Loved this spot! The space is huge and bright, it would be a great spot to work or catch up with a friend and have plenty of space to spread out. I tried a maple cardamom latte which was *delicious* - highly recommend!

This is an overdue review for a visit quite a while back so I hope the coffee shop has upped its game because I didn't have the best experience. The beautiful shop in the ground floor corner of a condo building is modern, slick with high-ceiling and really raised my expectation but my cappuccino was plainly bad.

A delicious mocha and exquisite latte art in a place with plenty of natural light with a wall of tall windows. Yes, please! There was one seat available when I arrived, but that was perfect for me. I highly recommend Metropolis. I also really like the Metropolis coffee shop on Broadway; so I was pretty excited when I noticed this was also Metropolis.

i'm so happy i stopped by here during my trip! the barista was super friendly when i came in. the croissant is the perfect pastry to start the day. i also got an oat milk latte, and the way the barista frothed the milk made it taste as if i was drinking a latte with whole milk. the atmosphere in here is super cute! i adore the fact that the entrance is a ramp instead of stairs for accessibility reasons!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Denver! The drinks are really good, and the atmosphere is incredible. There’s plants EVERYWHERE, and plenty of seating whether you’re studying, hanging out with friends, or just enjoying a cup of coffee alone. Their espresso isn’t super bitter, and their specialty drinks are high quality tasting as well. The service here is also a solid 10/10

Had a great stop here on a Saturday morning. Chai latte, Americano, and an Everything Bagel Puff (from Rebel Bread) Fantastic. Barista was very nice and the atmosphere was cozy. Loved sitting in the big green chairs by the windows.

This is a great coffee shop, their honey oat latte is very tasty. It’s never packed and has good seating and lighting if you’d want to relax, work or read. Staff have always been a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend.

A spacious coffee shop, second location in town - always good! Limited pastries…but that why it’s called a coffee shop 🙌🏻

Quiet and cozy vibe with great coffee!

I really like the look and feel of this coffee shop, but it surprisingly missed the mark for me. For starters, the coffee isn't great. It's decent but not worth a special trip. There's better coffee nearby. The service and barista were great. While the furnishings and design of the shop are pleasant, there is a cold feeling that is emphasized by a homeless person sleeping in a booth.

Husband and I have been trying small batch coffee shops all over the Denver Metro and wherever we travel. Today’s adventure was Metropolis Coffee. Generally we get vanilla lattes so we can compare fairly. Husband is currently enjoying his latte but I’m absolutely delighting in a delicious oat milk vanilla chai. Ohemgee it’s yum! Metropolis shares space with AVA apts 5 days/wk so it’s quite a large space. We got our cups to go because there was no room to sit but then we went and sat by the fireplace on the other side. It was quiet (except for the girl FaceTiming someone without headphones😂) and very peaceful. The shop is accessible and clean, including the restroom and the ladies at the counter were so friendly. We will definitely be back.

One of my favorite places to go to for coffee and to get work done. A lot of tables & a lot of people there to do some work on their computer- good WiFi! Also a great spot to just hangout & enjoy some coffee.

Coffee was very good and the interior was very beautiful - aesthetically pleasing. The milk in my cappuccino was a tad cold but flavor made up for slight coolness in drink. My husband ordered an americano and it was good & hot! They do serve some baked goods- keep in mind they do not have a source to heat up these items but the chocolate croissant was still tasty at room temp.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Denver. They have a huge layout with lots of comfortable booths and tables to sit at. The architecture and decor are gorgeous. They also have incredible natural lighting and play the best music (Etta James, Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong, etc). I go here almost every week to meetup with friends and/or work. Thanks for a consistently great time, Metropolis!

Love the vibes of this place and the drinks are amazing! To top it off, we were greeted by friendly staff! The iced honey lavendar latte is a perfect midday refreshing coffee!
