    Here's my "small list" of grievances with this place. I wish I could say I made some of this up, because it seems so crazy : 1. When we first moved in, they failed to tell us the paper bill claiming we could pay b the 5th of the month was false. We got charged with a late fee even after they acknowledged their mistake. 2. We asked for a pipe to be repaired three separate times. They came and painted over the wall and said they "fixed it. Our house flooded on CHRISTMAS EVE from that very same pipe. Whenever we were moving things into the new unit, people came into the old unit and started going through my wife's things. 3. When we were forced into a new larger unit that we didn't ask for, they wanted to charge an extra $200 for that unit. 4. We compromised and agreed to pay $100. They still charged us $200 and would not adjust the payment. 5) They said that they would update their parking app to make sure we were added. They never did and when we got our incorrectly towed car, it turns out they never added us to the system. Turns out... they thought my name was Jake. They never paid us back for the tow that never should have happened. 6) I told them that the couple above us were constantly fighting, slamming things against the walls, screaming which was waking up my pregnant wife. They asked ME to do the detective work and figure out their names and unit number. And as I'm typing this I just received a notification telling me that we have an unpaid balance on our account for rent despite us already paying the prorated amount for August which is when we moved out.... One or two things is perfectly explainable. People and businesses make mistakes. But the complete disregard for the health, safety, and sanity of my family was disheartening to say the least, and downright scary at the worst for anyone looking to move in...

    I went in looking for information on new apartments and they couldn't be less helpful. The curly haired lady gave me almost no information, didn't show me any of the amenities such as the pool, gym, etc. I asked to go see the gym and she said, I'll just show you pictures. She explained nothing about the apartment, just opened the door and let me look around. She was in such a rush to get me out that she answered all my questions before i could even finish them. If this is how they treat you before they even get your money i don't want to find out how they treat you after.

    I have have had amicable experiences from this property and rpm-living. Initially, the conditions were rough after ownership changed, but everybody in the office has been doing a great job at adjusting and being adaptable. Things are looking much better at Ridgecrest.

    Horrible lease assistants, there are lot of issues about cockroaches in this apartment and pool is never maintained nor water is cleaned and it’s not at all good for hygiene, you would easily get rashers and skin infections, also the service request you raise for maintenance for building is always closed without addressing and about renting a house here, they say we would give you non renovated buildings before signing the lease but they give old commode and horribly maintained buildings. These are professional scammers, never suggest anybody here!!!

    I am on my 3rd years lease here and I have absolutely loved living here! The maintenance is always on it, which is so important to me. Malakie the maintenance guy is so knowledgeable and can fix anything! The grounds are always clean and the neighbors are all respectful!

    i’ve lived here for about 2 months now and i have absolutely no complaints so far!! maintenance is so quick. i put in a work order at 11 at night and they were there at 10 in the morning next day, so less than a 12 hour turn around. It’s also just so beautiful here, all the huge pine trees just makes it feel so cozy. Managements been pretty okay so far, Darnell is super nice and really helpful :)

    Called today to learn some information and Brittany answered and was incredibly helpful. She said she thoroughly enjoys the property and made me feel comfortable and safe thinking of this as a prospect. Very sunny demeanor :)

    This is absolutely a beautiful property. I loved it. The office staff is so polite and professional. They always have a warm welcome smile for everyone that comes into the office. Even the maintenance team Mr. Sherrod makes sure all turns and work orders are done quickly. He even explained everything in my granddaughter apt. I felt so bad for him working trying to make sure AC's are working having to put in long hours. That's dedication. The Manager Mr. John and Leasing agent Mr. Dornell and Ms. Britney They don't rush you away to help someone else. They make sure you are completely satisfied. Everyone in the office makes sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Also, the curb appeal and the property and apartments are very well kept up. My granddaughter just moved in a 2 bedroom and it is absolutely beautiful. Management and Maintenance is so detail oriented, and knowledgeable. They made my granddaughter's move very smooth and had patience with all her concerns and many questions. Thank you Ridgecrest for everything. You guys Rock.
