Our first time here. Sushi was amazing. Love the ambiance of the place. Server was very nice. I really loved the hibiscus lemonade. So pretty and delicious. Our hostess made a face when I requested to be seated by the window, which wasn't very nice. She was seating us at a 4 person table (we were the party of two), and I requested for the same size table but beside the window. I don't think there was any need to make a face or show me that she's frustrated with my request.

First off, let me start by saying all of the staff and servers were phenomenal. They all smiled, and gave speedy service. The food was AMAZING! The presentation was beautiful and precise, the taste was grade-A in my opinion, and there are a great variety of options. Get the mango crab Rangoon! Great for sharing.....or you can inhale it all by yourself like I did 😳😅

Blue Sushi is lovely as always - glad to have them slowly spreading from big city to the next. Vegan sushi melts in your mouth with unique flavor profiles that never make you once reconsider. Black Dragon and Shitake rolls were extremely superb. Price adds up quickly, but worth it. Super friendly staff, very considerate of our young one we had with us.

I’ve had sushi all around the country and this place definitely has a spot on the top of my list! Reservations are needed unless you’re sitting at the bar or sushi bar. The chard Edamame was different but good.

I wanted to try a vegan sushi restaurant and I would highly recommend this place. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and I would definitely suggest this place if you're vegan and want to try some good sushi. They do have some options for drinks as well that you could enjoy. They have a great ambience that you could use to take your loved ones if you're interested. Also, it might look a bit pricey but worth a try !

I love this place! My man and I come here almost every time we have a date night. It’s hard to go elsewhere when we know this will be good every time. Also, one of the only places where every drink you order taste good. Every time we come the staff is great and some of them have come to recognize us over time. It’s super sweet. Our favorite rolls are the tidal wave and the Hawaiian but we try new ones constantly as well. Crab soup is delicious. They also have the most extensive vegan sushi menu I’ve ever seen. The only thing that I wouldn’t rate 5 stars is sometimes the Hawaiian roll is different sizes. I wish it was a bit more consistent because it’s amazing and then disappointing when you come back and the roll is smaller the next time. But overall 10/10 love the atmosphere, the fish tank, almost all the servers, everything. We will be back soon! Also- definitely make a reservation. Just be courteous.

Food is fine and the service was friendly. The biggest issue for me was the rolls tasted pretty good but the fish didn't shine. I had no idea what kind of fish I was tasting and if there wasn't any, I'm not sure I'd have known. Maybe the more basic rolls would have allowed the fish to shine but if you make fancier rolls, they should still feature the fish.

We’re visiting from NYC and had recommendations from a co-worker so we came here for lunch. Food is good but very very tiny portion. Also not authentic, the menu is very Americanized. The dishes also had no flavor. The service is okay but not outstanding while the “employee wellness fee” is charged. Just make your $18 sushi rolls more expensive. Besides that, this is more expensive than a standard sushi restaurant in New York City. Extremely unimpressed and will not recommend to anyone or come back.

My happiness ended up with this amazing dish by a sweet bartender’s choice. What a lovely place. GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE & LOVELY PEOPLE. You must give it a try and you’ll definitely thinking while you eating who will share you this happily moment next visit. My very first time, and I’ll never ever go to another when I’m going sushi. Blue Sushi = Pure Sushi.

Excellent service, and great food. Good sake selection, and you can order small servings which makes it easier to try more. My wife and I had a great relaxing lunch trying all the flavors the store had.

Stopped here while walking 16th St. and had mixed feelings about our visit. We spent $70+tip for two ice teas. two rolls, edemame, and a veggie bowl mascarading as ceviche. The service was great, and the rolls and edemame were good, but the ceviche: meh. Portion sizes on all dishes were weak as well. There was hardly any seafood in the ceviche and pretty bland by any standard. Mostly just lightly seasoned veggies and a sprinking of tilapia and white shrimp. Since tilapia is one of the cheapest cuts of fish out there, we expected a bit more actual meat, but no. If there was jalapeño salsa and chili oil, neither I nor the wife tasted it. It was also the most expensive item we ordered at $16. So we definitely took an L there. Both their spicy gringo roll and thriller rolls were on point so it almost made up for it. Better places downtown at these prices, tho. We should have known when there was hardly anyone seated at 1 pm on a Saturday.

