I've purchased at this location 3 times since they've opened this location and all three times I've waited over 30 minutes FOR FAST FOOD TACOS and every single time the order was incomplete! Not even worth asking for your order to be corrected because it seems like they will just make you wait another 30 minutes for the rest of your food. Didn't want to place a bad review but had to after having to wait over 30 minutes for an online order tonight and the order being incomplete JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER TIME. At this point, this is not about having a bad day... it's more about incompetency. Clean house and get efficient people! It's not that hard.

It is obvious there is no management or sense of leader ship amongst the staff. According to the photo posted as all of my tacos looked, they are just looking to get to the next order and not an ounce of care put into it.

Eh. I've seen some of the other comments about there being better places on 16th St mall, but when you don't want a $40 sit down meal, it's nice to have the option of something quick and cheap. This is why we went here. I'm giving two stars because the lady at the cashier(the only staff we interacted with) didn't want to be there. Or didn't want to wait on us. Maybe both. She wasn't necessarily rude, but she wasn't nice either. We order and she goes back over to a table and starts talking to her friend again. We get our order and it's wrong- I stood at the counter for several minutes before her friend said something and the cashier took her time making her way back over to ask "what you need now?" When I told her my order was wrong she said "sorry." and that was it. She didn't offer to make what I actually ordered and at this point, we had had a long day and I was hungry so I just ate what I was given and we left.

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Can’t order in person, have to use the kiosk, not a big deal but the employees were not friendly. Waited 20 mins to get my to go order. No napkins in the bag, no sauce in the bag (that I had selected via the kiosk), drink was incorrect. A Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, normally, however this location has a terrible atmosphere and not a place I would go to again. Totally mismanaged. I don’t review much, only when an experience is exceptional, good or otherwise. This was otherwise.

This place stanky. Gave us the wrong order and all of our food was cold. We ordered a side of chips and they just threw 4 loose chips in the bag with the food.

I’m giving this one star. I can’t believe that you had to order your food before you had to use the bathroom. One bathroom to use??? Why!!! They have two bathrooms. Love you guys moved but if I have to use the bathroom please don’t ask me to order beforehand. Think that I won’t order. I told the cashier if I can use it before I can order my order. He said I can’t because if I did he would be fired. That’s not how you treat your customers and employees. And the soda machine was flat also. Took my sweet time for all of this

Night service is unpredictable. Sept 18th placed on order on my way home when I got to the restaurant, they had closed early. Friday 9/23 app said my order would be ready at 11:23. Didn't get my order till about an hour and half later, after everyone after me got their order. Phone died so I couldn't cancel.

For some reason not a single Taco Bell has their sh*t together in the Denver area but tonight… it hit the spot! Product quality 10/10 - exactly how everything is SUPPOSED to be made. Chalupa shells were fresh & cooked just right, beans were NOT dry… love it. Any time I want TB from now on I’ll go here

Came here with my bf for my birthday and the trash is overflowing with garbage nobody greeted us and then we're told we can't buy anything unless we have credit cards. Dude working is in need of a shave, a hairnet and isn't wearing gloves yet he's handling food. So disgusting I'm repulsed

New location - the young lady who took my order was very nice, and professional. And the young man who gave me my order was additional professional and friendly…..lately it’s seems customer service is not a priority, but this was a pleasant surprise.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Don't come here unless you want to wait forever for the wrong order. I had to come back to get my order remade (am vegetarian and received sausage burritos), and got no apology, let alone a refund/freebies.

There were several people “working” and yet it still took 15 minutes to make a burrito and a drink. All of the children working are high as kites and their friends take up space in the restaurant. An adult needs to supervise this store.

Online order. I got to the store 10 minutes after I ordered. People that walked in and order from the kiosk 10 minutes after me got their food before me. I was assured that they were busy and that they were making my food. After 45 minutes I asked them they said yeah it's on the way. After another 10 minutes they told me that they had other people in front of me and then it turns out that they never received the order.

The service here is incredibly slow. The workers don't behave at if several people have been waiting 15 minutes+ for they're orders. It's never different any time I've come here. This place is the epitome of, "I don't get paid enough to care."

I understand that it was near closing time, and there were only two young men on staff, but that should not diminish the service and definitely not the quality of the food. If due to the late hour the food has poor quality, perhaps they should just close early. It was a long wait, which I did not mind because it was only two guys and it was an hour from closing. But to receive the quality of food after the long wait that they gave was very disappointing. I ordered a couple of bean burritos that seemed to be the last scrapes of the pot. All the food just seemed old. But I was hungry. So I prayed over it and ate it. Maybe not everyone received poor quality food but I was very disappointed. Also, if staff is going to be visible for the public to see, you may want to make sure their uniform is in compliance. One guy was sagging so bad I did not know if he could make it back and forth from the window to the food. Sad. This was late Sunday night, October 16th, before closing. Gotta do better!

They took forever for some reason, to the point that many ended up leaving despite paying for their food. I had only ordered two chicken enchilada burritos and a Pepsi Zero Sugar, but find myself on the toilet at 2am with diarrhea as well as my Pepsi clearly being the regular sugar version. I understand there were a lot of people, but its Taco Bell... it NEVER takes that long to make tacos where everything is already cooked and assembled easy. Very disappointed and irritated at the possible food poisoning.

