Awesome place to eat. Really good service and the staff was so helpful because we've never ate here before.. This blows away subway. And the loaded potato was fantastic..

McAlisters seem to be hit or miss these days. This was a great location. The food was good, and sandwiches were stuffed. Managers are friendly and staying on top of things in there.

This is our first time eating here. Really good service and the food was on point. I got the French dip with a side of potato salad. Sandwich was loaded with meat. The potato salad was pretty close to what I make at home. My wife got the veggie spud which was huge. The sweet tea is some of the best restaurant tea I've had. The prices are very fair. I have nothing negative to say about this place. We will be back.

I want to say that the associates are amazing! Last night we ordered a meal for delivery (DoorDash) but there were a lot of bad experiences including missing food. So we received two free meals which we redeemed today for lunch. The managers responded really quickly and immediately assisted us. We ordered two meals: the club wrap with steamed broccoli and the peach lemonade; the kids ham and cheese toastie meal with a fruit cup and original lemonade. The lemonade was amazing, sweet and a little tart but not overwhelming. My kiddo ate almost all their food and that is a miracle. The fruit looked fresh. The club wrap was delicious with a tangy mustard/mayo combination to help carry the other flavors. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and seasoned well with salt and pepper. We definitely will be returning but most likely in person.

Haven't been to this location before because I live in Fort Worth. However I was quite impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. I feel it is a younger college group that are working there and want to work, it is an encouragement to see. So much so that they had delivered our food to my family at the table before I could get done paying.

Ate here after an event and we had a nice experience. The service is friendly but it would be nice to see food handlers (at least) wearing masks. They had gotten my soup wrong but were quick and friendly when getting me the right one. The seating and tables could be kept clean a bit better and in a more timely manner. Managers were visibly on the floor as team support. It seemed like a good team unit.

Mcalisters in general is consistently good. Impeccable service with quality ingredients in their food. My only gripe is the baked potato in this case, was a bit dry and they didn't have ketchup. Lol

My last review of this location was 3 years ago, and I had the best experience with the food and service. This time, however, I am very disappointed in the food. I ordered the Choose 2 with the chicken salad sandwich and also the chicken salad as a side salad (I wanted to try both versions). I get that the portions will be smaller in the Choose 2, however, I got maybe 1.5 tablespoons of chicken salad on the sandwich and 2 tablespoons on top of the salad. And the lettuce on the sandwich and most of the lettuce in the salad was wilted, slimy and too gross to eat. Oh, and I also paid over $10 for this meal. I'm sad to say that I will probably never order from this location again. The curbside service was nice and delivered with a smile, but that was the only 5 star portion of this visit.

McAlister's doesn't stray very far from their usual menu and atmosphere. Overall, it's comfortable, but may be a little dated by some people's standards. The Denton location has always had friendly staff and dependable service. My only complaint has been the speed at which tables are cleaned off.

Service and food great. However I ordered through the app today and just noticed a 47 cent service fee added. This was not disclosed when I ordered. I know this is not the fault of the local restaurant but a corporate decision. This is deceptive. If they can’t fairly include all fees in the menu prices they’re scamming people. They’ve lost me as a customer due to their deception and I’ll warn everyone I know to avoid their restaurants.

This place is Jason's Deli on steroids (minus the rage issues, mind you). Their Choose 2 option is perfect for folks who love sampling. Their portion sizes are filling. The deli options are robust and pointed. Most every side option you could want is available. The prices remain reasonable in this crazy market. And going outside of your comfort zone here is consistently rewarding. Even as a delivery option, they package things in ways which keep the food fresh (EX: the nachos aren't pre-mixed, so that the chips remain crunchy). If this place has been on your list of ones to try, definitely get it crossed off sometime soon.

Cesar salad with grilled chicken made me sick with just a couple of bites, I didn’t want to make a big deal so I just gave it to one of the girls working here and she was nice and took it back for me. A couple minutes later the manager came to our table and let me know that there must be something wrong with me because their food was “fresh” regardless I’ve never felt this sick after eating a salad. I will definitely not be coming back.

