I always get the best care at Denver Health Medical Center Clinic. I have had the same doctor for at least 20 years, and she is top of the line. She is a good listener and a very good doctor. Takes the time necessary to address my needs and answer all of my questions. Genuinely interested in my well being too. Love her!!!

My primary care physician, Dr. Kamp, spent a great deal of time with me during my appointment to ensure all of my questions and concerns were dealt with thoroughly. She also laid out a great plan of care that included referrals to specialists and the ordering of additional bloodwork and imaging. The bloodwork was taken care of during the very same visit and I received the bloodwork results just hours later via the Denver Health portal. I also love the ability to send messages to my doctor via the portal, as she has always been extremely responsive in answering my questions quickly.

I have had a series of interactions at DH in recent days following a health incident on Wednesday. EVERYONE I have encountered has been extremely competent, thoughtful and courteous. That extends from the Nursecare line to ER and the follow up procedures: seamless communication between all health care staff, highly attentive, punctual, professional and efficient. Very impressive & cordial, including security and reception.

I absolutely adore Dr. Meyer! I feel like she really listens to me and involves me in decisions about my care, rather than just telling me what to do. She is always friendly and smiling and acts like she genuinely cares about me and my health! And I never feel like I'm just another task in her day and that she's rushing off to the next. She takes the time necessary to make sure I understand everything and that I'm comfortable with my care plan. When I first became her patient, I had been dealing with chronic pain for nearly twenty years. And every doctor I'd had before either blew me off or told me I just needed to lose weight (regardless of the fact that losing 130 pounds did nothing to improve my pain!). Dr. Meyer took the time to really listen and figure out what was going on and actually identified the real diagnosis! I've been her patient now for about 6 years and my pain levels are actually manageable! Unfortunately, there's no cure for my condition, but she makes sure I have what I need to function properly! I am incredibly grateful to her and recommend her very highly! She's the best!

Denver Health is truly a blessing. Free parking is easy to access in the garage which is a 2-3 minute walk to the front entrance. You can drop patients of at the door or use $5 valet for those with mobility issues. I have never waited more than 10 minutes from the time I check in to the time my vitals are taken and the Doctor arrives for primary care. Yesterday, I parked, saw the doctor, got referrals for a medical test and the mental health clinic for medication maintenance, got blood work, picked up prescriptions (all in the same building), and as was back to my car within 75 minutes. Everyone is genuinely friendly and very efficient. Even when they are busy, I never feel rushed. The online portal called MyChart is exceptional and easy to use. I can see all my appointments, prescriptions, and lab results in one place as well as send messages directly to my provider who typically responds within 24 hours. Finally, very LGBTQ friendly. I've had no problem accessing transgender healthcare-- the providers and support staff have been fully knowledgeable without making me educate. The only room for improvement is that you must often schedule appointments 1-2 months in advance. However, you can always use the in person or virtual urgent care to be seen the same day (I've done this twice-- it was quick and easy) and/or my primary care provider helped me get sooner appointments than were available online for more pressing needs. All in all 9.5 / 10.

Everyone I interact with during my visit, always makes me feel that my well being is important to them. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to have received my test results in less than 90 minutes!

Exceptional, as always. 2023 will be my sixth full year during which I’ve relied on Denver Heath, exclusively, to meet all my medical and health related needs. The care, treatment and attention I’ve received over those years from numerous Denver Heath practitioners, across equally numerous departments, has been consistently outstanding. And today’s visit with Dr. Samuel Brown has left me feeling even more thankful and appreciative of Denver Health. The professionalism and care with which Dr, Brown and his staff treated me was, very simply, beyond words. I am truly humbled.

