The customer experience was average at best. They don’t have regular plates and utensils, so the only use plastic cups. They have a tray for a plate, and they don’t even pour the water for you; you have to do it yourself! There is so much clutter in the back. The menu’s looked like they’re on a budget because they come in a plastic protective wrap. They don’t have handkerchiefs and instead they use low-quality paper. The food wasn’t WOW! The lemonade looked too yellow to be natural, and one sip got my stomach aching. I ordered wings, but they don’t have regular barbecue sauce or even buffalo. This food might even got my stomach sick. The only good thing was that it wasn’t too expensive, but it did not deliver a fancy restaurant experience like I wanted to.

The customer service: was........well there was none..... The owner sat and ate while he filled sauces..... The restaurant was dirty.....while he sat and ate. Like every.....single.....table was dirty. The wait: We ordered 16 wings and dumplings 2 Boba Milk teas We waited 43 mins...... Cost:$50.44 The Food: The wings are EXTREMELY greasy. We got 4 flavors -Parmesan -Gangnam -Garlic Soy -Spicy Garlic Soy The only one flavor thay didn't taste like the others was the parm....... The dumplings were good The Boba was good (I suggest half sugar cause OH MAN) Overall just underwhelmed

A nice little shop with fantastic food! The bibimbap was good, but the chicken and fries were my favorite and what I would suggest! So good I went back a second time during my mini vacation. The boba was also excellent and probably the best Thai tea boba I’ve had to date!

The staff are friendly, they know their anime, and foods dank. They always have some upbeat music or game videos playing and I love that personally.

Delicious Korean fried chicken! I’ve been going to this restaurant for the last 2 years exclusively for their fried chicken and parmesan truffle fries and the food is great every visit/delivery. However I will say, the service has gone down significantly over time. They have transitioned away from table service to only counter service which I don’t mind but sometimes it can be a bit of a wait for food. They also have a water dispenser out for free use which is usually convenient but about half the time I visit, it is empty. But to me the food is worth it!

Was expecting more…. The bowl was pretty bland with an over cooked egg and not many veggies. I think they forgot my sauce, unless it was already in the bowl. Overall, not terrible, but not exceptional.

My favorite fried chicken in Denton! Drove from Dallas to have dinner date here. They have amazing bone-in chicken that is juicy and flavorful, and the skin is at another level🤤 I’m not a huge fan for spicy, the Gangnam chicken sandwich is a bit difficult for me, but it’s definitely flavorful. A huge bonus point for the yellow pickled radish inside the sandwich. The coleslaw definitely helped with the spicy from the sandwich (I really don’t eat spicy food 😅). Hubby and I have been coming to this place since it opened and you can tell the owner is really putting in every to make things better. The food has transformed from great to excellent. Really love Gangnam chicken ❤️

Never go here. Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in over 5 years. As first timers we went thinking we would try something new. We go in up to the counter where the guy points at a tablet suggesting we use that to order. So we do. He doesn’t speak great English. No big deal but there is a bit of a communication gap there. He gets the ticket back in the kitchen and then brings me aside and says, “You got the leg and thigh combo.. that’s going to be about 25 minutes. Is that ok?” I said “yeah we have no plans. Maybe just try and get our fries out first.” Yall.. it took them 40 minutes to get our fries out It too another 15-20 for the chicken. They had it on the way out as soon as I went up to the counter for a refund. We didn’t even get our drinks until 15 minutes after the fries. They didn’t have any water out for people. I went up and was telling people that walked in to order about it and they decided to leave. My wife went up to ask for our drinks after 55 minutes and they looked at her like she was stupid and said “we’re working on it.” This was after we saw them standing behind the bar typing on their phone for several minutes. Leftover trays on tables all around. Surfaces not cleaned on the bar top and tables. People looking at each other like “can you believe this?” The food was good but not good enough for how long it took. Never go there. We’ll never go back
