Jeff was knowledgeable and forthright. Fixed a screw that had came lose and was interfering with the main spring in my vintage Omega. He gave me a bit of an education on my individual piece to help maintain it and let me know I had about a year or so left before I needed it re-oiled and serviced. Will definitely be returning for all my watch related needs as long as I’m a Denver resident. Cheers!

I walked into Bulow Jewelers with a vision to melt down and re-create my grandmother's wedding band, so I could wear it as my own. Not only did they treat my grandmother's ring as their own, but every decision and recommendation they made was with the style, tradition, and history of her ring in mind. They even sat with me and taught me the history of the metal used and what makes my grandmother's diamonds unique vs today’s diamonds. Serena walked us through a myriad of options before we decided on a design that was swiftly created in wax with our stones. Jeff recently helped out with replacing the batteries in a couple Victorinox watches. Let me tell you, Jeff knows watches inside and out, like no one I've ever come across. If you ever need a watch repair, and don't want just anyone touching your watch whether it be an inexpensive Time, or a $30K Breitling, Jeff is someone I would trust for watch repair. He even stayed late to get me taken care of. I was super impressed!

Avi doesn’t upsell, will take all the time you need to help educate you, and will make you feel like a longtime friend. We went back to Avi to purchase our wedding bands, I’ve taken heirloom pieces to him to be repaired (they did a fabulous job), and have had my Rolex serviced by their watchmaster. All experiences were phenomenal and I will be a client for for life!

In need of a much cleaning and polishing of my old limited edition citizen watch. I walked in and was greeted very welcoming, the watchmaster said "no problem" after listened to the services requested. He also asked "is the same day pick up be good for you? I was even ecstatic and happy giving this is a Friday. Picked up the watch later same afternoon and it looked great and like new.
