The service here is very good! My waiter was very kind and helpful. When he brought the tortilla chips, the basket was overflowing with chips even though I was eating by myself. Throughout the meal, he stopped by to check how I was doing. The food is also very good. The enchiladas I had were very flavorful with just the right amount of spice.

Just a fun, friendly and most of all tasty place for some Tex-mex. Of course the selection of all of the sauces already makes me want to go back. Yummy!!!! Salsa and chips are dangerously good and tasted real fresh and the food was different and tasty for what it is. I can't wait to go back. Staff was amazing; fast, attentive, punctual and friendly. This location is great!

This place is very good on prices but because of that, they stay busy. Their drinks are amazing, and so are their tacos!

The food was delicious! You must try a Mexican martini! Bailey was our server and she did an amazing job. And made my neices surprise b-day dinner very special for her! She even was nice enough to take a picture of the whole group!

Server was very attentive. Food was good. Would have given it a 5, but they forgot to bring a couple of things and didn't take it off the bill. Had to tell them to take off the items that didn't make to the table.

Visited Chuy’s around 8:30 pm on a Saturday. Although the waiter estimated a wait time of 20 minutes, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated within just 10 minutes. Immediately after being seated, we were welcomed with chips and salsa. The chips were delightfully thin and crispy, though the salsa was somewhat ordinary. We also ordered queso, which is a must-try at this location. For our main dishes, we chose the chicken enchiladas, veggie enchiladas, and veggie fajita. The chicken enchiladas and veggie fajita were outstanding and left a memorable impression. However, the veggie enchiladas were just decent; I would suggest opting for a different sauce to elevate them. The ambiance at this Chuy’s is undoubtedly its standout feature, exuding relaxation. Our server was attentive and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're in the Denton area and have a craving for exceptional Mexican cuisine, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The food was great and the portion size definitely outpaces the price. The shining star was the service. I wish a had our waitresses' name, but according to the receipt, she's employee #135. She was a credit to waitresses everywhere. Hope I have a chance to visit again soon.

This Chuys was great. We sat in the bar. The service was quick even for a Sat night. They were friendly and attentive. The cheese enchiladas were the best. My wife had the frozen blackberry margarita. She said it was the best margarita she ever had.

Tex-Mex food options with some interesting art throughout the restaurant. I loved the dog biographies. Busy Friday night with about a 20 minute wait, not bad. Service was prompt and the food and drinks were absolutely worth it. We’ll be back for sure!

The food is really good, as is expected from Chuy's. There was a wait, but it was a weekend night. The food was worth the wait, and our server was really nice.

Servers was quick and friendly. Drinks were well made (I had the blackberry margarita and highly recommend it). We shared a fajitas for two. It came out fast and fresh. It was fantastic! Best part was having enough left to make a great fajita omelette for breakfast the next day. First time a at this location. I will be back.

The food was fresh and authentic. I had the ground beef, cheese, and bean burrito. I think I paid around $10 for my burrito and about $8 for my margarita. It was really good especially since I'm picky. My food was seasoned just right. I would definitely come back!

Wait staff was professional, fast and polite. The place is also very clean. However, the food was perplexingly bad. Guacamole is is just beat avocado and they put lettuce underneath apparently to prevent it from moving around, yeah I don't know either. My entree came with the mushiest tasteless box rice and overcooked refried beans that I'm sure we're straight from a can. The main thing in my plate was drizzled in a spicy queso sauce so I can't really complain because I don't know anyone that likes Queso. I would probably never return here or their chains. If you're into tastelessness go ahead at least the environment is good. I would go not expecting high quality food .

I was told 20 to 25 minutes wait time for a table and ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a table for 3. My food came out like I wanted but my parents nachos were supposed to be beef and chicken fajitas and ended up coming out with beef taco meat, after sending back the first order that had pico and tomatoes and onions in it. Our waitress Kelli was really nice but I think just a little over worked. Never had a problem like this but it happened. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

I ordered a combo fajita dinner for two, guacamole and chips, and queso chips. The food was brought out to me but was missing the queso and chips. I had to go back in and ask for the rest. I brought the entire bag of food that I received back inside to prove it was missing. Two bags of chips alone do not fit in the one brown bag I received, but I was met with a doubtful tone at first. This was the same person that brought my food out in the first place. She eventually brought out a container of queso and a bag of chips. The flavor of the food was good in all respects, but the toughness of the beef was like chewing on a shoe. I was still working on my first beef fajita while the other person I was eating with was steadily on chicken fajita number three. I promise I still have all my teeth and my dental health is good, but there is no amount of chewing that could make that beef go down. I won't be ordering the beef ever again.

