If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible.. to start they were playing rap music curse words and all! The server was VERY RUDE DID NOT CARE AT ALL FOR HIS JOB.. there was No manger on the floor at all.. all there was little kids running the store. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE DO you’d get better service at the convenience store! I

The absolute worst kitchen I’ve ever worked in. The cooks don’t use gloves or wash their hands. I saw them drop food on the floor pick it up and serve it to keep food cost down. They cross contaminate pretty much everything. Their kitchen is filthy. I know I worked there for two days. I did not see anyone wash their hands not one time. I will be calling codes this place should be shut down. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 15 years. This is the worst kitchen I’ve ever seen. Don’t eat here there are rats in the ceiling flys flying around all in the kitchen. Because I’ve worked here and saw the things go on. Not only will I not eat at this Applebees but if I can’t see it being cooked I don’t want to eat at the restaurant. They give a bad name to the food service industry. Trust me I worked there. Beware do not eat there your food is liable to have had a fly on it or have been dropped on the ground and still served to you. They put old food on top of new food to save from hiring a dishwasher and to keep food cost down. I called codes it should be on the news soon.

It wasn't bad. My wife had the ribs, I had the salmon. The ribs were pretty good! However, the salmon was extremely over seasoned, and dry. I will be returning because our waiter was great! I just recommend staying away from the salmon.

Best Applebees I have ever been to from here to the west coast. Service was top notch. The speed at which my food was delivered was absolutely incredible. If you sit at the bar, Mr. Nick is about the best you can ask for, you’d think he’d been doing this for 20+ years. Highly recommend

My spouse and a friend went to pick up my check and there was nobody at the front. She had to look for someone to ask to be helped. She waited up to 30 minutes just for it to be brought out when they weren’t even busy. The bar attendant walked outside to smoke instead of asking if she needed help. while i worked there they served expired (4 day old food) and 10 day old salsa with fungus and i ended up getting sick. Plus they don’t even hire a dishwasher and expect other positions to make up for it.

The portion sizes were tiny for the price, even compared to fast food establishments. My wife's nachos had almost no cheese and were too cold to eat, she ordered from elsewhere after she attempted to eat them. On my sampler platter the mozzarella sticks were overcooked so badly they were inedible, and the quesadilla was a greasy mess. Wings were dry and overcooked.

Me and my family came in today for lunch today. We ordered our drinks I got one of the new promo drinks they have out for Halloween and after trying a sip I was really liking it so I asked my server to ask the manager if we could switch it out or something. The manager Lee came to our table and told us that he can’t comp alcohol but I wasn’t asking him to take it off I just simply asked what we could do about me not liking it, he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t switch the drink out for something different or take the drink off that we still had to pay for this drink that I never even ended up drinking I was told if I wanted to switch the drink out for something different I’d be charged again. Lee was not very appropriate about things and was very rude towards us. You know a place is bad when the servers are even saying that the manager came at our table rudely and that he’s taken alcohol off for other tables. Me and my family will definitely not be back to this place! Our server was very sweet and understanding.

Didn't break down prices of drinks with liquor in it - when arrived 4 sets of people waiting to be seated; no one was there to help to be seated- spoke with server manager, forgot name but she was nice- it wasn't busy but it did seem to be busy to be helped

The waitress was very nice and attentive. Great interaction/conversation with my daughters and me. Congratulated my one daughter on her graduation and we wished her a Happy Mother's Day when she mentioned her child. Also showed great composure with the party behind us that appeared to be giving her a difficult time with their order and a large gift card(s) purchase. I wish I remembered her name, but it was around 8pm the time she served us.

Today we went in around 2. Only 1 other table, and 2 bar patrons. After we ordered our food, I watched our server sit in a booth on her phone, stand next to the manager on shift holding the wall up, and hiding behind a wall once she caught my glare. Our salads had not arrived, and my husband's water was empty. Once ALL of our food came out (together), I made the comment our salads should have come first. The server responded, "oh, you wanted your salads 1st?" To my reply, " ya, they usually do". If they were busy, I wouldn't be as perturbed, but there was no reason to be so lazy. Do better servers!!!

Was a very nice visit. Was with family and we had a great meal and great conversation. The server was great. He kept drinks filled and kept making sure all was good to go. Just a really nice visit

Good service. Not a lot of choices due to the Holiday Christmas menu, but everything is fine.

I use to come here OFTEN! Service declined more and more after each experience. After tonight’s experience I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. The service is always horrible. It has to take more people to come in through the entrance before even being acknowledged. Why am I not acknowledged before others walk in??? They will service the people who came in after me before coming to my table (this has happened on numerous occasions). People will get their drinks AND appetizers before me when I was there first. I get my appetizers and entrees at the same time DO THEY NOT KNOW APPETIZERS come BEFORE the entree. Then finally get the entree and it’s cold and wasn’t given a full chicken breast the strips I was served were hard (overcooked) and dry. THE ENTIRE PASTA WAS DRY. It’s comes naturally with little to no Alfredo so I always order extra. Tonight they decided to give me a smaller portion of the extra Alfredo and charge me double the amount $4 when it shows $1.99 online. I will never go back here as LeAnn say these are new changes that she has to make all staff members aware of. I’m glad she made me aware as I will never return again. Let’s not forget the gnats flying around your food as you’re trying to eat. They get the first bite before you even try your own food. The Food doesn’t even taste the same as when I first started coming anyway. NEVER AGAIN ! Pictures added!

It's stinks as soon as you open the doors. The bar top was letting off a old beer smell and it was sticky all the way acrossed it. The food was good, except our mozzarella sticks smelled like burnt toast. We decided that we will not be back.

