Stayed here for a couple of nights. I had such a wonderful experience. First off, the staff were very nice, polite, and beyond helpful. Second, this place was kept really clean. Large parking lot to accommodate many cars. They have an omelette bar, which was a nice addition because I did not like the scrambled eggs. My room was extremely clean and comfy.

This is the next generation of Embassy Suites, what a spectacular facility. The lobby is so big and open for guest lounging, lots of sitting spaces, tables and a great bar. The gym is awesome, well equipped with free weights and machines. The indoor/outdoor pools with the sliding door and sitting area are so awesome. The morning breakfast bar is also great. This is a amazing hotel, well worth the stop if you are in the area. The first time I've stayed in a modern Embassy Suites and I was blown away.

You definitely have to stop by the Bar, Marla went above and beyond service. Always checking on us making sure we were ok on drinks and chit chatting. Even when we sat at the lobby she would go check up on us take our empty drinks and serve us new ones.

Not sure how stars are calculated but this hotel felt more like a 2 star hotel or 3 star at best. Spent premium price for a mediocre experience. This hotel did not feel like a 4-star hotel. There are only two catches for this hotel. A made-to-order omelet and complimentary evening drinks(only few selections that are just average). The rest of the experience is pretty much like your typical 2 star hotel. The shower on the 11th floor has extremely low pressure. My dog's pee has better pressure than what we had in our room. There was absolutely no room service whatsoever. Empty conditioner bottles, broken mini fridge, and bedroom lights. To sum it up, do not book this hotel thinking it's a 4 star hotel, you'll be disappointed.

I have stayed at the Denton Embassy Suites several times over the past year and a half. I used to look forward to staying here because of the fitness center, room cleanliness, and happy hour. The past two times I have stayed here, I've been disappointed. My bathroom has not been clean as evidenced by hair on the floor. In addition, there has been no toilet paper or towels in my room. Both visits, the printer was out of paper and low on ink. Last time, I was put on a floor with teenagers who loudly ran up and down the halls until late at night. This morning, only two of the four treadmills were working. I used to highly recommend this hotel to others in our company. I can’t anymore.

Let's be real. All of you people commenting on the breakfast either need to clean your glasses or haven't eaten in weeks. The "made to order breakfast" is really just a made to order omelet.... The rest of the food is the same as a best western or holiday in. The breakfast is basic. It's NOT amazing and there is not a huge selection.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is located near a lot of different restaurants and a cinema. We still wipe down items once arriving, and honestly, this is the first hotel that was truly clean, except for the microwave, but that was no biggie. Our suite provides enough room for us to be comfortable. There were a couple of things that could of been better, such as other remotes change the TV channels so if you are enjoying a show it will get interrupted lol. The pillows flatted out quickly so it's hard to get comfortable. Also we were told we had a king bed and it wasn't one, more like a queen bed (we have a little one sleeping with us that is why a king was requested).

Not a pleasant short stay. We checked in late around 12:30 am. Once we got ready for bed we noticed the toilet was running and it wouldn’t flush. I called downstairs and the gentleman was less than helpful. Actually, he wasn’t pleasant at all. He said no one would be in until around 6 am to fix it. So we had a non working toilet plus it ran loudly all night. We got no sleep at all. The next morning at check out I spoke to Jeanette who was not only was rude but rolled her eyes at me and started asking which branch of military was my ID for. I am not sure what my military ID has anything to do with a toilet not working. I then was handed off to Gage after asking for him twice. He told me because I was military he couldn’t offer any refunds on my stay. Again, this doesn’t make sense since I experienced an issue out of my control. It’s almost like if you get a military discount it voids them for having to act fair. I called Hilton and told them the issues. They promised someone would call me within 48 hrs. Here we are a week later and nothing. They added a “few” points on my account that felt like a slap in my face. Definitely not near enough to make up for all the hassles. Would not stay here again.

Very impressed! Super accommodations and amenities. I'm a Travel agency owner and try to always choose an embassy suites for my business meetings when I travel domestically. This is one of the best ones I've stayed at!

