Our experience over the last 3 years has been phenomenal. Their dentists and assistants are all top notch and the customer service is great! They are not overly aggressive in treatment like the dentist we were at prior. Before it always felt they recommend treatment way too early and then the problem would work itself out. This office gives a wait and watch approach, except in cases of emergency, of course. I have 3 kids and they always work with me to get them seen at the same time without taking forever. They are active in the community and even remember my kids at community events. I am very happy that we found them!

My 3 children had their 1st experience with a dentist today and this team of care providers were incredible! Everyone was very encouraging and helpful as my kids received cleanings and treatments. They allowed the younger brothers to watch big sis go first and lead the way with courage and confidence. I also love that they play Christian music in the office!

The BEST pediatric dental office ever!! We have been going here for years, and my kids and I absolutely love it here! Every visit we have here is great. All of the staff is so welcoming and sweet, and they’re so good/patient with my kids! I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their kiddos here, mine are always excited (not anxious) when I tell them they have a dentist appointment. Y’all are amazing!!!

I absolutely LOVE this dental office! ALL of the dentist that we have had here are phenomenal!! I want to give a big shout out to HILARY the DH she is the BEST ever! I love how gentle, patient and caring she is with my kids and other kids!! Thank you all for a great experience each time !

I can't recommend this place enough. My kiddos have anxiety about the dentist, as a lot of kids do, but North Texas Pediatric Dentistry is a step above the rest. They are extremely kind and patient when working with children. I appreciate everything they done for my family and it makes going to the dentist a lot easier when no one is dreading it!!!

If you are having trouble looking for a place to take your kiddos, don't hastle any longer. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Which was VERY quick btw. Very welcoming overall and the staff was very nice. Describing every step of the way to my 3 year old lol hasn't stopped talking that she went to the "teeth doctor" 🥹😅 Without a doubt couldn't ask for a better spot. All I can say is A1 🙌🏼

Our first time there with our 4yr old and they did an amazing job! Customer service was on point from the very second we walked in until the very second we walked out. Everything was well explained and questions were answered and understood. We also didn't have to wait that long for them to attend us.

I've taken my four children to this office for several years and we've always had a good experience. Recently I took my oldest, 16yo, in for her six month cleaning. They told me that she was all good and that she was ready to go to a regular dentist. As we were leaving I asked my daughter why it took so long and she mentioned that they told her she had a lot of cavities. Obviously I went back in to question why they didn't share that info with me. They all just kind of stared at me like I was stupid. Now I have to pay for another exam at another office to find out what's going on. Needless to say I won't be going back. This place is great with littles, but I wouldn't take anyone over 12 there.
