Quick overnight stay with service to/from airport. Pleasant team members at the property. Shuttle was prompt each way and the drivers were helpful (baggage, finding locations, etc). The night auditor was awesome! Engaging, approachable, helpful. Awesome service

Typically my reviews are good but this one is not and I had to take time to calm down before writing this. I am a Diamond member with Hilton and very disappointed and upset with how a recent situation was handled (I was on the phone at the time of this experience). My significant other visited this hotel on December 14,2023 after working many many hours along with having to get up early the next day. She approaches the front desk and provides the requested check-in information (Confirmation number, ID, ..etc) only to be told that she had already checked in. She then states that it isn't possible because had literally just arrived - from another state via plane! The front desk is clueless about how to resolve the issue. He continues to talk in a condescending manner about being checked in already then goes to the computer. After SEVENTEEN MINUTES, my significant other questions what is going on as she is pretty sleepy. Front desk responds with a very smart remark about how if she was patient more she might've had a room. She then tells him that she would like a room and that this was not her issue. He then tells her again that he could not provide her with a room because she already checked in! I ask to be put on speaker in an attempt to help figure out a solution. Front desk responds with she should do something else or she will be asked to leave! He also told her that he would NOT talk to me! I seriously couldn't believe this was happening! Front desk shares that my significant other and whomever is checked in to HER reservation (ALSO CHARGED HER CARD!) have the same last name. So basically the discrepancy lies internally with proper ID verification! This is a HUGE security issue! TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES LATER he finally reaches out to a supervisor who basically offers one option (as it was late and for whatever reason they didn't want to disturb whoever was in the room)....to Check in to another room. Due to the time of night, she made the additional reservation. Not only was the room more expensive than the reserved room it was not the room type that was reserved (King reserved given Double Beds)! Nearly an hour of rude, disrespectful service only to be double charged? You've got to be kidding me! To date, the charges (both rooms) are STILL present! She have been VERY patient! NO ONE has reached out from the hotel to follow up. From what I know and understand in my Hilton tenure, this is not what the Hilton brand is about! As a Diamond member I will not tolerate the unprofessionalism experienced. If this is the new standard of customer service, then will be taking my business elsewhere and will see to it that my organization switch our preferred logding vendor!

Stayed night before flight out in morning. Shuttle was convenient and timely. Check in smooth. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with minimal noise, and the whole property was clean. All of the staff I encountered had something pleasant to say, including the shuttle drivers. However, during check-in (6pm) and check-out (8am), the front desk was staffed by just one person. A sole front desk employee during these busy times caused aggravation for the guests and stress for the lone employee manning the desk. I highly recommend management rethinks it's staffing policy.

We only stayed here for less than 12 hours so I can’t comment on many of the amenities. But the rooms were clean, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Free airport shuttle was on time. No issues, a good option for a quick stay near the airport.

I had a terrible experience at the Hampton Inn. When I arrived to check-in, I had to inform the front desk that I hadn't checked in yet. The employee checked the reservation and found that someone else had been checked in under my name. This is a security issue and could have caused problems if the person had caused any damage or incidents in the room. The employee seemed irritated and took a long time to attempt to resolve the issue. He was not empathetic or apologetic about the situation. When I asked if I could be given another room because I needed to leave early the next morning, he responded rudely and told me I needed to have a seat. I called my significant other for help, but the employee refused to speak with him and became even more frustrated. He threatened to deny my reservation and have me kicked off the property. Eventually, the employee booked me a different room, but it was not the type of room I had originally reserved. He did not inform me that the original room was no longer available. I was charged twice for two reservations, even though it was not my fault. This experience left me with a negative impression of Hilton. The only positive experience I had was with the hotel shuttle driver who showed empathy and offered me water. I am concerned about the security issue of someone else being checked in under my name and the lack of professionalism and empathy from the employee. I have two charges on my card at the fault of the employees, no one has reached out or attempted to fix the situation. I hope that Hilton will improve their policies and procedures to prevent this from happening to future guests.

