I bought a bracelet here for my as a Christmas gift in 2021. In March 22, we had to bring it in for repair as the a stone fell out. It is August and we still do not have the bracelet back. We have repeatedly followed-up and the store has either failed to communicate back or has missed promised deadlines. For the price-point, fairly disappointed in the customer service and turnaround time. This was a pretty heartfelt gift as it was the birthstone for our firstborn and we're at the point now we are ready to return it. I hope others have a different experience.

Love this store! Love these girls! There is such a great collection of designers and styles to pick from. I always feel welcome when I walk in and pretty much always find something new that needs to come home with me. Great options at literally ever price point. Definitely stop by and see for yourself!

Visited two weeks ago on a trip to Denver. First of all, the jewelry selection was unique and gorgeous with all different price points. Olivia helped me choose an earring for my tragus piercing and even changed it for me. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was great and I can't wait to visit again.

We stopped into Metalmark twice this weekend while visiting Denver. Mary was incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgeable and helped a friend pick out a beautiful non-traditional engagement ring/wedding band combination. She has curated an incredible collection and I've never been to a jewelry store where I've loved so many pieces. She has a mix of artist pieces as well as a few estate pieces that are beautiful and unique. Highly recommend!

My wife and I brought our 5-year-old in for a bracelet event to benefit her school. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Olivia in particular went out of her way to make our daughter feel special and it was greatly appreciated. Will be in again.

Metal Mark exceeded all of my expectations! I went in about a month ago to look at studs - I wanted a 2nd lobe piercing, but wanted to have an idea of what I'd put next to what I currently wear in my 1st piercing. Emily spent time with me that 1st day looking at lots of options and was super helpful! A month or so later, they offered a piercing party so I signed up. I had chosen which earring I wanted, and Olivia was there to help consult on where the piercing should be so that it would fit with my current earrings & not be too close/far away. So helpful & kind! I had also been toying with buying a necklace stack for well over a year. Both Emily & Olivia were gracious with their time and let me look over a ton of options. I am picky in that I want functional jewelry that I can exercise in, play with my kids in, etc without worrying about damage. They both provided excellent service in choosing the right options for my lifestyle. Highly recommend! All of the women who work here seem wonderful, friendly, not pushy (they let me take my time), and they have a great selection & variety of price points. Such a gem!

It’s so nice to have a top quality jewelry store in the neighborhood. There’s a good selection of jewelry from various designers ranging from traditional to on-trend pieces. The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I’m fortunate to have a few custom pieces as well, all beautifully designed. Love this place and will continue shopping in the future!

I was given a family ring, which needed an update and to be resized. The ring was unique and very delicate when I brought it to Metalmark. They did a fabulous job communicating my options and how they could improve the ring for more daily wear. It's beautiful! I have never seen the ring so shiny and in such great shape. I'm excited to be able to continue to wear it and pass it down another 40+ years from now.
