and more. Check out Rayzor Ranch Town Center. it's quite new, very clean, and I do LOVE this area!!

Very nice Plaza! The restaurants are all very good in this area. And the nail salon we visited is clean and well taken care of. Will definetly come back to the bbq place and the nail salon. The Walmart is also very clean and well maintained!

Not sure why it's listed as a mall. Make no mistake, this is just a collection of stores like you'd find anywhere else, in "strip" fashion, complete with restaurants, big box stores and gas stations. Good selection overall.

This was the worst Walmart ive ever seen. Almost all shelves were empty. No employees around to get anything off the top shelf.. basically u have to fend for yourself... There were absolutely NO registers open, everyone was waiting to check out at the self check out so the line way into jewelery. Def dont recommend going here. U certainly will never go to this Walmart ever again

Probably one of my favorite things that was added to University Drive. There’s a great variety of delicious food, and a few places to shop casually. You can walk through or drive around, and it’s quite spacious as well.

Didn't get to check out everything in the center. Quick trip. Nice stores, restaurant selection in area. Great parking. Marshalls is always a favorite. Kohl's, next time. Layout of stores flows. Always fun to browse through if you've got time. Marshalls had Great buys and good clearance, fall seasonal things for home and wear. Denton is full of many things to explore, too. First time here since moving away. The construction from home to here much better. Nice drive on 380, east to west with no construction that I noticed!
