Previous
stays
at
Embassy
Suites
have
always
been
a
good
experience.
When
traveling,
the
last
thing
you
want
to
worry
about
is
the
quality
of
the
hotel.
However,
my
most
recent
experience
was
unfortunate.
It
started
with
the
way
I
was
greeted
by
Craig
Polite,
the
front
desk
representative.
He
was
condescending
and
rude.
I
had
reserved
two
rooms
for
Saturday
night
but
decided
to
travel
a
day
early
and
called
the
reservation
line
to
modify
my
reservation.
The
representative
created
an
additional
reservation
for
Friday
instead.
Upon
my
arrival,
I
explained
this
to
Craig,
who
responded
by
insisting
that
I'd
have
to
check
out
of
my
room
on
Saturday
morning
and
check
back
in
on
Saturday
evening.
I
didn't
understand
the
reason
for
this,
especially
since
I
would
be
staying
in
the
same
room.
When
I
asked
him
why,
he
was
rude
and
dismissive.
The
room
had
no
air
conditioning,
and
when
I
reported
it
to
the
front
desk,
an
"engineer"
was
sent
to
fix
it,
but
it
still
didn't
work
properly.
On
Saturday,
when
I
returned
to
the
room
after
a
full
day
out,
I
found
that
it
had
been
cleaned,
despite
having
the
"do
not
disturb"
sign
on
the
door
and
all
our
belongings,
including
toiletries
that
I'd
left
on
the
bathroom
counter,
had
been
thrown
into
a
garbage
bag.
I
was
shocked
that
someone
would
do
this
especially
since
he
knew
the
circumstances
and
that
we
were
not
changing
rooms.
When
I
asked
the
desk
clerk
about
it,
he
claimed
he
didn't
know
anything
about
it,
except
that
Craig
had
instructed
him
to
return
our
luggage
and
garbage
bag.
The
room
still
had
no
air
conditioning,
and
it
was
uncomfortably
warm.
This
experience
was
unnecessary,
and
Craig
abused
his
authority.
I
can't
explain
why
our
privacy
was
invaded
and
our
belongings
were
thrown
into
a
garbage
bag
when
we
had
already
paid
for
the
room.
The
motto,
"Stay
for
the
Experience",
took
on
a
new
meaning
for
me.
Definitely
not
worth
the
price
I
paid.
I
would
recommend
you
pay
less
and
stay
elsewhere!
