Zero/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They routinely mishandle and misinform their patients. I went for medication management and never met with a provider. They prescribed the wrong dosage of medication and never consulted with me as a patient. They told me I could get a medication evaluation in the event that I had any issues, and then told me it was basically my fault when I ran out too soon. Horrible communication, zero accountability and lack of patient concerns. Overall, terrible experience and will not return.

I’ll start by saying Dr. Crawford and her nurse practitioner are no longer with this practice… just had an appointment scheduled with the new provider and left after waiting for 35 mins past my scheduled appointment time due to “add ons” per the receptionist. In the amount of time I was sitting there, they called 1 person back. Will be finding a new provider elsewhere.

Pointless visit. The provider did nothing. It’s been over a week and I’m still sick, I called to ask if they could do testing and The MA actually yelled over they phone while I was talking and hung up on me. If you’re looking for a primary care doctor do not book an appointment here. If you’re sick they will see you but it’s only bill your insurance to get money, they don’t do any testing at all. They have no intentions on doing anything to help you get better. I’ve honestly never heard of any pcp that doesn’t do testing, instead they were only interested in getting me booked for yearly pap appointment to bill my insurance again for a different reason. It’s completely ridiculous. instead of helping me feel better all they want me to come come back in 2 weeks for something completely unrelated after they did absolutely nothing for me in my first visit. Not one test was done to rule out allergy’s, sinus, mono, covid, absolutely no blood work, etc. Absolutely nothing! They did no testing, they didn’t call anything in for me and I went in sick. It’s been over a week, I’m still sick. are a waist of money. This clinic is terrible I do not recommend at all!

I was denied medication by the new doctor (Dr. Broadnax sic) at Be Well Primary Care Denton. She couldn't even write a script so she sent the request to the owner Dr. Vayani who confirmed the denial of the meds. I was left in a state of horrible withdrawals and sky rocketing blood pressure. Neither doctor advised me to seek a tapering dosage from ER. They simply abandoned my health and well being. Total medical neglect and severe cause of harm to my health and well being. They should have acted like legitimate doctors and made sure I was not in danger. I am pursuing legal action against Be Well Primary Care.

Do not go here. Pricing is ridiculous and when the issue was brought up I was told they could do nothing. I went in for a new patient visit and paid $337 to get my vitals, height and weight taken and talk to the provider for less than 10 minutes about my medical history. I was then told to go get lab work done and make a second appointment for an actual annual checkup. Ultimately, I waited in the waiting room (with no one else in there) and in the exam room longer than I talked to a human. I will definitely not be coming back and do not recommend this place. I was excited to find a new place to go but it is completely absurd for subpar treatment.

As a former nurse, I tend to be very picky with my providers. I was forced, due to a change in insurance, to find a new PCP, and this practice, in Denton, has blown me away with how wonderful, thorough, and friendly they are! I NEVER feel rushed, I feel at ease, and comfortable! They are polite, kind, and caring, from start to finish. I hope I never have to find a new place to go again! Be Well truly and genuinely cares! They've been more thorough than any other place I've ever been, and, at 50, that's important!! 5 stars, hands down! And Andrea is TOP NOTCH!!!

This is my second visit and there are no regrets. From beginning when when you check-in to seeing the doctor to the check out process it's a pleasure and very relaxing. Everyone treats the patient with respect and care. I'm really enjoying coming to Be Well Primary Care-Denton office.

NP A. Cummings is a God sent to me. I came to her needing help she listened she recommended she got me on the medication I wanted and needed and now I'm getting the help. Thanks I'm so excited about my future now.