Great place to have dinner. It is optional to sit in the (bar/ cantina) area. Service was a little slower on that side but food was very good.

Ordered beef fajitas burrito but I didn’t taste beef in. Put too much beans in my burrito and didn’t see any meat! Margarita was good.

Fantastic Tex mex food! Recommend trying all Their salsa sauces from mild to hot and their jalapeño ranch sauce. Happy hour is also fantastic, and tortillas are fresh and service is the best.

We all enjoyed ourselves there...the location was very busy too. A young lady named Cecilee-(I assume that's the best way to spell her name) was very kind and very polite, and very helpful! She attended to all our needs, and the food was very good! Even the 2 gentlemen were very kind as well, so our experience was very wonderful!!

Ordered the Elvis combo w/ extra sauce on the enchiladas but it was not added, a side of rice, beans, & queso. It came with a decent bag of really great crispy, light & fresh tortilla chips & 2 3 oz sides of dipping sauce which was not enough for all the chips. The creamy jalapeño sauce is awesome it has a nice kick for anyone that cannot handle spice well like I, however it's worth the trouble. The combo comes with a taco for me it wasn't great it had fallen apart. Overall the taste of the food how it was packaged and the staff that did the curbside delivery was nice..

While I have never forgiven Chuy's for dropping chili rellenos off the menu due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had a very pleasant meal this evening. I knew I wanted nachos, and I realized that, for the time, money, and hassle of going to the grocery store and cooking them and then cleaning up, I was much better off to share a plate of Panchos with my sweet wife. The Panchos, plus the always delightful Creamy Jalapeno Ranch, made us very happy that we made the decision to stop. And I can easily see myself doing this again. Our server was very busy, so we had to be patient at times, but she did a great job.

In a nutshell: A mediocre Tex-Mex experience. The queso appetizer was pretty good, as were the chips and salsa. The shrimp tacos were also fairly good, and my son enjoyed the Bigger Than Yo' Face burrito with fajita-style chicken. However, my wife's veggie enchiladas were bland and almost completely lacking in cheese. Overall the food was OK, mostly, but nothing to brag about. It tasted, well, "corporate." The biggest turnoff was the service. I overheard our waitress complaining to another staff member that she was overloaded with tables, and it showed. She was bubbly and nice but would disappear for unacceptably long stretches of time. We sat ready to order for the longest time before she appeared. My order was served about 10 minutes after everyone else got theirs. The drink order was slightly messed up too, and multiple people other than our waitress had to team up to bring out our food piecemeal. The atmosphere is festive but far too noisy to hold a conversation without lots of "What did you say?" Skip Chuy's and spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere.

Wait staff was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. Chips and salsa served to the table were fresh and bright. The creamy jalapeño ranch the waitstaff offered was delicious! Enchiladas were lacking inspiration though. Very dry and bland while the rice was equally nondescript. The boom-boom sauce and the beans were, by far, the best part.

We’ve been to this location many times and I don’t think we’ve ever been disappointed. I long for the pre-covid menu to return but who knows if/when they’ll at will ever happen. At least they still have the creamy jalapeño sauce so that’s enough for now. The portions a great for the cost. We most recently visited this location for my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner with the fam. Everyone was stuffed and happy. My parents were also able to take three leftover containers full home to their piggies. The tres leches cake is ammmmaaaazzzing by the way. Outside in the parking lot we were also able to say hello to some friendly goats that live next door. We will be back many more times in the future. Crossing my fingers there’s still a nacho car out there to utilize again.

😐 This place has great customer service and great food. However, I’ve noticed in the past few months that the portion size of the meat for the Classic meal has severely decreased. At this point they’re charging $11.85 after tax to serve you three cups of rice, mac salad, and 3-4 oz of chicken.