Denver Health Primary Care is absolutely one of the best if not the best there is.. The doctors, nurses, PA’s, front office staff and everyone in between are the absolute best. They really care about us as patients and human beings. They get to know you on a personal level, which allows for a more personal experience and doesn’t make it feel like a “business.” It says a lot about how you’re treated as soon as you walk in and the front office staff know you by name and remember the small conversations you had during your last visit. They care about not just treating your illness or injury, but curing you and sustaining your good health. Dr. K is truly one of the most caring people you will ever get the chance to meet. He along with his staff should be the blueprint to what health care is and should be in America. Denver Health is definitely the best hospital we have in Colorado….!!! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else if I had an issue. If I were in trouble thousands of miles away, I’d request they take me to Denver Health….😃…. Honestly, they are the best..!!!

Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. They respected my confidentiality and my time. The medical assistant and doctor listened well, answered my questions, explained what they were doing and what was happening next. They provided education about treatment and preventative care. The receptionist made my specialty appointment before I left, without any waiting. The doctor followed up about my lab results and recommendations, the next day. I can’t think of anything to improve my experience!

It was challenging to find initial dates that fit my schedule, however, once I arrived at my initial appointment, the visit was very efficient. I felt that my concerns were addressed and I appreciated the flexibility to get lab work done. The entire team that I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and thorough. The pharmacy located on the main floor is also easy to use (use and automated system for electronically "standing" in line. There also appears to be an automated pick up system.

When I moved back to Colorado in late 2019 I was nervous about picking Denver Health for my medical needs. I have several medical conditions and was concerned about doctors wanting to “start over”. What I mean by that is not being listen to. Doctors wanting to re diagnose me. Dr Mia Lynch (my primary care physician) has been nothing but amazing. SHE LISTENS!. She respects the fact that I’ve been living in this body for 61 years and know it well. She is through, replies to emails promptly, and is just a very caring Physician. Now About Denver Health. It has a more than pleasant experience. Referrals are not difficult to get, don’t take months and months to get in. Everyone their is helpful and not once in the almost three years have I encountered a rude person. Their new facility is state of the art. There is plenty of parking. For 15 years prior to coming to Denver Health my primary care was with a small practice so I was concerned about coming to a large facility like Denver Health. It has been a pleasure to go there. My experience was great. I went in and looked a little lost and then was directed to the proper place for my appointment. I was quickly checked in and 3 min later I was seen by the doctor.

Karina Kamp is fantastic, she really takes her time to listen to your concerns and explain things to you. She doesn’t just give you a diagnosis, she gives you explanations for for why things happen and ensures that you understand the care that you are receiving. The past two providers I have had at Level One—Karina and Lori who is now retired—have never minimized my concerns or made me feel like less than for being over weight like many others in the medical profession. I hope the clinic recognizes what a valuable caregiver and person they have in Karina!

I am extremely pleased with the care I have received from my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Sam Brown. When I transferred my care to Denver Health, he dedicated a significant amount of time to thoroughly review my medical chart. What sets Dr. Brown apart is his attentive and patient-centered approach. Unlike some other healthcare professionals, he focuses on the patient rather than the computer screen during interactions. His thoughtfulness is evident in the numerous options he suggests and his clear explanations of alternatives.

Fantastic, appointment on time, highly efficient, friendly and caring. Next, bone density test was fast and promptly done. Ultrasound was a bit of a wait, but well done with great expertise. The only thing not great was the queue at the elevator, it was enormous and made me no longer early for my appointment.

Denver Health Medical Center, for me is a wonderful place of medical treatment. Denver Health has a wide range of medical treatment just as many 9ther hospital's do. This hospital has some extra medical treatment that I'm sure others can not offer, for instance a methadone clinic that offers outpatient medical services, kinda like an outpatient rehab center which is what it is, this place works with every patient on what goals they set for themselves, OBHS offers groups that work on all sorts of things and they also offer individual therapy, OBHS is the place if you won't to work on your addiction or just work on yourself.

I was examined by Dr. Christine Loureiro at Denver Health. I left extremely happy and satisfied with all the attention and kindness I received. It is been a long while since I felt like a Dr. actually cared about a patient like she cared about me. I am glad I found her to be my PC.