We are Hilton Honors members and have always had excellent customer service and good accommodations. I had a poor experience at this location. Staff members need training on customer service (eye contact, greeting guests, saying thank you, apologizing when a problem is brought to their attention). I will continue to choose Hilton properties but will not return here. Not up to the standard!!

Not a good experience. Waited 90 minutes to be picked up by the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Had a 6 a.m. flight the next day and no room on the airport shuttle at 4 a.m. so had to pay for it ourselves. Oh and was greeted by a cold shower at 3:10 a.m. The front desk person told me other people had been reporting it also. There is a plethora of hotels in this area. I would avoid this one.

Elevators not working, being serviced. Breakfast was VERY weak. Waffle batter machine broken. No effort to provide batter another way. Eggs gone at 8:00 am. When I checked in (1:00 am.). I had two reservations and asked them to combine so I would not have to move rooms. Was told they could do that & I just needed to recheck-in the next morning. I rechecked-in at 8:00 am. and they said I had to move but they had a room ready now. I have trouble believing this room was not available just 7 hours earlier (1:00 am - 8:00 am). Still I had to pack up and move for the remainder of my stay. Lastly, there was a police car in the parking lot when the shuttle brought me to the hotel. The driver said he was happy to see them because people have been stealing cars from their lot. I won't stay here or park here.

A good place to stay when flying out of DIA the next day. The front desk team were very nice and helpful. We had to return our rental car and they explained how to get the free shuttle back from the airport. The whole process took less than one hour. The rooms were clean and had decent space. It is necessary to sign up in advance for the shuttle to the airport. The ride is approximately 15 minutes. The breakfast is decent but the waffle maker was not operational. Next door to the hotel is the Moonlight Diner. Can easily walk to the diner. Overall a very positive experience.

Decor of room was fresh and modern. Very, very clean. Very nice staff at desk accomodated us getting the airport shuttle but had issue with one person on the phone when I called in who wasn't too friendly. Overall though, staff is great. Breakfast is standard Hampton Inn fare - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle making, cereals, fruit, danish, etc. Very nice dining area. Quite happy with our stay there.

If you want WiFi that works for more than 3 minutes or in more than 2 ft of your room they’ll charge you for it. Absolutely shameless cash grab. They also will not allow for room changes even if it’s simply the number of beds and they’re asked months in advance. Better off sleeping in the airport.

The rooms are cute and modern, clean and overall good. However, the room got terribly hot at night. The air just wouldn't adjust to get cooler. It stayed at 73 degrees all night no matter how many times I tried to turn it down to my sleeping preference, which is 66 degrees. Heat gives me a headache. I tossed and turned all night and had no use for sheets or blankets. It was just too warm. I was told that the air is adjusted by the outside temperature. If it's in the 80's during the day, then 73 at night should suffice? Not for me anyway. That's my only complaint.

I stay at Hilton properties on the regular with work. This one just wasn’t up to snuff. Breakfast was very bad. (How are the eggs already cold 15 minutes after breakfast start). Waffle batter not pouring, coffee pot empty. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was reasonably friendly but not what I am used to. I’ll pick one of the many other “airport row” hotels before staying at this hampton again.

After a long day of delays and cancelled flights, we got to the Hampton Inn outside the Denver airport. The front desk staff was welcoming, very courteous, and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable and we spent a restful night. Hampton served a good breakfast in the morning and there was a comfortable lounge area to wait for our departure back to the airport via the complimentary shuttle. Highly recommend!

My stay here at the Hampton was exceptional! Comfortable , cleanly rooms for great prices as well as a wonderful staff. Tony was very nice and accommodating throughout our trip. Will be back next time I’m in the mile high city !

I had a pumpkin spice cream cheese waffle with seasoned potatoes and strawberry-kiwi-enhanced water. If that doesn't say above and beyond, then I wouldn't be able to tell you. The lovely gent who prepared out continental was such a friendly guy. Very funny man. Hilarious. My stay was impeccable. They allowed me to check in early, room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Fridge and microwave included. The elevator worked and didn't try to eat me.. I truly enjoyed being here.

