Buy with complete confidence. I have purchased a number of watches over the years from various sellers, but out of all of them, my experiences with CCWC have been the best. Each time the process has been fantastic start to finish. Alex and his team are great to work with and the pricing is transparent, no games or haggling back and forth. If the timepiece you're looking for is not something he has on hand, have no doubt that he can source a quality example in a very reasonable timeframe. If I'm buying or selling, Alex is my first call.

Stopped in to have my watch resized, Cherry Creek Watch Company was outstanding. When I walked in there were people talking about watches, not for purchase or sale just for the love of watch information. Immediately stands out to me as a good shop. Other watch shops in the area said things like "we don't normally size watches, but we'll size your tag" as if they were doing me a favor (and also wanted me to leave the watch for extended periods of time? To remove a link?). I was happy to pay but Cherry Creek Watch Co didn't even charge! Highly recommend, I will be back in the future.

I left my Grand Seiko there for consignment. It didn't end up selling which happens but they also had it priced at MSRP which seems incorrect. They also added the links I removed to complete the bracelet but just now I took it out of the box and the bracelet came apart, turns out they lost one of the collars. What if I had worn it out and the watch fell off out in the world? Even if it just fell on the sidewalk that could've caused significant damage. I won't be coming back here. Update: After writing this review, I received a call from the shop. They asked how they could make it right, to which I responded that's up to them. They said they could order me a new collar and pin and offered me a $250 store credit, which is a nice gesture. The pin and collar arrived at the shop and I requested they ship them to me, as the shop is a bit out of my way. They said it would go out overnight via FedEx for a Thursday delivery. It ended up not arriving and after I contacted them, it turns out they had sent it out via USPS and it showed up the following Monday. The pin isn't the correct part but the collar fits the watch, which is all I really cared about anyways. I'm generally still a bit underwhelmed. The communication wasn't great and after not having my watch a few months and a bit of inconvenience to make it whole again, I'm still holding a watch that I came to sell in the first place. I do appreciate their efforts though and I'm not sure what I expect them to do differently, as what's passed has passed.

These guys will get you any watch you want, down to the model number at the best possible price for the condition you specify. Alex has a vast connection of dealers and was able to source an essentially flawless 2023 Rolex down to the dial I wanted in 3 weeks. He found an AP I wanted in 1 week, and it was also essentially in unworn condition. He said they "underpromise, but overdeliver", and it could not be more true. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. They helped me downsize my collection and gave me prices that exceeded my expectations on my used pieces as well. I came in for help repairing a watch but stayed to chat about the history of my dads old watch. Everyone here was so knowledgeable and I was so grateful to learn more about it. If they don’t have something in stock they will help source it for you with a warranty which is great.

Very nice but small selection. Wouldn’t offer cash for my unworn 2023 Rolex; they would only take it on consignment. I was hoping to do a trade (possibly with extra cash) where they track down a watch I’m currently looking for. Nothing personal against them but I would never consign my watch to anybody. Very nice owner and staff who are welcoming when I stop by to see what they have in stock.

Went in to get a quote to repair my Great Grandfather's pocket watch, wasn't able to set the time. Gentleman in the back looked at it explained that you have to remove the face and pull a lever out to set the time. I had no idea. Very friendly and very helpful. Did not charge me even though I offered to pay. He said I didn't do anything..Lol. in my mind he did me a great favor. I will recommend this shop every time.

I went in last week to have my watch appraised and they where kind, professional, and very forthcoming and helpful to a newbie. Their dog greeted me at the door and he too was a delight. 10/10 would recommend this store, especially over the other watch store inside of Cherry Creek Mall. These guys rock!

Truly amazing shop and service. Nick was incredibly helpful, efficient and tremendously knowledgeable. The process of requesting a specific vintage watch and buying it was so straightforward and easy (and fast! They were able to find a perfect match in a matter of days). It’s amazing quality and exactly what I wanted. They sized it for me too so it’s a perfect fit. So glad I stopped in, and got my dream watch!

I am deeply impressed by the warm welcome my wife and I were given during our visit today. From the moment we walked through the door to the second we stepped out we were made to feel appreciated. I didn't even have the intention of necessarily making a purchase today, but James listened to my watch needs and showed me everything I was interested in. Nobody forced anything on me or used pushy sales tactics. I'm pretty sure we could have just spent the day talking about watches and everyone would have left on happy terms. This place is a rare gem! I only wish they sold everything I needed in life because their customer service is second to none. Thank you for the awesome dive watch!

I figured I'd pay a small fee to get this quick job done, but was delighted that the friendly guys at this store were happy to help me out free of charge! In an era where it feels that if people can make money off of something then they will take advantage of doing so -- it was honestly refreshing to come across this business that was happy to help for the service itself. I'm saving up to eventually upgrade my watch and now know exactly where I would like to purchase it -- here. This is a top notch small business. I would not take my expensive watches anywhere else. Fantastic service, knowledgeable and friendly people. You can tell they actually care about your watch, and about you as a customer. Stopped in today just to have a band resized and was out of there in 15 minutes with a watch that fit and a smile on my face. I recommend this shop to anyone who's in to timepieces.