Denver Health is the best primary care in Denver metro. It's definitely half an hour drive to see Dr. Keeley. He took care of my concerns in timely and most efficient manner! I would have to say he is one of the best if not best PCP I've ever met. Thanks again for timely professional check in from front desk to checking vitals signs and drawing labs quickly. I would always choose Denver Health for my care!

Dr. Armstrong took very good care of me and checked my skin even though I was there for another issue. She answered all my questions and I appreciate her and the other physician she was working with for their time.

I saw Rebekah Kaskubar and she gets two thumbs up and a high five! I already raved about her to my colleagues. She listened to my concerns, she let me feel in control of my health by giving me options and answered my questions when I wasn’t too sure if I was making the right decision. She offered follow up, and just made me feel like she cared which is something I’ve been looking for in a Primary Care. So don’t be surprised if you get more people in your appointment list!

My appointment was simple to make via my MyChart portal. My appointment was on time, my care team was accommodating and caring. I loved my new doctor also and felt very comfortable with her. I received my appointment summary in just a few hours via my MyChart portal. Very pleased!

My doctor is amazing Dr. Patricia Mayra, so was her assistant purity. They’re both very comforting and very attempted to my needs.

My insurance changed to a DHMP in November. It took a few months to get a new patient appointment. Worth it! Jacquline Seevers PA took the time & truly listened to all my healthcare concerns, and answered all my questions. She put my worries of changing a provider at ease.

I have been going to this clinic for years. My practitioner is Dr. Meyer. Dr. Meyer is always so helpful in treating my chronic heath conditions. She is very responsive using the mychart app which makes scheduling appointments and checking test results as well as re-filling medications super easy. Could not ask for a more thorough and kind doctor! Great clinic, from the nurses to front desk staff everyone is highly efficient and professional while making you feel at ease. Always a treat to have a health care team that actually listens to your concerns and works with you to find a solution. 😊😊

My Medical Assistant and Provider were very respectful and informed me of delays. They also made sure I was comfortable before continuing the appointment. I am grateful for their service.

I have been with Denver Health for 40 years and for the most part have received great service 99% of the time. Dr Alfonsi is a great doctor been her patient for 38 years. She is very easy to talk to and listens to my concerns with care. Another doctor I saw today 4-13-23 was Dr Ziegler. He was so nice and answered all my questions before and after my procedure. (Oh, I was on the board for the neighborhood clinics when Denver Health was still known as Denver General). The 1% was a visit to the ED with serve lower back pain and legs. I have rods in my spine due to Spinal stenosis. The resident that came to see me after waiting 30 mins said lots of people use back pain to get opiods. I explained I wasn't there for drugs since I had weaned myself off the opiods my pain management dr had me on 3 1/2 years prior. I wanted them to take a CT scan or MRI to see if my rods were in proper order. She said I needed to go see my spine doctor. She offered me 2 Tylenol and I refused them because I had Tylenol in my purse and took my own and told them I shouldn't get charged for them. I had waited 3 hours and my blood sugar was dropping. So I asked if they had anything to help with the drop. She said no that I should get my discharge papers soon. Another 45 minutes passed. Some of the residents should be given a class on bed side manner. Ended going home with no help and still in pain. But they sure did take my co-pay out of my account even before I got seen.

My provider was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She answered all the questions and concerns I had. She made sure I was taken care off everything I needed before I left her office. I’m grateful she got me in in such short notice. Dr. Alfonsi was great!

My provider Rebecca was so helpful and attentive to my needs. She listened provided education, examined me, ordered tests and even discussed results and possible treatment in the same day! I needed Stat testing and I was able to get in within 30 minutes of the tests being ordered. Everyone was professional and friendly. That's why I live DH...I ALWAYS receive excellent care!!

Great experience. The entire staff was so friendly and Dr. Brown is a great listener. He covered all the bases with testing when I expressed my health concerns and made me feel like I was in good hands. Highly recommend.