My family and I had an amazing stay here! Our air conditioning was out so we stayed here for 4 nights! Embassy suites made it an amazing stay! The service from the front desk to housekeeping was always amazing! The hotel is beautiful and well kept! The rooms are fancy and comfy! They have a really nice indoor and outdoor pool and slash pad! They have a delicious full service breakfast in the morning that you have to check out! They also have free drinks at happy hour! I also want to give a shout out to 3 people that made my stay extra special! From the minute we arrived at the hotel Liz from housekeeping instantly became our friend and helped us so much! I can’t wait to hopefully see her the next time we go! She was so fun, sweet and good with my kids too! I also want to give a shout out to Zion and Peter at the front Desk! They also went above and beyond to help us the entire time we were at the hotel! Liz, Zion and Peter all deserve raises they are all amazing! Everyone that works there was nice but Liz, Zion and Peter were the only ones that went out of their way to help us and made our stay special! They are my favorites!

The bar staff are amazing (Tessa and Marla), rooms are great as well. Water pressure isn’t great if you get the higher floors. The Restaurant attached can be great most of the time. Best Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at.

I was here for a work conference, and I'd gladly return to this hotel again for a personal stay. I had a king suite, and the amenities were perfect. The room was spacious and contained everything I needed for an enjoyable 3-night stay. The location was convenient, and there was ample self-parking. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected and provided a great start to my work days. I re-fueled every day at the Starbucks near the lobby, which also has a few food items for sale if you're needing snacks. In the evenings, the bar hosts a complimentary happy hour with free well drinks and snacks. My group enjoyed gathering here in the evenings to relax and unwind before another busy day. The convention center is ideal for work conferences. We had meetings in the grand ballroom and smaller sessions in the surrounding areas. It was easy to navigate, seating was comfortable, and the sound and AV/Tech devices seemed to work well. All in all it was a great conference, made better by the. location. I'll definitely look to stay here for personal travel in the future.

I stayed for 3 nights for a conference that was taking place in the convention center and I was very impressed with every part of my stay. The rooms were EXACTLY as pictured on the website. They were not run down or older looking, which often happens when booking hotels. My room was very clean (including sinks, fridge, coffee pot, shower, dressers, and bed). The beds were very comfortable and we were provided 5 pillows per bed! Check in went well, the facility was really beautiful. I utilized the fitness center too which had everything you could want at a hotel (and a peloton bike!). The convention center is right in-between an Alamo Draft House Cinema and a Bowling Alley, which makes for a great place to stay. Food isn't too far off either. There's a restaurant inside the building and other food options just a few minutes drive away. I was very impressed with the service. Upon check in I got a text that said they hoped my check in went smooth and to let them know if there was anything they could do for me and they checked in on day 2 as well which was a nice touch.

I’ve been to this hotel twice in the past couple months and both times were wonderful experiences. The property is spotless and has an amazing breakfast. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and it actually got really dark (my pet peeve at most hotels). There are plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Will definitely stay here again with family and for business!

Coming back several months after my stay after choosing another Embassy Suites in Austin based on my experience here. What a joke. The Denton location was so fabulous and I was expecting the same in Austin. In Denton everything was so clean, the rooms were spacious and had such a good flow. The bathroom in the suite was so spacious and clean. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing. I even ordered out for dinner one night and needed a plate and utensils because of how the meal was packed for delivery. The front desk was so accommodating that they heard me talking about it and asked someone to run over to the hotel restaurant and brought back a plate and silverware for me to take back to my room. I would absolutely stay here again and wish all Embassy Suites were as amazing as this one!

The staff at this hotel, from check-in, to bartenders, to the Houlihans staff, the breakfast staff and the housekeepers I passed in the hallway, everyone greeted me with a warm smile and a hello. This hotel has a great, free breakfast and evening reception. The lobby was beautiful and very accommodating to the large business group we had. The two-room suite was beautiful, and the shower glass was so clean I almost walked right through it more than once. I also took advantage of the bluetooth bathroom mirror (which I didn't even know existed). There are restaurants about a half to three quarters of a mile down the road. It's not very walker-friendly as far as sidewalks go.

Went here for a meeting. The meeting room was very nice. The food was excellent, including the complimentary breakfast. Our room was very nice. It was the first room we had ever had that had a separate living room.

Excellent accommodations! Room had plenty of space! Clean and comfortable! Lobby was welcoming! Gym had good equipment, clean area with cardio and nice rack of dumbbells and a cable station! Breakfast was excellent!

The hotel was welcoming and helpful, they went above and beyond to help our large event run smoothly. Justin the Bartender was especially welcoming and enthusiastic, and my trip was more fun because he was there. The rest of the staff were also competent and friendly.

