Front desk was rude to my mother who wanted to check my family in on a road trip. We came here because the reviews seemed great. Come to find out they falsely advertise that they’re pet friendly. We checked ahead to see if they had vacancies and they did. However, when my mother went to check in, the person behind the desk turned us away saying “that’s the hiccup right there, you have a dog” or something along those lines insinuating again that they had rooms but not willing to provide one because we had a pet. However they state publicly they’re pet friendly. We’re Best Western rewards members and stay frequently with Best Westerns. We have never experienced this level of abysmal hospitality from this franchise. Luckily, this establishment’s incompetence hasn’t tainted how we view Best Western as a whole. EDIT FROM PRIOR REVIEW: The owner commented saying to give them a call. So we did. Their locations line just continues to loop, says “their award winning” says it will connect you to the front desk or operator but never does. Manager did not provide a direct line or a valid email address to sort this out. Must of been a joke.

Great experience. I stay in a lot of hotels and was extremely pleased with this location from check in forward. Breakfast was excellent with many options including fresh, hot food. Rooms were very clean, well laid out, and comfortable. TVs were huge in the room. Awesome pool area. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Paid way to much money for a one night stay when our sleeper sofa mattress had stains all over it, there was crumbs and dirt all over it then underneath the sleeper sofa was trash! Light fixtures had stains on them for who knows what, desk was scuffed up, mini “kitchen” wasn’t even a worth it. Fans had dust and cobwebs. When I went to complain about it the night we stayed all i got was I’m sorry then when I went to check out and complained again they gave me reward points. This is definitely NOT a four star hotel. I have stayed at 3 star hotels before that we’re way better then this.

Drove over 3hours and ready to get some rest. Turned down the covers to find the sheets stained & mattress cover stained with who knows what. I Called to have clean bedding brought up but was so disgusted with the room I had to request another room. The second room found stained bedding as well. I would have packed up and just slept in my vehicle if it weren’t for driving over 3hrs with a child and we were both to tired and had to be up early for a very important event. I expect a nice clean place to lay my head to rest that is not disgusting. You need to take more pride in making your customers feel comfortable in a nice clean bed. This was not acceptable service. This is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at and highly do not recommend.

You won't get room service for 3 days. No towels, no coffee and no cups. The staff is nice. The room was nice but had not been vacuumed. Will not come back.

I was in town for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. They allowed me to book consecutive reservations in order to come in early and leave a day later than the block of rings was reserved for so I wouldn't have to change rooms. Use of the business office printer was free of charge. The location in reference to Bentley Station, the wedding venue, was perfect because Denton businesses were just 5 minutes in the other direction. It was out of Dallas but there was plenty to do without feeling big city crowded.

The "standard" room here is more like a suite because it's so large. Plus, the lighting is very generous. And there are ceiling fans! Out of all the non-resort Marriott brands I've been, I don't recall any ceiling fan, never two. The bathroom nightlight is good enough to maneuver in the dark and low enough to not wake you fully. The shower has jets! They're missing the decorative nozzles, I think, but water shoots out none-the-less. And the water pressure is more than strong enough for both the showerhead and jets. The only missing features are door closers. We have to close the doors manually otherwise they'd shut loudly. Also, soft-closing toilet seats. The hot breakfast has plain scrambled eggs AND scrambled eggs with veggies, no tortillas though. Two types of meats, Two flavors of coffee. The options here are a tad more than your typical free hotel breakfast. Is this just the Premier brand? I don't see all this in the Plus brand. There needs to be more Premier locations. Would definitely choose a Premier over an equally branded Marriott if they co-exist proximally.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Buffet style with an attendant. Hotel is right by a bucees (just a fun fact). Pool is small but nice. Very satisfied with our stay

As someone who stays in a hotel over 300 nights per year this property was fantastic. Staff was professional and friendly. Room was spacious and had a very large tv with great channel selection. Well maintained property with a beautiful outdoor pool. Breakfast was awesome as well. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as waffles. Even had breakfast burritos too. My favorite Texas Roadhouse right next door and a Buccees really close. One of the best hotels I have stayed at

This location is conveniently located next to I35. There are numerous restaurants in the parking lot. They provide a continental breakfast each morning. The rooms are very nice. You can tell the difference between a regular Best Western and one of their Premier locations. There is plenty of storage in the room. My complaint is I utilized points from the rewards program to purchase my stay. Somehow the points were applied to another location and I was told it could not be corrected. I had to call the rewards program numerous times in order to have the situation resolved. This took a lot of time and took away from the experience of my stay.

We had 2 king bedroom suites. The staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel was beautiful. It wasnt untill the second night stay that we found roaches in room 323. I was utterly shocked and disgusted. As soon as you would flip the light switch on in the bathroom 20+ cockroaches would run over the walls and into the base boards / casing around door. I would never stay at this hotel again.I was shocked that no one from the hotel apologized or tried to make the situation right.

At $200+ per night and the "Premier" tag hinting this was a luxury hotel, the reality is nothing of the sort. The room was very basic. WiFi was only 50 MB/sec. The bathroom sink faucet was loose. They only have housekeeping come every 3 days, and though we stayed 4 nights we NEVER had our beds made. We requested fresh towels the morning of the 2nd day at the front desk and they said it would be done right away. By evening it hadn't arrived so we reminded them at the front desk, and only then was it done. Driving a Tesla, I liked that they had two chargers, a standard (J1772) and a Tesla. The Tesla was apparently broken, with electrical tape covering the nozzle opening. Only the J1772 worked, but there were no signs designating EV Only parking. So of course I had to contend with gas cars parking there because it was located right near the front door, the worst place you could have it at. And when it rained, there was a huge puddle in that parking spot.

