This Basilica is a gift from Heaven. I am blessed to have been given the opportunity to have my wedding there. I will forever be grateful for that great honor. It's so beautiful you don't want to leave. Every piece speaks to you about God. You clearly feel the Presence of God there. I hope to return again.

As the name suggest, this is a basilica, which means it's a lavishly decorated cathedral. Decorated cathedral. And it is beautiful inside. It is mostly white inside with very colorful large stained glasses. One of the biggest and the most beautiful I've seen in Denver area.

This is church is breathtaking! All the details are intricate and ornate! Just amazing! If you need a space to pray, then why not this place? It is serene and peaceful inside! Despite the downtown clamor, it’s quiet inside! You are definitely in your own little world! There is free parking on the east side of the church. Spaces are limited and so coming earlier before a mass time is highly recommended.

This is a very very beautiful basilica. The stained glass windows are breath taking. Each one is full of so much color and life. You can spend hours contemplating how they were created almost 100 years ago and the meaning inside them.

Very beautiful cathedral, it has art which seems lost to us in time. Very welcoming and unique. Parking is very límited but there are plenty of options all around the area. It has very beautiful scenery and landscaping. It's a must see 100%. The mass we attended was very touching and personable.

Stunning! There is no other word to describe this cathedral. From the three gold adorned doors that welcome worshippers in to to stainglass window that will literally take your breath away. This ranks as one of the most beautiful cathedrals I've had the honor of receiving Mass in.

Absolutely gorgeous cathedral in downtown Denver. We had a really special experience while here, a homeless man was at the alter praying when we arrived. Passing by on the way out he handed our daughter a quarter to put in the poor box. We were awestruck at his generosity and kind spirit. We looked for him outside when we left and he was nowhere to be found.

Unbelievably beautiful. Make sure to check daily mass times if you are only going to look around so you don’t interrupt service. It’s worth finding parking just Soto see the inside. The stain glass is amazing.

Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Denver, Colorado First mass in 1860 ...Denver's 'Grandest' Cathedral... Very appealing and structurally radiant from the inside and out. Basilica of the Immaculate Conception is a Catholic Cathedral dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The sun peers through to this site and adds an ambiance to the 75 panned glassed windows... Very ornate and beautiful. Jesus and his mother are depicted throughout the Cathedral... This intention adds a harmonious balance to everything around you. Was impressed overall and my expectations were exceeded. It's hard to react to the situation(s) outside however as the Cathedral is not in a safe location. Transient types, IV drug users inandate the street corners... Be weary and self-aware of the situation around you. They really need to be cleaned up. The Basilica radiates with good intentions... And that perseveres and stands out. Very pleased to have visited today. May God Bless you in all your good works.

Absolutely beautiful church! Neo-gothic architecture, stunning stained glass windows. One of my favorite destinations in Denver. Definitely worth the visit if you're in Denver.

I visit churches when I travel. This church is beautiful. It has the most stained glass of any church in North America I'm told. The staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere very reverent.

The cathedral's interior is decorated with stunning stained glass windows, elaborate tile work, and fine wood sculptures. Additionally, the cathedral contains a magnificent pipe organ that is used for concerts and religious occasions.

Stunning. I brought my grandmother for Sunday mass while she was visiting Colorado and she absolutely loved it! The stained glass windows are breathtaking, and the building is beautifully sculpted without being overwhelmingly large.

The cathedral was built in the late 19th century with the well-known Gothic Revival style. This catholic monument is a must see when touring the downtown Denver.

What a beautiful basilica! Our Lady of the immaculate conception is the patroness of the United States and the patroness of the Archdiocese of Denver. I had confession going until the our father at mass here on a weekday. They have mass and confession daily. Come early to go to confession at the 7 AM mass or at the 11:15 AM mass.

Such a beautiful place to worship ❤️ This is the church that the Unsinkable Molly Brown and her family attended! Make sure you have time to walk around after mass. The Stations of the Cross are inspirational.

This is one of the most ornate and beautiful churches I have been to, and that is on a list including Notre Dame in Paris, St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York, and Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore. The parking was not terrible, but we did arrive 30 minutes prior to Mass.

Beautiful place to bring people who don't know about the beauty of the faith. Great pastors really kind people. Reverent 🙏

The 6:30 Mass on Sunday evening is excellent. It is mostly in Latin and is very reverent. Sometimes they have Gregorian chant and it sounds amazing with the acoustics of the church. It is also a gorgeous church - especially in the summer when the sun is setting and coming through the stained glass at the beginning of Mass.

Wonderful edifice in the concrete jungle of Denver downtown. Large cathedral with wonderful architecture. Wish there were more open spaces around. Parking could be a problem. Reach early to find a parking spot

Beautiful interior. We called ahead and they do not have music for the daily mass. Gorgeous stained glass windows.

What a wonderful Cathedral! We met Fr. Michael and he was so personable. The stain glass is very impressive and the areas for prayer were very quiet and peaceful.

A great place to visit in Downtown Denvor, walk distance to state capitol, and beautiful architecture design both inside and outside!

Amazing space to get away from city without leaving the city. It’s also a beautiful example of gothic architecture. You can read about it more on their website since they have a full page dedicated to the cathedral’s architecture. Consider looking up historical figures like Julia Greeley or Margaret Brown (her house is nearby!) before going if you want some type of context. Check when mass will be if you are just going to look so you don’t bother anyone.