Walked up to the only person at the check in desk, who points me to an empty podium, they'll help you over there. Who? After the 3 other employee's finish their 5-minute conversation, I guess one decided to check us in. You have to use your room access card to get to your floor in the elevator, so don't plan on getting in the elevator with stuff in both hands. Hard bed, flat pillows, small nightstand that base of the lamp takes up 3/4 of the space. AC barely worked, bathroom door kept smashing into closet door. Nice view out the large windows of a wall and a rooftop. Be ready to sign up and get spammed by Hilton Rewards for the "Free WiFi." Couldn't figure out how to turn on half the lights. You know, sometimes simpler is better. This place isn't. Or should I keep going on?

hotel had two weddings and a reunion and never felt crowded. embassy Suites is centrally located and it was a 10 min Uber to downtown Denton. Returning from downtown, we stopped at the bar for some very well made smoked old fashioned. Afterwards I found my suite to be cozy inviting. The separate bedroom made for an amazing rest. The mirror. The mirror has Bluetooth built in. Having music in the morning was awesome! On site Starbucks was a plus. I'll be back soon!

A bunch of small kids in the lobby for a football tourney. Barely anywhere to eat or sit. Barely supervised kids eating next to breakfast buffet. One of the cooks was coughing into his arm. Only 4 elevators for a nine floor hotel. You had to get into a special line for happy hour specials. Bad service at the hotel restaurant. More small loud kids there too. I expected a higher level hotel. Room was nice though. Probably won't be going back.

Great hotel, but for the price, they do not trust their guests to get their own bacon/sausage at breakfast time. If you want it you must get in the sometimes long omelet line. The hotels a/c also takes some time to cool rooms down below 73 if you need it colder to sleep. Other then that the hotel is great!

I am a Hilton employee and the only thing I am going to tell you is that the towels are clean but they look like they are dirty, you should look into that and use the power pack to impress the guests. The rooms are large and perfect, very clean, the staff is very attentive, the breakfast is very delicious and the evening reception is very good with a lot of attention. I give it 5 stars but they should change and pay attention to the laundry

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. The initial interaction was a bit choppy as the hotel did not reflect my Gold status. All issues were resolved quickly and William from the front desk went above and beyond to resolve issues, provide excellent service and ensure that I had an amazing experience at the property. Thank you!

Good location as it's close to downtown and the interstate. The downside is you hear the traffic. The room was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is good. However they do not leave the coffee bar out afterwards, which is sad. Plenty of parking.

Highly recommended! You can't find a better place to stay in Denton. This place is totally awesome in every respect. The rooms are incredible and very quiet and secure. I met some friends in Denton for the jazz festival and stayed one night. I used the fitness center in the morning. We ate breakfast at the complimentary breakfast buffet. Fitness center has everything you need for a good workout which you will need to do if you take advantage of the "all you can eat" complimentary breakfast buffet which is excellent and has an amazing variety of outstanding food.

If I ever have cause to be in Denton, TX again, I'll stay at this hotel. It was safe, clean, accommodating, and friendly. The staff even knew your name! The rooms were as big as apartments. And the breakfast is not to be missed! I'm not much of a breakfast person but their selection along with omelettes made to order was too good to resist. Everyone I spoke with at our conference felt the same way! Great job, Guys!!

Just attended the Lake Cities Education Foundation annual gala there. The food was very good and the service staff was attentive and prompt. There were over 300 people in attendance, but it didn't seem crowded. The PA system was good as was the AV setup. All in all, it was a fun night in a great setting.

  • 5/5 Dyna C. 1 year ago on Google
The location, service, staff, room, breakfast and evening reception was amazing. The indoor and outdoor pool option was a plus. There is a cinema and social next door. There is an abundance of stores and restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely be booking this location in the near future

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and willing to help! We brought our dog and we’re shocked at the amount of other people who did as well. Designated potty area for pets, complimentary breakfast, and the cafe were all things we enjoyed! Highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re traveling with a dog!

We were there for 6 night for a Ranching For Profit school. This place is amazing! Lunch was included in our school price and let me tell ya, they feed you well and it's excellent food. The staff is very professional, weather it's a bar tender or a maid. They have happy hour and the drinks are free!! I would highly recommend this place!

My grand daughter is home schooled and she goes here to take her STAR test. The location is great! However, I can not comment on the rooms or service because I have never checked in here. It is a very beautiful Hotel and from what I've seen is very very clean.

