Had a really wonderful experience going here for the first time while looking for a new pelvic PT! Lizzie is super knowledgeable, down-to-earth and friendly, and the office staff is awesome. I was especially pleased by how anyone I spoke to ensured what my preferred name and pronouns were before conversing! It gave me an immediate impression of a safe, inclusive environment even before going back to see the doctor. Excellent work! I can't wait to go back :) 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I posted a negative review and N2 reached out. There was a miscommunication and I have to say that they were amazingly great in addressing it. I've been seeing Denise for years and she's dealt with my issues quickly and efficiently pre and post Pelvic Floor surgery. She also makes me really laugh. As you probably figure, she's working in a delicate area, so a little humor goes a long way to making it funny rather than weird and uncomfortable.

I have only seen one of the several providers at the Capitol Hill location. Ellie Schneider. 6 months ago I did not know pelvic floor physical therapy was a thing. Dry needling? Nope... never heard of it. My experience has been life changing. After one session of pt that included dry needling, I felt and moved 90-95% better. I will never stop singing the praises of this practice, this provider and dry needling in general. Can not recommend enough.

Megan McNamara is a compassionate, knowledgeable physical therapist provider. I have been working with her for many months and have seen extensive progress. She always listens and makes me feel heard with any issue that may come up. Highly recommended.

I saw Lizzie at N2 today for my first PT session. Her bedside manner is fantastic, she is very personable, and you can instantly tell how passionate she is about PT. After just one appointment, my mood was heightened and I'm feeling very hopeful about my recovery. Thank you N2! Looking forward to more sessions and feeling better.

Denise is extremely smart and clearly an expert at what she does! I am a pelvic floor PT myself and working with her has been allowing me to learn more and to understand my body a lot more. I am so grateful for her knowledge and expertise!

I've been working with Kaitlyn Bailey on postpartum pelvic floor issues, and she is terrific. Low key, approachable, super knowledgeable, and kind. I trust that I am getting excellent care. I also appreciate that N2 takes my insurance. I recommend Kaitlyn without hesitation.

I loved working with Aly! Her expertise and knowledge about my needs surpassed my expectations. She's really thorough, kind, and I love her puppy, Heidi, in the sessions with us. The only complaint I have is the delay in telling me my account was over due for payment. I had been asked at every visit if my CC could be charged my copay, which of course I said, 'Yes'. But then I received an email from N2 saying I was 3 weeks past due and owed out of pocket costs because I had reached my number of insurance-covered sessions. And of course, I was never notified my insurance.

I have seen Kaitlyn Bailey for a few months now for pre natal care for my pelvic floor and she's wonderful. She knows exactly what to take care of each session and provides the best knowledge and tips for at home exercises. It's really helped me prepare for labor and I recommend going for all pelvic floor care.

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Seher in prep for birth. She has been thoughtful proactive and has been tailoring weekly care for where I am in my pregnancy. My experience at N2 has made me feel like I’m learning great skills and practicing everything I need for a safe birth! 10/10 would recommend!

First of all they are so lost on insurance I got a different call everyday with different questions about insurance I’ve never heard. After that they put me with a physical therapist that didn’t take my insurance so all the appointments I made had to be rescheduled. I came back for the appointment that I rescheduled to find out there was a facility fee of $10 every visit. That I didn’t pay last time. I’m already paying copays so an extra 10 dollars every visit adds up. All together a pretty bad experience, will not be returning.

Chantel was very professional when taking care of myself. N2 is is a good place to receive physical therapy. It is the best place I have gone to, of the other 2 that I have been too for my needs. Thank you

Elizabeth (Ellie) is absolutely wonderful with our us and son!!! She is attentive, thorough and always looking for a nonsurgical approach first. She makes pelvic floor therapy fun for a 10 year old...who knew that was even possible. Can't speak highly enough about our experience with her and N2 PT

I could not imagine a better PT than Elisabeth (Ellie)! She is incredibly talented and kind. It is clear she cares about her patients well-being and that leads to really wonderful results. I highly value having her as a PT.

SO thankful I found this place. Wanted to get started on strengthening my pelvic floor before having a baby this fall and couldn't be more grateful for this practice. Dr. Denise is INCREDIBLE at her job. Took so much time to explain everything to me and personal my care. Do yourself a favor and invest in yourself and this care. 100000% worth it.

Ellie was very welcoming to me as a first time client. She spent a lot of time evaluating my concerns. The pelvic exam was done in a very gentle way...lots of explanation...making me feel comfortable.

Lizzie and her student Lexi have been an absolute joy to work with. I’ve learned so much about my body and they’ve helped me feel more comfortable in my pregnancy as I’ve struggled with pelvic floor issues. Lizzie is kind, easygoing, relatable, and everything you’d hope for in a therapist. I always feel super comfortable during my appointments.

I have had great experiences with Lizzie as my provider. She’s very personable and professional. She has adapted my therapy to my needs and is great! I have had several providers for my problems but Lizzie is the only one that I wanted to keep as my therapist. Lizzie is patient and she uses her time wisely with each patient. (With me anyways)! She tailors your therapy for you and asks your input. If I ever need therapy again I will definately be asking for Lizzie

I've only had a handful of sessions with Ellie yet I am confident that my time with her in PT will be well spent towards healing from my pregnancy and childbirth. She provides a thorough evaluation and has given me exercises for the time in between our appointments. In addition to the actual work I find the location to be convenient, easy to find parking, and welcoming when I arrive. I'd recommend N2 Physical Therapy to anyone seeking assistance with pelvic floor therapy.

I feel so fortunate to have found Cori as my Pelvic Floor PT. Cori has been instrumental in helping me deal with my pelvic pain and its causes. She listened to my concerns with compassion and then developed a path to move forward that made me feel supported and empowered. Cori has a wealth of knowledge that she is able to pull from that includes a wide variety of different tools and ideas. She works on treating the whole person which has led to so much overall progress in both my pain and overall well being. I feel so lucky to have her on my team!
