I am tour director leading group through out the country so I stay at hotel more than my real home. For this hotel : Booked via booking.com. Great custom service even they are not in united States. All problem always resolve. But if you have problems with hotel you can only contact booking.com first. Only downside. Room: King executive is bigger with pull out sofa and bunch of chair . Bigger and little nicer than double queen. If you can sleep in one king get the king . Nice bathroom. Good water temperature and pressure .fridge and microwave works . Everything live up to the stander of la Quinta. Breakfast: I don’t eat breakfast but my guest they are good hot breakfast. Front desk: I am ok with 20 some years old front desk just learning . You do what I do you seen all kinds . The best is not to be picky and be considerate, they will help you with their best . Only complain is they don’t pick up calls . I had issues before my trip so I have call them . Never get through . Automatically on hold over 30 minutes. When I checked in , I saw them press on something when the phone rings , then I know what happened when I called . After we all checked in no more people at front desk , phone still ringing . The lady press on it and watched but never picked the phone . You be the judge . Hotel is good , don’t expect to get through the phone cal easily. Environment: not the best . But we have a bus so it’s not like we are going to walk . Stayed for two days . Vehicle safe .

La Quinta is one of my favorite choices in hotels. Decent rates, always clean, and always good staff. I'm leaving my review for my stay last night at this locations because there was a complete lunatic in the lobby this morning about 9am. The man could not understand that hotels have variable rates and although the booked rate was in fact X dollars, when they showed up a day early for their reservation that additional day was not at the same rate. He was cursing and making a scene and the woman behind the counter was absolutely exceptional handling this person. I can't imagine anyone handling him better and hopefully this 5 stars helps offset his inevitable yet undeserved 1 star.

NOT THE GREATEST LOCATION. If you do stay here, I suggest parking in an area where there’s cameras and do not leave personal/important items in it. We had a great visit other than finding our vehicle broken into our last day of staying here. Wishing this hotel had cameras surrounding the entire building and parking spaces, not just the front entrance. We parked where our room was, (so we can keep an eye on the vehicle) but still had this unfortunate thing happen.

It was an unpleasant stay. The room smelled. Not clean. The hole building was not clean. The hot tub didn't work, nor was it very warm. The breakfast was no good. I took two bites and started getting a belly ache.

Daisy (afternoon staff) is either still learning or just plain unpleasant and inefficient. We asked to stay an extra night and she would not do it, telling us that we had to book it ourselves online and that we could not stay in the same room because it was already assigned for someone else plus there were no more rooms available. The next morning, as we prepared to leave NATALIE was at the front desk. Guess what? we were able to stay in the same room an extra night, and there were many rooms to choose from if we wanted to switch. When I asked Daisy if they had coins available for the laundry facilities, she told me to go to the hotel next door to "see if they have change" The next morning I asked NATALIE the same question and she gladly gave me the coins. We asked Daisy for a late check out and she declined. NATALIE allowed us to check out a little later. KUDOS to Natalie, you made our stay a pleasure. What a difference in staff attitude, you are a miracle worker and will return because of you. Daisy, please get training in how to deal with travelers.

If I could give a zero I would! The weed smell our whole trip & to make it worse it was our Daughter’s 12th Birthday, that’s why we stayed here! If you want to get high then stay here but I wouldn’t bring kids here!

I will not use it again. Rooms were nice due to the proximity of the hotel to the freeway. If guests above you are inconsiderate, you will be able to hear their every step.

Clean rooms and lobby. Daily room cleaning is thorough. Considerate and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with a fridge and microwave. Everything was in good repair. Light switches let you turn the lights off without getting out of bed.

We stayed here on a trip the Rocky Mountain National Park. We only intended to stay the one night but we decided to come back on our way home too to recover from days of camping. It’s in a great location, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, theres even a taco truck in the parking lot! Rooms were very clean, as was the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was even good. Lots of options. Staff was very friendly and hassle free. Will be back if I’m ever in the Denver area again!

Stopped in Denver to visit family while traveling on vacation and chose La Quinta since it was a convenient location between the airport and my family's home. The building is pretty new, clean exterior, and plenty of parking. The front desk was always manned when I walked through the lobby. The buffet area was clean (after breakfast), the pool and fitness room were clean and well maintained. I couldn't ask for more from our room. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The room was large, TV worked fine, AC & heat worked as expected, bed made and room vacuumed daily. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows of various firmness (my wife and I like different amounts of cushioning, so we were both happy). I would stay here again.

Terrible experience. The front desk knocked my door at midnight and woke all my family up to tell us we didn’t pay. Never had such an horrible experience at any hotel. Come on, even if I didn’t pay, Can you wait till tomorrow morning when we checked out please? Or can you please charge the credit card on file ???

Hotel was clean, taco truck outside was great! The fire alarm went off twice the second night we stayed there through, and from what I heard from the fire chief it was due to some kind of system malfunction. Hope they get that fixed. Otherwise, good hotel, decent transit access (short bus ride to A train) and good breakfast options.