I've stayed here on business many times and front desk service has gone way down. Anything I requested (which was always around 12-1pm) was never delivered, I was charged incorrectly for my room, as well as waited over an hour in the morning (because I was told the FD Manager would arrive around 7) just for her to be an 1 ½ late to her own job only to recieve a rude explanation from the manager whos name is Gabby as to why they overcharged me and it wasn't until I spoke with the hotel manager Gage that it was resolved. The workers are great but the managers are something else and need training. Talking to you Gabby

We stayed here twice in the last week (at the start and end of our road trip) and just loved it. The breakfast is delicious. The 2 room suite is perfect for our family; giving the kids a place to rest while the parents are still awake. The staff went out of their way to serve us (pushing elevator buttons when our hands were full, delivering a crib quickly, pushing our luggage cart up to our room, cooking a special breakfast for our kiddo). All of this and the hotel is clean, close to the highway, and affordable. We WILL be staying here again so we can check out more of the amenities.

  • 5/5 Madison C. 10 months ago on Google
Convenient to the Denton airport where our training is. Lots of restaurants- both chains and locally owned. Grocery stores too. The room is nice and beds are clean and comfy. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. The front desk staff have been awesome with any requests and friendly in general. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great option for a family staycation if you're in the area. Indoor and outdoor pool w/splash pad. Walking distance to entertainment (Andy B's & Movie Theatre) & In N Out is a short drive away. Staff is friendly with complimentary happy hour and breakfast! Most importantly, room was clean and it was nice to stay in a newer location. Our stay was for the 4th of July and appreciate all the staff working the holiday. We extended our stay by an extra day because we enjoyed our time so much. We live in the area and highly recommend to our family. We'll be back for another staycation soon!

The location of the Hilton is prime. It is near everything from an Alamo Draft House (right next door) to restaurants and stores. The hotel is largely fragrance free. Comfortable rooms that welcome both leisure and work. Not to mention the shower was on par with a massage. So many amenities and a wonderful selection at breakfast. The staff from front desk to elsewhere were incredible. I would recommend this to seasoned travelers or first timers.

It's been great! Staff has been super helpful and accommodating! I asked one of the lady's to hit our room before I went to lunch, came back and had it done! The breakfast has been great, the staff have all been wonderful during our event! Location got 4 stars due to traffic, could just be the time frame.

Beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good. Nice covered parking spots. Shuttles... My issue was, I was there for an event I was attending and when I needed to ask the staff at the hotel bar if any car keys had been turned in (I already had checked the front and restaurant desks for a senior woman in our group) I very patiently waited on the side opposite of the meeting room, where others had positioned themselves to sit and enjoy a drink. The bartenders intentionally never turned around. They only focused their attention on the 2 standing lines at a checkout terminal. They were not very busy and their were two of them. At one point no one was in line and I thought for sure they would turn around and attend to the rest of the bar and maybe answer my very quick question...that never happened. When I walked over to ask my question, I suggested they perhaps turn around occasionally to see if anyone at the bar might need their attention. I was bluntly told by "John" they only serve those in line at the far end of the bar. Anyone seated at the bar must stand up and order from the one side of the bar, or in my case ask a question. 🤔 I am a loyal Hilton's member and attend multiple events a year on business and was appalled, especially as a local, that this was my experience at a Hilton property. This happened on 16 July at six pm.

This was my first stay in an Embassy Suites and I was highly impressed! The service staff was courteous and efficient and the rooms are comfortable and spacious with very nice decor and amenities. Comfortable beds as well. They had a great spread for breakfast.

Watch out they are sneaky about charging you for an upgrade - $20 and they did not even tell me. Asked for a corner room and the clerk said, "Sure I can give you an upgrade" no mention of the $20. I called once the invoice had cleared and the individual (Wish I had his name) basically called me a liar and refused for about 10 minutes to work with me.. alluding to the fact he could but did not want to.. a business decision he called it.. a few items of concern 1) Do not call a corner room with a view of a shopping center an upgrade - this is not ocean view VS parking lot. His argument was a bit more SQ footage - zero amenities ..just a little more room... wow nice upgrade. 2) Diamond historically gets an automatic upgrade 3) Never tell the guest he is lying - especially over a $20 charge claiming "I got the upgrade so tough" - your desk clerk did not tell me ... and guess what most people would not pay the $20 for a corner room. In fairness he finally did remove the charge - well its pending... but in this case so much more should be done. There needs to be restitution for the 30-45 minutes I spent with his staff, the manager and even the Diamond Desk.. I feel the manager owes me an apology (there is a case number) and points/ future stay should be awarded.. but mot importantly ... let the guests know there is individual out there that when it comes to customer service on what I am sure the Hilton standard is fell short.... by a mile....