Went for dinner around 4 or 5 on a Monday. Grace was our server. She was good at what she did, friendly and sweet personality. Food was hot & fresh. A rarity these days. Will be back soon.

One of the best Applebees I have been too. The servers are great!!! The managers are on the floor making sure everything is perfect! The cooks also do an amazing job making everything just how you like it!

The food was great..if we could've finished it...a racist customer interrupted my dinner with two of my dear friends..2 of us are white and 1 of us is half black...that customer claimed that blacks were going to be sold into slavery not once but twice he approached our table...we are not women that allow disrespect..we told him to not talk to us that we didn't appreciate his comment and it escalated....it's very unfortunate that the manager didn't have him leave as we were there first and had just got our meal...we were not the problem and it is by the grace of God alone that it didn't become a worse situation. It's very unfortunate that my first Applebys experience I'm left wondering is that location one that condones this behavior...sure my friend got a 50% discount but we wanted our food..we only left swiftly to avoid an altercation...the restaurant seemed to approve of his racist remarks and that's not today's world.

We went to dinner and after waiting a long time for food, our waiter informed us the French onion soup was still frozen so my mom's meal could not be made because only one cook on duty. Waiter did his best. Manager did not bother to come to come explain issue. My burger only had sauce in center of top bun.

This Applebee's had an odd smell. Maybe it's the heat but it feels like a deep cleaning is in need. Service was good. Food was great.

Went on a Friday night around 7. Wait wasn't too long. Big family came in after us with multiple rowdy kids (ok, but not when they run all over the benches full of people sitting and waiting to be seated). Wait staff yelled at hostess, obviously busy and "in he weeds." Not her fault though. Finally seated 20min later, waitress attentive until she wasn't. Food took a while and skillet was not sizzling..... But warm. Ribs were pork but nothing on menu explained beef or pork but at least now we know not to order ribs after tasting, we don't eat pork. Waitress only refilled drinks once during the whole 2 hours there. We had to ask and then wait 30min before receiving the one and only refill. Police showed up over a kid screaming? Waitress was seen going outside to her truck and talking on the phone And vaping while supposed to be tending to our table and others. Overall not exactly what we were looking for in a dining experience so will try other locations in the future

Really awesome place and the appetizer BBQ CHICKEN NUGGETS we had were probably the best I have ever had! Our waitress was super nice and made our time there very enjoyable! We will definitely return for another great time! You cannot beat the quality of their food. Mmm!

It was good service even i went 12am. Food is not bad and special happy hour for foods and cocktails. Recommend to visit late night 🌙

Stopped by after an appointment to get some lunch. Bring around 2 pm, it was fairly quiet when I got there. I sat at the bar and had a side salad with the onion vinaigrette dressing and a bowl of the Chicken Enchilada soup. Both were great. The lady behind the bar was very personable, and we had a nice conversation when she wasn't busy. Very relaxing experience, which I've come to expect when I visit here. I'll keep going back there whenever I'm in the area.

First time at this location. I didn't pay attention to the cleanliness till after I stopped trying to eat my over salty cheese bits. They was extremely salty on the inside not the outside, so that could be from the supplier. They did take them off our bill, I was offered anything I wanted to replace them but the excessive salt made my stomach hurt. I was having a great evening with my husband, so I wasn't focused on some things at first. My husband enjoyed his burger and fries. I started looking around while just sitting there. That is when I noticed the dirty window ledge and blinds. The waitress was very helpful, polite, and professional. The restaurant for a Friday night at dinner time was pretty empty. The parking lot is not the best for handicap people, kinda far from front door. We won't return to this location.

We went here for lunch on Christmas day. They sat us in the bar area. The girl working the bar waited on us. She was very polite and nice. The food was good. They had a limited menu for the day. They had a holiday plate on the menu. It was delicious.

Waited at the door, no one came to seat us. So, we decided to seat ourselves. Waited over 10 minutes. Waiter made eye contact several times, never came by our table or even acknowledged us. Finally, decided to leave. 2 stars for good food based on previous experiences.

When going it's usually nice pleasant and the drinks are good. Well this perticular night the server was good BUT the drinks tasted like juice and the manager was VERY rude. We sent back our drinks and ordered shots and the manager made his way to our table to tell us that we can't keep sending drinks back and(we only sent one back), then proceeds to go talk mess about us to the staff(yeah we heard it). He then yelled at one of his staff in front of everyone about napkins that was on the table. Well, we cashapp out server her tip.

We went out to dinner for the first time as a family, including our two-year old. The food was great and the manager, Leanne, and Victoria, our server, were attentive, efficient, and had the best service mentality. great atmosphere overall. Thanks y'all!

I love hanging out at the bar at this location. The patrons are fun, down to earth and friendly This is the only place that serves frozen dos-a-ritas. I've many to other states and no one offer it. This location also serves 1 dollar jello shots and can pretty much make any type of drink except anything with Guinness. Once I arrive back home I will definitely come here again.

We ordered a mixed drink the very first of our order....even asked the waitress again for it. We watched the bartender walk around getting other drinks and watching the TV. We got our food, finished it and five minutes later she came to the table saying it was ready and was going to bring it. We told her we didn't want it now because we were finished with our food. They took it off of our tab. Then we saw them give it to another customer they had taken several drinks to. Very bad call in my opinion. Spent a decent amount of money there, too.

Fantastic! Food was good but the service was OUTSTANDING! Our server was Catherine and she was by far the best server I've ever had. Polite, courteous, energetic and most of all her communication skills were on point. There was NO question she was going to take care of us. This was our first time at the Denton Applebee's. We had a party of 10. I will be going back and it is 100% because of Catherine. What a GREAT young lady.
