Here's
my
"small
list"
of
grievances
with
this
place.
I
wish
I
could
say
I
made
some
of
this
up,
because
it
seems
so
crazy
:
1.
When
we
first
moved
in,
they
failed
to
tell
us
the
paper
bill
claiming
we
could
pay
b
the
5th
of
the
month
was
false.
We
got
charged
with
a
late
fee
even
after
they
acknowledged
their
mistake.
2.
We
asked
for
a
pipe
to
be
repaired
three
separate
times.
They
came
and
painted
over
the
wall
and
said
they
"fixed
it.
Our
house
flooded
on
CHRISTMAS
EVE
from
that
very
same
pipe.
Whenever
we
were
moving
things
into
the
new
unit,
people
came
into
the
old
unit
and
started
going
through
my
wife's
things.
3.
When
we
were
forced
into
a
new
larger
unit
that
we
didn't
ask
for,
they
wanted
to
charge
an
extra
$200
for
that
unit.
4.
We
compromised
and
agreed
to
pay
$100.
They
still
charged
us
$200
and
would
not
adjust
the
payment.
5)
They
said
that
they
would
update
their
parking
app
to
make
sure
we
were
added.
They
never
did
and
when
we
got
our
incorrectly
towed
car,
it
turns
out
they
never
added
us
to
the
system.
Turns
out...
they
thought
my
name
was
Jake.
They
never
paid
us
back
for
the
tow
that
never
should
have
happened.
6)
I
told
them
that
the
couple
above
us
were
constantly
fighting,
slamming
things
against
the
walls,
screaming
which
was
waking
up
my
pregnant
wife.
They
asked
ME
to
do
the
detective
work
and
figure
out
their
names
and
unit
number.
And
as
I'm
typing
this
I
just
received
a
notification
telling
me
that
we
have
an
unpaid
balance
on
our
account
for
rent
despite
us
already
paying
the
prorated
amount
for
August
which
is
when
we
moved
out....
One
or
two
things
is
perfectly
explainable.
People
and
businesses
make
mistakes.
But
the
complete
disregard
for
the
health,
safety,
and
sanity
of
my
family
was
disheartening
to
say
the
least,
and
downright
scary
at
the
worst
for
anyone
looking
to
move
in...