Nice place, nice people. Food is great! It's always busy and doesn't seem like they have enough staff. Not the employees fault at all! My only complaint is that sometimes it's almost like "Get in. Get out. Hurry up." Kind of deal. Makes me not want to stop some days because I don't want to be rushed out.

Great experience! Our usual McAlister's is hit or miss and maybe this one is too, but today was great! Plentiful toppings on my spud Max and LOADS of bacon on the BLTA. My daughter's spud also had lots of bacon. Great job! Service was lovely too!

At first, I wasn't going to leave a review, but this is ridiculous... This was my first time at McAlister's. I walked in and was greeted nicely, and the cashier asked how can I help you... I very politely order the signature club and a chicken salad, both no tomatoes. I also ordered a lemon blueberry cookie. Next person, they took time to explain the specials (but not me).. I got my food to the car and realized they had forgotten my cookie, so i went back in, and even she said lemon blueberry right. I said yes, she handed me a cookie, and I said thank you and left... when I got home, my salad and sandwich had tomatoes..ok no biggie, now I'm eating my cookie wondering why it tastes weird...it's chocolate chip. Now, I feel like they ignored everything I asked for and made what they wanted. I won't go back

One of the best places to eat with kids is this Economy. $0.99 kids meal when you dine in, what parent wouldn't love that! The food is always fresh and the tea is just spectacular. Definitely a repeat customer. Only downside to this location is the parking lot is small and finding a place to park can be a challenge, but the food, staff, and prices make it worth the hassle!

This was my first time going to a McAlister's Deli and I was very happy with my experience. We ordered at the counter and staff was super friendly. Menu is easy to read and has a good amount of options without being over whelming. You order and get a number and a staff member will bring you your food. The food was really yummy for the price and the restaurant was really clean. Staff members also help clear your table when you're done. We didn't do this but next time we are going to try it -you can scan a barcode at your table and order from your phone and staff will bring your order to your table, this seems like such a great idea and easy ordering.

I always love their tea. I was a little disappointed they don't have bread bowls anymore.

Everything was amazing! I had the Ruben sandwich with a Caesar salad and a sweet tea! Shout out to Liberty who took care of us! She was very welcoming, and made sure that each one of us were taken care of! 10/10 would recommend dining here!!

The service was amazing. The manager leads by example right in the fray. One wonderful staff member was great with children and all needs were met and exceeded.

We come back to the place over and over. Friendly staff. Good food. And also have dietary restriction options.

My second time being at this place. I chose to get the chicken noodle soup. The lady at the register said it had a really good flavor and wasn't "flat" like others. 🤣 Welp!! You should believe her. It was VERY tasty!!! Topped it off with a strawberry lemonade. ❤❤

There for tea only! Best brewed ice tea anywhere no matter the location! I've had food at this location (and othets) before and it never disappoints!

I stopped by today to grab some lunch to go briefly and Barbara was the one ringing up my order. She was incredibly friendly, personable and overall enthusiastic to be working there. I really enjoyed our interaction so much it prompted me to write this review - McAlister’s you have a great one! Take care of her.

Always love McCalister’s! Every time I go, it is the same (which is good!) and they are very good about making sure they check for my dairy allergy when making food. Devin who works there was very kind!!

Ordered online Yesterday 3/23/22 for todays work meeting on 3/24/22. Great food, quick and easy pick up, and on time with no wait! Amazed at the professionalism performed on creating the box meals. Everything was boxed correctly and marked correctly with no error! A++ to this Store on their performance and friendly environment.

Just ordered 2 sandwiches and a tea, picked up at curbside. My first time at McAlister 's Deli...food was so good. I definitely will be back.

Awesome customer service! Everyone was very friendly and Barbara came to our table made sure we were happy with our meals and picked up our plates when we finished eating. Great experience awesome job from the staff! Will definitely come back

These ladies made our done in experience a very pleasant one. Barbara & the entire staff today. They all seem to be working together as a strong team .

The staff is always nice and the food is great. However I had to take away a star because anytime I order curbside recently, I end up having to go inside to get my order. My food is ready each time, but just sitting there in the “to go” section. I’ll be back for sure, but I hope this gets fixed.

The Spicy Turkey Melt is my favorite, but the price has gone up so much I won't be going back to get it.
