The hotel and staff are great. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is quiet. No complaints there. But the breakfast service SUCKS. Most people coming down for breakfast are in a hurry to get on the shuttle and get to the airport. It takes 30 mins to get toast and eggs. It would be much better served as a buffet than a sit and order type of breakfast

Convenient location, beautiful newly remodeled rooms, super friendly woman working the front desk (sorry I didn't catch her me but she was amazing and had great recommendations.) I was extremely impressed because we were there during so much construction and we couldn't even tell. No dust, no noise, the only time we noticed was when we went out into the hallway and saw people working. They were so quiet and professional they were putting things together in the hallway and we didn't even notice. Even with the pool and other areas under construction we would definitely b return.

The front desk staff was awesome. Well one lady anyways. Room cleanliness not up to par. I had to clean the refrigerator and floor right when I walked in due to a melted drink leaking out plus really dirty floor to begin with. The Taproom staff & food was also great! The rate was good for the room, but don't hire temporary outside maid would be my suggestion.

This is a very typical mid-range airport hotel. Things are a little shabby around the edges; for example, the locking knob was missing from one stall in the restroom near the lobby, and my room air conditioner occasionally made various thumping and wheezing noises. But the positives outweighed the negatives: Everything was scrupulously clean, the food was above average, and most importantly the staff was amazing. Everyone our small conference group worked with was friendly, professional, and efficient. Several also had great senses of humor. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a very welcoming feeling walking. Both team members were friendly and answered all of our questions. We were traveling and were able to park the car there for a great rate compared to airport parking rates. This location also provides a drop-off and pick-up shuttle, even if you aren’t staying with them again upon return. Great area for a snack, and super close to airport for you quick Denver trips. Again staff was awesome, and the Tap Room food is pretty good. The sweet potato fries were great!

Seems pretty clean. Rooms are a bit small. They have lots of conference rooms and an attached restaurant. Didn't eat there though but they gave me some boxes to use as plates which was nice. There wasn't any coffee service at the front desk area and it is confusing where the breakfast is at. It's in the restaurant. Good place to lay your head.

I love this Hotel! The customer service is amazing and we are treated well every visit. Their shuttle service drops off at West Terminal DIA and since I always fly United this is perfect. I tried to save a few bucks at the "Quality" inn next door one time and I will never do that again. Spend the extra $40 to book a room here, its worth it!

Stayed there before departing for vacation and used their shuttle to get to DIA. Beds were great and their complimentary breakfast was excellent. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We usually stay at Marriotts, but would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy, just make sure you sign up so you have a reserved spot. The hotel bar/restaurant had a nice beer selection. The rooms were clean and roomy, average but clean restrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The service was excellent. Breakfast was good as was the restaurant dinner. The water was hot. Enterprise rental was on site and they had an airport shuttle. My only complaint was with the room itself. The carpet was very worn and had stains in it. The bed was firm if you like a firm bed. All in all it was a good experience.

My room had a strange smell which was removed after a few hours of the odor vaporizer they had in my room. Room and bathroom were fairly clean. Not the best iron. My company hosted a dinner at their banquet hall and that was the highlight of the stay. Service was excellent and food was very good. Small gym and indoor pool but better than nothing.

Stayed here for the parking and night before an international flight. The rooms are VERY comfortable, the bed and pillows are perfect for me, firm but not solid. I was on the top floor (626) and it was silent, couldn't hear the interstate, and planes or trains! The attached restaurant serves good food and if your rate comes with breakfast, you get a $20 coupon for the restaurant. I would defiantly stay here again!! Finally a decent airport hotel!