Just as other reviews had stated Gabby at the front desk was a delight! The room was super clean and everything was quite nice. I’m glad I put effort (reading lots of reviews,) into finding the right hotel for my stay. Most other hotels around the Denver airport have many bad reviews between a rude front desk and or dirty rooms. This hotel was great, no complaints!

Exactly what you expect from this brand! Great service from the front desk. Common areas were clean and well maintained. Room was immaculate. Modern touches like multiple outlets and USB ports at the bedside and at the workspace in the room. Hot breakfast had eggs, potatoes, sausage and waffles. Bagels, muffins, etc. juice and coffee. Shuttle to the airport available.

Flight was canceled today. I called last minute to reserve a room. They assisted me with shuttle service to hotel. After checking in Matt and Ryan made me feel welcome and got me a perfect room for the night. I later returned to lobby, met Gabby, she put the coat in back room I left behind by accident, fixed me up with the perfect snacks from their food pantry. Great group at the front desk. They take great care of you! Thank you from this weary traveler!

Our night at the Hampton Inn was great!! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived as a group of 21 and they were very accommodating in regards to several special requests. The rooms were excellent, it could not have gone better! The athletes we are travelling with simply loved the complementary hot chocolate and Matt and Gabby took care of everything! Thanks so much, we will hopefully see you next year! Coach Erin

Couldn't go wrong with the service room or location here. Hilton needs to make sure people know they can park n fly with packages here and especially on the app. Rhonda was awesome both times we interacted

Worse hotel front desk service I’ve had. The front desk was aloof and lying to my face repeatedly. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and got cheated into cheaper king bed rooms instead, because they ran out of queen rooms. They didn’t have the gut or courtesy to tell me any of that and left me to find out by myself. How disrespectful and horrible customer service. Would not come again.

The good: Comfy beds, airport shuttle, friendly staff. It will suffice if you’re stuck in Denver on a layover. The rest: Quite drab and old fashioned and the breakfast is the typical, terrible American continental one where nothing is fresh, the coffee sucks and the utensils and dishes are all disposable. My rating might be biased because traveling in Northern Europe even the airport hotels are nice, and in the US $250 gets you the faint smell of old cigs, squeaky elevators and a breakfast of carton OJ and cheap waffles.

The room smelled of sewage - went to the front desk to let them know and was told it was sewer gas from faulty plumbing, and that we should run the tub for 10 minutes and then flush the toilet once and let it be. Claimed that they would have to raze the building to repair it. They offered to change our room but becaise we had an early flight out we declined. Not sure it would have made a difference. Location is great if you are flying out of DIA, but I feel like I should have spent a few bucks more on a different hotel.

We stumbled upon this hotel after a flight cancellation, they were very helpful with our reservation, and a shuttle quickly came & picked us up. Walked next door to awesome food at the Diner, which also has a full bar. Hotel Breakfast was wonderful.

Have really enjoyed staying at Hampton’s over the years and have found them almost always acceptable, including this one. We came in late at night only to leave very early for a flight. Was surprised to learn that they now charge $7 a night for parking. Mind you they have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking for paid guests. When asked why the new charge, they simply said “everyone is charging now”. Yeah, that was it. I’ve been all over and this was the first time, outside of New York and other large cities with limited to no parking, I’ve been charged for parking. Will there be a $1 charge on the famous waffles next? Outside of them trying to find another way to squeeze out a dollar I was happy with the 5 hour stay.

In the past we've stayed here prior to flying overseas for a dive trip. It's been two years since my last visit and just as in the past, the front desk is helpful and courteous. My room is impeccable and the beds are comfortable. I'd like to mention Gabby for her cheerfulness and sweet demeanor and she even helped me get my phone online. I'll return in the future since it's like coming home..