Nice cozy place with very fresh and yummy sushi. It's nice too that they tell you how they source the fish. Definitely would be coming back when in town.

Some of the best sushi! Happy hour is a great time to come and try fan favs like the cherry bomb at a bit of a discount. Because you’ll eat more than one! Sushi here is fresh and tastes amazing.

One of my favorite sushi spots in Denver. My absolute go to! I’ve came here at all different types of times, week days, on the weekend, right when they first opened, a little before close, no matter what, I’ve always received amazing service. I really should have took more pictures of my food but it’s so good I tend to forget to lol. Great atmosphere, great food & great prices.

This is one of my favorite places in the world. Amazing sushi with fantastic vegan and vegetarian options. The happy hour prices are good. It's always a bit pricey but hey to have well sourced fish in Colorado it's not unexpected. Drinks are delicious too. Highly recommend the spicy gringo, the truffle salmon, the itchy salmon, and the chicken crunch salad - but you really can't go wrong. For veggie rolls the thai hippie and the shiitake rolls are phenomenal.

My boyfriend and I came here on our 2 year anniversary. Ashton took amazing care of us. She was so sweet and attentive. The atmosphere, food and drinks were also so good! Super impressive vegan options. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ashton!

Stopped by for happy hour (all day on Sunday). The white peach cocktail was really good. Also got the Asian lettuce wraps and the spicy sake salmon maki, which were also delicious. It was a bit pricey, but overall pretty good value. This could have been a four star experience, but I was disappointed that a waitress (who was not serving me) assumed that my cocktail was finished and took it away without asking (when I was turned away), while there were still a few sips left in it. The cocktail was delicious and definitely was not happy that it was taken away before being finished.

Had my hair stylist recommend Blue Sushi to me and, it was phenomenal! Ashton, our server, was super great. Not only were they understaffed (only 2 people!) but, they served us fantastic sushi- quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. 5/5 stars

The BEST vegan sushi! We have been vegan about 3 years and this place is the best we have had. I'm pretty sure it's the best place period, even if you compared it to pre vegan. The drinks were so good, the tea was hot and came in a pot, the service was phenomenal, and the presentation was on point. I don't remember all the names but the black dragon was hands down my favorite. My second favorite also had eggplant on it. Ask your server for guidance, we bought more because of her and would do it again. The raspberry torte was alright...honestly not the best (super rich and very hard) but the sorbet with it was really good! Note to owner, I really want you guys to make vegan crab Rangoon

Walked in immediately seated absolutely positive atmosphere Granted, this is before a Broncos game, which Is out of town, but the atmosphere is buzzing. There is no avalanche game happening. It is a positive vibe Even though the Rockies tanked today this place still has a positive feeling happy to get into the new weekend Billy was overly cherry and happy, and he added to the vibrance. That is the environment tonight.

Really good sushi for being a land-locked state. The 2 rolls I got were both very good and the lunch special they offer is a good deal to. Only complaints I have are the bar seats are very uncomfortable, if they had a backrest then it would be fine, but just wood is very uncomfortable. The projector also has something splattered on it so the screen is speckled with whatever got on it. Overall a very good experience with attentive and friendly staff. If you’re in the area I’d check it out if you enjoy good sushi at a fair price.

I loved this place. Pricey though. We had the happy hour specials on a lot of stuff. Truffle salmon, spicy yellow tail. You get the idea. The bill tells that story. This is a green restaurant. All the seafood served here is sustainable. You pay for that though. Excellent selection of sake and other alcohol. Prices on that were not bad, but you need to show up at happy hour.

Great food and quality service. They have quite a big menu. We wanted to experiment a bit, and asked our waitress to put together a meal for us. And they definitely didn't disappoint! Everything was exceptional and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to any sushi lover visiting Denver.
