NOT the place to go if you're a MINORITY. This place is very prejudice! Very false persona of a "professional" establishment. Location is great and the decor is beautiful, but that was completely outweighed by the incompetent security staff. The security of this place embodies a bunch of college kids dressed in suits, on a power trip. Rules are enforced as they please, there is no consistency. Don't waste your time. -Riley Yantra

Food took forever and it wasn't consistent. Three people ordered the same dish and we got three different versions. I was double charged and was told it might be a few weeks to clear and get it back. 3 stars instead of 1 because the drinks were good and prices were reasonable.

Came to SIP early in the evening a few tables were seated outside and my bf and I inside as well as a couple people at the bar) before a 9:30pm show my boyfriend and I were going to for his birthday, Saturday July 24 . For the positives its very pretty inside and the bartender was nice. Anyone who has been to an ultra lounge would assume this would be a good one. Cons, for an “ultra lounge” the cocktail menu is Basic and small and the bartender, although very nice was not very knowledgeable about cocktails and pretty slow. After seeing the very small menu I figured I would just ask-if she could make something with lemon and blueberry preferably a vodka drink . She couldn’t seem to think of anything and then recommended the cosmopolitan , I accepted the offer because it became apparent pretty quickly that she just didn’t know that many cocktails and I figured she’d at least know how to make a cosmo since she recommended it. The cosmopolitan unfortunately wasn’t very good neither was the random lemon drink that she made for my boyfriend that she seemed to be unaware of what was in it when we asked.In short if you’re expecting a beautiful atmosphere,good music but basic bar drinks and slow service you’ll find that at SIP. If you are looking for top-notch service A beautiful atmosphere, an awesome cocktail menu and bartenders that actually know more than just your basics bar drinks this probably isn’t your place (at least from the experience I had on this specific day and time and the bartender that was helping us) , it felt like I was expected to know the cocktail I wanted AND how to make it. Definitely unlike any “Ultra lounge experience ive ever had. To make a suggestion for anyone looking for A spot That has an amazing cocktail menu , a great atmosphere, appetizers, desserts as well as good music( although i don’t believe this is a dance club, not that i think theyd stop ya from dancing ) that my boyfriend and I stumbled upon after a comedy show in Fort Collins Colorado try “Social”. It was really top notch place to sit and have some great drinks listen to music and chat w/ your friends or boo thang 💝 , the bartenders were so talented !!

I love this spot. Super tasty food and amazing service. I had fish and it was delicious. Their drinks are awesome too.they have super tasty pork tacos for happy hour. It's a def place to check out. I couldn't have been happier with the service. And also they use paper straws which made me super happy:)))

My new favorite spot! Always a good time. Clean, classy, fun! Passes the vibe check; great DJs, reasonably priced drinks, beautiful atmosphere, and good people.

The staff and security were really cool. Drinks were overpriced and poor quality. Pretty empty and not cool vibes for a Saturday.

Paid $50 for the grand opening ticket and couldn’t even get in the club. Absolute trash establishment who steals money.

Delicious! We had reservations at another restaurant @ 9 so we're had some time to kill. Ordered couple drinks, which were perfect, and the flatbread and pork belly tacos. Mouth watering food. Bartenders were attentive and the atmosphere was chill. We went right before the plays started at the performance art center so it was crowded but by the time we left it had cleared out. Didn't stay for the DJ. Definitely recommend for apps. and good cocktails.

Swanky atmosphere, unique libations, and outstanding service. We came with a small group on a Friday, it was busy but not crazy. It is larger than I expected, plenty of room to grab a few tables. Had more than a few drinks. I'd try the Clear, an old fashion tequila-style. Dangerous if I may warn. Kudos to the bartender. If I didn't have too many great drinks, I'd remember your name. They took my friend’s mace as a precaution which I understand. They said they would return it upon exit. When we were leaving they said the employee that had it went to the bathroom… we waited for him to get out of the bathroom, then they grabbed it out of the desk? Thanks for supporting female security.

Went in tonight (Thursday) and sat there for 30 minutes and couldn’t get service. A manager came by twice to ask if we had been helped yet and said they’d send someone right over both times. Tried to order at the bar but they told us that we had to order with a server. We left without ever being allowed to order anything. There was also a dueling piano duo performing at the bar. They were pretty awful. No need to stop by this place, just walk another half block to any other place with beer

A group of 6 were in town following the opening night of the GABF. We followed the crowd from the convention center at the end of the festival. We were hungry and thirsty for anything but beer at that point. We stopped in for late night eats and some strong drinks. Amazing food and the drinks hit the spot. We were even more amazed to see our bill was under 100 bucks for 6 people and a number of different appetizers. The place was busy and it was clear that they were understaffed at the time. However, the staff was attentive and accommodating in every way. One person in our party was celebrating his birthday. The attentive waiter overheard the conversation and followed up accordingly. He delivered a complimentary sweet and a shot of top shelf tequila. Well played Sips! We will be back!

Not worth the wait. Paid for my friend and I, I got in and they were waiting for more than 15 mins. Also bathroom were flooded and drinks were expensive. Also entry was expensive. I should've gone to a better club.

Great vibes in the downtown Denver area. Came here for lunch and got connected with the happy hour menu, great prices, great food and I’d assume great drinks. I’d get the pork belly tacos FOR SURE.

Bartenders need to be trained better The drinks were horrible. Me and my group tried different drinks and they were all bad.
