The tourist information building is located on the corner of 16th and California directly across from the Light Rail station. It is not located directly on the mall that's located on a side street. They have 15 minute parking right in two places by this information center.

Very friendly & informative. Conveniently located dowtown Denver. I feel the gentleman went the extra mile by even checking houra online and prpciding train directions. 7/16/19

These are the nicest people! I was greeted as I walked in and they helped me find some great activities while I was in Denver for the weekend. The location was clean and offered a wide selection of activities for any interest. I'd recommend this stop to anyone in town for a few days or if they are new to the area.

The faculty here is so warm and welcoming! They're passionate about what they do and want to help. We felt like we were being shown the city by family! Lots of fun Denver merchandise on sale as well.

Damn!!! I sure wish i could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me out. Aside from doing his job well by knowing the tourist sites he has this incredible charisma and humor. Thank you sir for guiding me in my search for family friendly tourist attractions. If you're traveling thru make sure you visit the Denver tourist information center.

Anyone visiting Denver and new to the area should make this their first port of call. Wonderful service from Crystal and her colleagues who provided me with all the information and help I needed. A great start to my vacation.

This is relocating to 1555 California St. Walk across 16th and pass Starbucks and Jason' Deli. The colorful characters at the Visitor Information Center will give you excellent advice on fun things to do in Denver. Free maps, directions and recommendations. They have brochures for activities, destinations and restaurants in Denver and throughout Colorado. They can help you by phone but going inside is an excellent experience.

I came in and said it was my first time in Denver and wanted to know what to do. They were very helpful in telling me about important attractions, especially in the downtown area.
