Huge waste of my time as I drove around in pain for an hour and a half for nothing. Was in around 10pm on 2/4 and as I was leaving was told she was sending the prescription as we spoke to the only open pharmacy (CVS) and that I was free to go. Was told by the pharmacy that there was nothing for me and after waiting 30 mins, called AfterOurs to find out they were now closed as it was past 11pm. Drove back just in case someone was still in there and doors were locked as expected. Called the next day finding out they had never sent the prescription and after contacting them, got a response letting me know they had sent the prescription at 8:31pm on 2/5 which was when I called after I got off work the following day. Was also told I would get a call back with test results and it is now 2/8 and still havenā€™t heard from them. Iā€™m not an impatient person but Iā€™ve been in pain for over a week and the ladies at this location just seemed like they couldnā€™t wait to go home and could care less about me.

I had a quality experience here. Saw the urgent care after most other locations have closed for an acute issue. The provider listened to my situation, was compassionate, and provided adequate treatment for my situation, as a layperson and not as a fellow healthcare professional. I thought that the time for treatment was reasonable for the time at night. The MA couldā€™ve been more polished, but it didnā€™t really detract from the experience.

Iā€™m very thankful for this place. I had a bad sore throat on Saturday that just wasnā€™t going away. I thought maybe if i purchased some OTC it would make it more tolerable but nothing was working. Thatā€™s when I thought to myself on Sunday night that it may be strep. Going in it wasnā€™t strep; my throat was red. N.P Julio Perez understood this and prescribed me antibiotics just in case it develops into strep. He saved me because the following day I felt extremely better: itā€™s Tuesday now and I feel great. No more sore throat. So while it wasnā€™t strep it was something bacterial. Iā€™m happy that NP Perez took my condition in consideration. Thanks again you all for your help!! Especially so late in the night.

Nobody wants to go to urgent care. But I had food poisoning with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea for 2 days after eating a raw oyster in Central America. Havenā€™t had water or food in 48 hours so I get here extremely dehydrated and they hook it up with an IV bag and zofran after getting my vitals. I was seen quickly and the NP was extremely friendly and proficient at placing an IV. They sent a prescription for zofran to local pharmacy. I was in and out of there quickly. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment online for same day appointment on a Sunday. Arrived already having filled out forms they send online to streamline the visit. DO THAT! Was immediately taken back to exam room. MA took vitals. Doc came in 2 minutes later. Examined. Asked questions. Gave concise instructions. Gave prescription. In and out in under 15 minutes. Both medical personnel I met were friendly and professional and efficient. Canā€™t ask for more.

Went it for treatment on a bug bite that was seriously inflamed and infected. The experience from beginning to end was amazing. A special shout out to Lyric, the PA that saw me. She was amazing and followed up several times over the next 48 hours to ensure I was improving!

Pros: was seen quickly because I came when it was empty. Cons: dismissive doctor that did not do a physical exam even after discussing physical symptoms. I was surprised and bothered about how quick and incomplete my visit was. Ended up misdiagnosed by AfterOurs and had to go to a different urgent care. This second place diagnosed me within minutes of my complete exam Would not return here and would not recommend anyone go here unless you already know exactly what you have and what you need.

Brought my husband in for post-viral bacterial sinusitis evaluationā€”extreme ear pain when descending from mountains, ringing in ears, difficulty hearing/functioning. Provider examined ears, didnā€™t bother with lungs despite uncontrollable cough and increased clinical incidence of pneumonia comorbid with post viral bacterial ear infections. PA prescribed an antibiotic that my husband told her he had allergic reaction to 14 months ago then sent that prescription to a closed pharmacy location after confirming the name/address of one that was open down the street. We had to return 3x in one night just to get the prescription only to find that she had given him an antibiotic heā€™s allergic to and told him to ā€œtry itā€. Called AM because, shockingly, he had an allergic reaction and had to spend all day calling AfterHours on the phone just to get a new, non allergic antibiotic prescription sent (took 3 hours to get callback and then still took them another 3 hours to send scrip once we got a provider on the phone). We are going to a different urgent care for a pneumonia evaluation now as they failed to do any sort of chest exam and cough/breathing is worsening. Iā€™m astounded at the poor, negligent care at this office. These providers absolutely do not care to fully evaluate patients, and donā€™t listen to allergy disclosures, or patient requests for pharmacy locations.

Took my son and my daughter here. The Dr and the nurse were amazing and helped us very quickly. The service was the best I've had! Thank you Julio!! Top notch service!

