This review is based on the customer service that I have received on the ring that my fiancé purchased for me. Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark’s Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark’s Diamonds and it’s so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also. Thirdly, I want to also shout-out their jeweler- I’m so happy with the custom ring that my fiancé made for me and the craftsmanship and quality of my ring is unmatched. And lastly, every person that I’ve worked with at Mark’s Diamonds has been super nice and welcoming. I want to thank you all for that because I’ve definitely been in jewelry shops where that wasn’t the case. Again, the level of customer service that I received here is unlike any other and makes me happy that my fiancé chose to go with you all for my ring. Thanks again, Marks Diamonds. Came here to get my mom's old wedding ring reset with a new diamond. My experience here was better than I could have ever imagined. Autumn was amazing and she helped me create the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I can't thank her enough for everything that she's done! We had an excellent experience with Ashley here. When we were in the shopping around phase, she took her time and showed/explained everything to us. I'd told her what our budget was and we never feel pressured to spend more, and got something everyone loves for well within our range. The best part was how they worked with us on a fast turnaround so that I could pop the question on a planed trip to Oregon, even working with me to get the ring shipped to us in Oregon without my fiancé knowing! I can't recommend Bobby at Mark's Diamonds enough. This review is long overdue but he was incredible to work with as my wife and I designed a custom engagement ring and wedding band set last year. We had some very specific design criteria for the rings along with including jewels from both sides of the family in the layout. Bobby's communication was great from start to finish on the engagement ring and again with the matching wedding band. My wife and I really appreciated his open and honest style; presenting all of the options, educating us on the styles, trends, and reasons for certain designs and empowering us to make the best decision without any pressure. Everyone else was very friendly as well and you can't go wrong by choosing Mark's Diamonds for your wedding ring needs.

My husband got my engagement ring from Mark’s Diamonds, and then I got my wedding ring there, and we love them! They were so easy to work with, they have an awesome selection, and they really helped me with the fit of my ring. They also redipped my rings the week of the wedding so that they would really sparkle. I just got my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together, and they did a great job! You can’t beat the customer service at Mark’s Diamonds. They have the best prices, the best atmosphere, and the best selection. Ashley helped us pick out our wedding rings, and turn my moms ring into a necklace. They stand by their jewelry! We recently moved out of state and I messaged Ashley that one of the prongs on my wedding ring had broken. She had a label sent to me the next day, my ring was repaired and cleaned and mailed back within 3 days- free of charge. They are simply the best!

My fiancé and I had recently moved to Denver and needed a jeweler for our wedding bands. We had gone to a Denver jeweler (the diamond reserve) to get my ring appraised and resized and I could not believe how rude, rushed and unorganized they were. They acted like they could never make time for appointments (even to literally just pick up the resized ring) and made us feel like a burden throughout the process. So we knew we couldn’t go there for our wedding bands. I had a specific request for canary diamonds that matched my engagement ring diamond, and called five other jewelers in the area to see if anyone could make it happen. Four jewelers turned me away and told me what I was looking for wasn’t possible. Bobby at Marks Diamonds was the only one who vowed to make it work for us - and he absolutely did!! He found the most stunning canary diamonds for my wedding band and was incredibly patient and helpful while we went through the design process. He wasn’t pushy or salesy, he truly just wanted to make the ring of my dreams within our budget. He totally knocked it out of the park. The design is more than I could’ve hoped for - completely unique, matches my engagement ring and fits my style perfectly. We’ve loved every visit to Marks diamonds, will recommend them to all of our friends and look forward to having them as our Jeweler moving forward! Being new to Denver, I needed recommendations of jewelry stores that would be best to shop for a diamond engagement ring. I decided to start with Yelp. Because an engagement ring is such a big purchase, I decided in addition to Yelp reviews, I would put a posting on Nextdoor to see where locals recommend as the best jewelry shop. I was reassured that Mark's Diamonds was definitely on my list of jewelers when more people responded "Mark's Diamonds" than anywhere else. Mark's Diamonds is a family business and you get attention you expect from a family business the minute you walk in his showroom. . From the first day I worked with Mark, I liked him. He isn't your typical sales guy, he is honest and truly wants you to be happy with your ring. He listened to what I wanted & was patient with the design. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mark is now not only my Jeweler, he's my friend. I will send all my friends & family to Mark's Diamonds. Earlier this week when I heard my brother was thinking of diamond studs for his girlfriend, I stopped him mid-sentence & said, "you have to let me talk to my guy, Mark". Even though my brother's budget for earrings was far less than my ring, Mark gave me the same attention as he did for my engagement ring. The engagement ring Mark made for me is stunning!

They have some of the most beautiful diamonds I've ever seen. Every time I've met with Mark, I learned something new about diamonds and jewelry. The best jeweler in Denver and my favorite in every city I’ve ever lived in! Bobby and Autumn are especially helpful and the owner couldn’t be any nicer. They have unique and timeless pieces for affordable prices but the customer service is what sets this place apart. I’ve had earrings made, bought two necklaces, a ring, and had a ring repaired. Great for all your jewelry odds and ends and the only place I trust with my heirlooms!

I never wear jewelry, so I had trouble determining my size for my engagement ring. When my ring came in, I, of course, immediately needed a resize. I called 6 other places, all of which had ridiculous turn around times or didn't work with platinum. Cue Marks Diamonds to the rescue. Bobby and Megan both spent time to help me really determine the right size and were such kind, enjoyable people. Great atmosphere, great people, and fast, reliable work. I'm not sure if I will add a wedding band, but if I decide to, I definitely want them to design/make it!!
