I
opened
a
tab
and
ordered
two
rounds
for
myself
and
one
other.
When
it
was
time
to
pay
I
told
the
bartender
I
handed
them
my
credit
card
and
they
told
me
I
didn't.
I
felt
embarrassed
that
I
might
have
lost
my
credit
card
between
dinner
and
this
bar,
although
I
still
insisted
that
I
had
opened
a
tab
they
"didn't
have
my
card".
I
left
my
phone
number
and
later
that
night
the
bartender
text
me
that
they
actually
did
find
my
card
at
their
bar.
So
they
accused
me
of
losing
it
and
made
me
feel
embarrassed,
although
they
had
actually
dropped
it
on
the
floor.
They
were
nice
enough
to
mail
it
to
me,
but
certified
mail
took
almost
2
weeks
to
arrive
at
my
house
and
it
needs
a
signature.
Well
I
work
normal
business
hours
so
the
delivery
failed
because
I
wasn't
there
to
sign
and
they
said
I
need
to
go
to
the
post
office
to
pick
it
up.
It's
5
days
before
Christmas,
the
post
office
is
completely
slammed!
I'm
annoyed
that
every
time
I
go
to
pay
for
anything
and
my
card
isn't
in
my
wallet
it's
a
reminder
of
the
incident.
Annoyed
that
I
have
to
go
through
and
change
all
of
my
autopay
accounts
to
a
new
card.
Annoyed
that
I
was
made
to
feel
like
the
dumb
one
even
though
I
insisted
I
had
handed
it
to
them.
If
someone
gives
you
their
money,
you
better
not
lose
it!
If
you
do
lose
it
you
better
be
the
one
to
do
whatever
is
necessary
to
physically
hand
that
card
to
the
person.
Or
just
don't
lose
it
to
begin
with.