I always use this after hours urgent care for a few did reasons. The first one being that there is never an extensive wait time. Second I have allways received excellent care. The staff is always friendly and compassionate. My most recent visit requires stitch right above my right eyebrow. Julio the PA on duty was amazing. I was seen within five minutes after arriving. Julio was incredibly friendly with a great bedside manner. I highly recommend this urgent care. They provide exemplary care every single time.

Bella was an angel and she managed the overwhelming flow of patients with ease. Stephanie the PA was especially diligent and focused on my needs and being the most compassionate and supportive healthcare professional. I am so grateful for their patience and skill. Thank you for your time and service.

I was on vacation with my family when I slipped and fell Friday night, 12/8 and hit my head. Closest Urgent care was this one and the staff was fantastic. One of the nurses said I had to have a better story than just slipping so he was coming up with some creative scenarios to keep me on the light side. Kat Snyder, NP examined me and said no concussion but I would need staples. Cleaned the area, numbed area with lidocaine and proceeded to pop in 8 staples. In and out in less than 45 minutes and didn't have to go to ER (bonus). Lucky for me it was a slow night maybe due to snow storm. Appreciated their Levity and professionalism.

Really appreciated the care at AfterOurs at my one-time visit here late on a Sunday. Front desk was professional while doing a ton of work, and the doc was fabulous and efficient. Same for X-ray provider called in. They were busy (since nowhere else nearby was still open!) but handled it very well.

We were able to get in right away and be seen by a healthcare professional in less than 15 minutes. The staff was professional and caring. My husband had an exam and was prescribed medication which was called into our preferred pharmacy before we even left the building. I would recommend this office to others needing after hours care.

The staff was amazing. Cassandra really helped me out when I came in late in the evening with my injury. They were understanding and empathetic. I am grateful I went here versus the ER.

It wasnā€™t the quickest experience of my life, but the whole staff was SOOO kind and friendly. They made sure you were comfortable, and I appreciate that more than speed. Would highly recommend going there for any medical needs.

Thanks. Nurse practitioner Cassandra was awesome. I wish all my healthcare providers were as kind, attentive, intelligent, friendly, professional, and down to earth as her. They're not. But if I have an issue outside of business hours, I'm coming back to her. my old urgent care, a mile down the street, just lost a patient

This is because I couldnā€™t even get inside for my scheduled appointment. I called and had to leave a message, someone did call me back and assured me that the door should be open, told her it was locked, and thatā€™s where it ended. Never got inside. Edit: also, absolutely no signage whatsoever, so you donā€™t even k ow youā€™re in the right location until you call. But even when you do, you still canā€™t get inside.

Our appointment was at 8:00. We waited until 8:10 before someone came and opened the building. We were just about to leave when someone showed up. Once we were in they were prompt and courteous and the PA was great. However the person who opened never did say "sorry for being late" nothing. The PA did say sorry, as she saw us outside waiting.

The doctor that I saw was nice and helpful. I had an appointment right when they opened and was in and out in about an hour. They did not have the test they wanted me to take on-site so I had to drive to get it and return it to the testing center. The main woman at the front desk was not very friendly and the copay I was charged was higher than what I was told Iā€™d pay online through their system.

Super easy Urgent Care visit! Staff was great, and I got my issue taken care of. Good follow-ip communication re: prescription needing to be sent to a different pharmacy. Recommend.

Excellent service ! I went into the clinic late at night and the provider Randy is very knowledgeable and courageous, listens to your needs and treats appropriately. The medical assistant TeraJo is kind and makes you feel welcome and in a safe place. Definitely recommend! 10/10

We arrived here at 10:40pm, a full 20 minutes before urgent care was supposed to be closed. No one was at the desk to greet us and as we walked through the clinic calling out for someone to help, we were met with a flustered doctor who told us he had ā€œtoo many patients to deal withā€ and could not receive us. He proceeded to pace around the clinic (in sight) sighing until it was reasonable time to kick us out. Iā€™m shocked at the lack of care and concern they showed us throughout the entire experience, especially considering I saw NO other patients in the space and we needed urgent care including stitches. Great work urgent care staff, your help was nonexistent!

I took my son to be seen on Saturday. The waiting area was full and we expected a long wait because there was only one person in sight. This was not the case! Miss Bella did a phenomenal job, working multiple tasks with a positive attitude. She also noticed my English wasn't the best and respectfully asked if we prefer to be spoken in Spanish. One thousand times YES! I love that she asked first. I took my son in a second time on Monday and Miss Bella was there again and once again, very respectful and quick. We never felt rushed by her or the doctors despite it being busy both times.