It is a modern hotel. It was very clean . The room was big with nice furniture. The bed was firm and comfortable. The pillows were soft . The bathroom had a large shower with hot water . It had adjustments on it . It was quite refreshing . The room had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There was also a hair dryer, iron too . The pool area was well maintained. The hot tub was perfect and pool even had a waterfall grotto. I would recommend them.

Stayed here Saturday December 10, 2022 room 323. The only thing that describes the hotel is a pig with lipstick. The shower door did not close, only one towel rack, it feel off wall when used. Cracks in walls and the sofa was not worth sitting on. It has nice paint! (the lipstick)

I felt like they were trying to update but the rooms were oddly shaped with a long entry way that was just wasted space. I like a couch in there to sit on. Best breakfast I have had in awhile. The lady that checked us in was frazzled and not super friendly. Great location and was quiet even tho8gh they were busy.

Perfectly average and adequate in every single way. Standard king room included a couch and sitting area along with a mini kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave with sink and a few cabinets. Window does not open and air conditioner is set to heat for winter which made room a bit stuffy. Didn’t turn on the television but was a huge screen. Seemed that the stairs at both ends of the hotel had not been vacuumed in forever and the eggs at breakfast felt rubbery.

Check in was super slow. It was peek time 3pm and only one person at the front desk. There was a wedding party in town so they could have better prepared to accommodate. ****PLEASE CONSIDER UPGRADING TO DIGITAL CHECK- IN**** Awesome location. Had to get to a very important business meeting so I wasn't able to address the shower or the dirt linens on one of the beds. Went to the local Walmart and purchased sheets and pillow cases. The bartender was amazing and has a very talented daughter who can sing!!!

The rooms were nice, but we had no control of the temperature. The wall control was lit but had no response when trying to adjust. We had to ask for extra blankets. The pics online of the pool are very deceiving. It's like a kiddy pool. Not big at all, too small. I had to wait for people to get out just to wade with my kid. Part of the reason we choose a hotel is the pool. Also, it was annoying having the pool next to the lobby area being looked at from inside. I thought right away that was an awful idea, who would design it like that? Breakfast wasn't anything special. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, hashbrowns. Nothing tasted great other then the syrup on the waffle. The sausage was spicy. The coffee was prob the best part for me, my kids liked the Texas shaped waffles. Parking wasn't too bad but crowded. It was annoying seeing an ev charge point close to the front door. To think I helped pay for that. The staff was nice and took care of other issues in a timely manner. I do think that staff need to be more knowledgeable about the local area. I asked where a good place to eat is, if there's a fun place locally to go for the kids, and what's the best direction to a school and the staff said they had no clue on anything, that they actually weren't from there. Kinda confusing. You work there, but know nothing about the local area? Like you were just visiting like me. The final bill was confusing also. I was told one rate on the phone, a different rate in person, and charged a different rate on the final bill. I was told it would change because they put an automatic $40 on the room charge for candy, soda, or bar area to credit to the room. When we left I didn't pay much attention to it. When we got back home in another state, I seen the room rate plus the other charges and it added up to be a lot more. I was just floored because I paid in cash almost all extras we got. When we went to the pool area we ordered from the bar and charged to the room. But we had different charges on the bill that looked like we didn't pay cash for anything. So a few(3) drinks and few sodas equalled almost $100. My suggestion, don't charge anything to your room. Pay for everything when you get it. Location was pretty good for our reasons visiting. It was between the schools we had to go to. It was nice to have restaurants close by within walking distance even though we got stomach aches at both on the border and olive garden. The local drivers were pretty annoying also. I seen so many people splitting lanes. It causes road rage and traffic jams. They were purposely stopping you from passing, like they own the road and make the rules.

This was a simple overnight stop on our road trip. I was very impressed with our room and the amenities. The staff was delightful and breakfast a great variety. Will plan to visit again!

Room was beautiful, clean, looked to be recently renovated. The mattress was very comfy! The room even had a fan, which we seldom see in a hotel room. Free breakfast. Employees were very friendly AND it was across the freeway from a Buc-ees!

This is a nice hotel. Very clean. The breakfast is 1 of the best we've had in awhile. The only thing I wasn't pleased about, the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The sink had these cracks which were quite big. I know there's a porcelain repair kit at Home Depot. There maintenance people should repair it.

I have stayed at this hotel on business many times. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, the hot breakfast buffet is excellent, the price is great and the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The location is perfect for me as it's within walking distance to several major chain restaurants, as well as to my job. It's also a short drive to many other local restaurants and businesses, as well as beautiful downtown Denton. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel for years and always loved it, but not this time. They replaced the sofa, and it was the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever been on. The cushions ( each individual cushion) were uneven, so you really couldn't sit on it without being tilted/uncomfortable. They used to be made of cloth material but are now made of cheap/fake leather, and it's cold to sit on. Not good. Also... the pullout mattress from the dame sofa was not comfortable either. Looks like they just made a bad buy on the sofa. Hopefully, they will fix the problem. Otherwise, it's not worth they stay. P.s. also had loud people in the room next door. It wasn't our best experience at all.