Basic Taco Bell menu, so if you like Taco Bell, nothing in the food to stop you from going here. This Taco Bell location is situated on the "16th Street Mall", so there also a number of non-fastfood restaurants that can be had. I would avoid this Taco Bell at night -- particularly later at night -- as it attracts an "interesting" crowd, including homeless and people offering less-than-legal substances.

The only place with hard soft tacos I've ever been to, like the tortillas were really old. Save your time and money for anything else. 7-11 pizza is better than these tacos

This taco bell was really disappointing putting it lightly. We waited 20 minutes for 3 people in front of us to get food and the restaurant itself was a dump. The interior smelled like human waste and the bathrooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a week. When we got our food, there was no meat and when we attempted to send back our food, the staff ignored us and then we just left. Bottom line if you are in the area and want food, go somewhere else. Trust me you don't have to try hard to get a better experience than this.

Extremely rude cashier, they were the only restaurant open late and were complaining about the amount of customers. And at one point the manager said, "I'm sending my cashier home so I won't be taking any orders for 15 to 20 minutes." I had already placed my order and paid so I wasn't worried, but when the guest asked if he could sit and wait and if he could be the next customer when she could take orders again, she was very rude and said, "if you can run up here and be the first then okay." I was like wow!!! Took about 25 minutes from that time, to when we got our order. About 45 minutes in total waiting since we ordered. Once we got back to our hotel we saw what horrible tacos we got. If you don't have the staff or supplies it's better to train your managers and staff when to close instead of saying, "we don't have that", or "nope, we can't serve that, only 3 items or less." Everyone working in there was complaining in there that they were so tired, I work in a hotel, hotels never close and we never be rude no matter how tired or overworked we are. Please train your staff better because everyone in the restaurant felt unwelcome and it ruined my one time off working 12 hour shifts at the hotel.

Efficient service.. 50/50 chance of having staff be polite or opposite. Dirty interior with disgusting facilities and the seating areas full of homeless aren't cleaned. Most of the homeless are nice and peaceful but the location needs a full time lobby attendant for maintenance and ensuring the prevention of germs being spread - especially with how many customers they serve in this particular location. 3* for good food quality and prep area maintained.

my experience was pretty bad. came in at 12am they close at 3am. lots of people waiting for food already. was patient. placed my order for $40 and sat waiting. 30 minutes later my order is ready and i have to jam myself into the crowd of people in front of the pick up window. they tell me they’re out of something i ordered. no refund. they forgot my drink too. i told them and they let me wait 5 min before saying they closed the slushee machine. i settled for a mtn dew. no refund there either. the mtn dew needed changed i learned after i left. it was late and busy as ever so it’s not a big deal but truly not a good experience the food was sloppily put together too not the best taco bell i’ve ever had

The folks there have a challenging task of serving customers and maintaining a safe environment from non paying visitors. I'm happy to report they're doing it well. Prices are not increased because of the location and the taste is true Taco Bell.

50% of the order was wrong including no potatoes in the spicy potato soft taco and put meat in a vegetarian order

The service was great, the food took a little time to be ready and one of the workers came to apologize for the delay. They were very nice. The food was very warm and tasty but I think the meat for the taco was too juicy and it made it saggy or too wet.

Sometimes you just crave a bit of greasy tex-mex junk food, and I say that in the most affectionate way because Taco Bell has been my go-to for that craving for most of my life. My only complaint was that I had to order from the kiosk thingy, and it was a little confusing. There weren't many people inside, so there wasn't much atmosphere to speak of either.

Very simple place. But guys working there were very helpful and nice and even helped to find from were to get the tickets for public transport. Food was decent and with a good price. I liked it.

Most atrocious wait times on earth. I even asked this visit how long the wait was after waiting 20 minutes last time for two small tacos. They said 3-4 minutes, 15 minutes later I still don’t have my food and a line of customers is forming to complain about their food being incorrect.

Living downtown this is a great location. I have to say things have improved from a month ago. Very Friendly staff, clean store and although only two people working, our order was placed and completed within 10mins. Great Job!!!

Ordered two medium drinks got rung up for 2 smalls and was given one large. Cashier totally hates his job due to him being some what rude to everyone and had the body language of not wanting to be there anymore.

The one star im forced to give is a brown dwarf star. They didnt add sauce after saying they'd hook it up. They only put sour cream on 1/4 items needing it. They were unfamiliar with their menu as well. And to think i gave to their charity. Give the customers a break, step it up!

very rude staff. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes last night at about 1130. Neither of the people behind the counter even acknowledged us. There was no one in front of us and the folks at the tables all had their food....not sure what was preoccupying them. The bathroom area was completely closed off. We finally walked out and not one employee ever said one word to us while we stood there. I wouldn't waste my time there and I won't ever again. Use to be our go to, however, this is the second time this has happened. If you don't want my money, we will be glad to go elsewhere.

It was lunch hour so it was very busy. The young man at the cash register was calm and smiling even with a line of customers. He took my order, answering a question about their $5 boxes adequately. The food was prepped and ready quickly. I don't know if they have refills but it's the only Taco Bell that I've been to with the fountain behind the counter. I could have used a refill, but it was so busy I thought I would be in the way. I believe the refill status should be clearly posted. Other than that I'm satisfied and will recommend and return to this restaurant. Best one I have eaten in on the 16th Street Mall.

I eat here often for lunch and I have always had great experiences. The staff members are generally friendly. I always order some weird modified stuff (I am vegan) and they have NEVER made a mistake. That is pretty great in my book. Also, it is generally very clean, fast, and food is good. Considering the location, all of these things are surprising to me but very welcome.