I had a reservation but my flight was delayed. I arrived at 2:05 at the hotel, waited a long time in the line and when I said I had a reservation the women at front desk, very rude said me my reservation was just until 2 am. I had to pay another night. Very poor service, extremely rude!! Dirty room. I will never come back. Don't waste your money here. There are a lot of food hotels in Denver

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars: My room was on the first floor & I could hear front desk staff talking & laughing until the time I checked out 3:30 am. Was exhausted due to flight out of Denver canceled & unplanned all night layover & needed coffee. I was sooooo relieved to see coffee available, unfortunately, the coffee was coal black & ice cold…obviously been there for quite a while. Front desk staff never acknowledged and continued to engage in loud conversation & laughter with a male friend who was just as loud (hence the loud convo heard from my room all night. Disclaimer: both ladies (1 in training) were very nice & polite during check in. Room was super clean, updated & ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE OF BUGS. Overall I would stay here again if front desk staff used their inside voices during sleep hours

The hotel stay was pleasant all round - the room was spacious and the pool/spa were a welcome addition, although the breakfast coffee was terrible. If it wasn’t for the below, I would’ve given 4* However, the 1 * is for using styrene cups and plates for the breakfast buffet and not having reusable (ceramic) options. It’s 2022 - it’s not that difficult to choose a less polluting method of serving breakfast…

Enjoyed my overnight stay. Easy access, and was reasonably priced. Nice room, clean, quiet. Off the interstate but good windows, so noise is not an issue. There are multiple fast food restaurants very close, lots to choose from that you can walk to. Good hot breakfast, great staff. For sure, I would stay there again.

Decent hotel, good for one night. It was clean and staff is welcoming. Nothing special. Breakfast could be better not using styrofoam plates - rather paper plates- too much waste :(

This place was great! My only complaint is that the coffee served at breakfast was terrible. Other than that I'd def stay again. Spacious clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice atmosphere... just gotta go out for decent coffee ☕️

Clean, no smell, quiet (from outside), safe, pet (and kid) friendly. Front desk staff was so amazing and friendly! They were completely booked multiple nights during my stay and the staff never let you see them sweat! Kids and pets can be loud, but that's not something they can control. AC in rooms is limited, so the rooms don't really get cold. If you run hot, bring a fan. Biggest complaint is the elevator: it is so slow. I wouldn't mind if they had a little bench to wait on, but standing there causes me so much pain during the wait. Pet review: this location is not super pet friendly. The hotel touches a major road. There is no grass on the hotel property, it is all gravel. This is common in Denver. You have to cross a large (but low traffic) streets to get to grass. Makes potty breaks take longer. Would definitely recommend, but not sure I'd stay again only because of the price. Avg about $150+ a night.

Location isn’t that good, The room smelled like cigarettes and a lot of noise travels through the doors! Ac and shower worked, we found a used bag of chips in the room. Halls aren’t lit enough, pool seemed dirty. The breakfast was not good and they were out of everything 2 hours before they “stop serving breakfast”. The taco truck in the parking lot is actually really good and open late.

The room we were given was not ready, as it looked like they hadn't finished cleaning it. But the desk attendant was very nice and gave us a new room quickly. The swimming pool and gym looked a bit lackluster so I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking to exercise during their stay.

While on vacation and being exhausted from an early flight, the front desk attendant allowed us to check in a little early. she said that the maintenance man may need to stop in later to check on something. I noticed upon arriving in the room, the smoke alarm and outlets were exposed. Sure enough, the minute we got settled he just busted in the room with no knock. Good thing we had the bolt on the door. Also, the room gave us bed bugs and we didn’t realize until we got home months later and ended up with an infestation. We had to get new furniture, a new mattress and all new bedding. It cost us thousands of dollars. I’m assuming the room was being fumigated and the staff knew they were putting us in an infested room. We will not be returning.

The hotel looks nice. The area is sketchy. Park towards the front of the hotel to lower the risk of getting broken into. Near a homeless encampment so expect a constant flow of people walking through the parking lot at all hours. We had multiple problems with the room key not working. Even changed rooms but the problems continued.

Big room. To be improved: only bad / hard pillows supplied. Hot tub timer didn't do anything, TV image was bad (blue on the right side, cannot image I'm the first to notice). All in all an average hotel

I had some doubts about staying here but it turned out to be pretty decent. The hallways did smell like pee and musk. The room we had was nice though. Looked clean. I've worked housekeeping in many hotels so I know how that goes. Just make sure to keep the sheets covering the comforter because they don't wash those often. Bed was really comfortable. Shower was hot, water pressure good. Towels clean. Nice presentation. Air conditioning worked. Fridge door was difficult to open. Also, sound travels very easily through the door. I was woken up each morning to people out in the hallways being loud. Front desk service during the day, those women were usually cold but the young woman that worked nights was nice. I took the advice to park my car out front and the hotel provides many signs to remind people to lock their cars and that they aren't responsible for your car or items so apparently these things happen often there. The area isn't the best as it is Aurora. But this location has a few food places and gas stations nearby. The taco truck in the parking lot is good btw.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we checked in so we were hopeful the stay would be good. I did notice there were no employees wearing masks at all even though the entrance stated masks were required to Enter so I am not sure that was an old sign or my. Upon exiting the elevator on the third floor, we were bombarded with a sulfur like smell. As we got closer to the room, the smell intensified. It was so strong and overwhelming it made us sick. The smell lingered into the room and there was no escaping it. We left to go eat and to get out of the hotel for awhile and mentioned To the lady who worked there how Bad the smell was. When we arrived back, the smell was still there along with the smell of marijuana which was odd as this is a non smoking hotel. We decided to take the kids to the pool to get off the floor and when we got to the pool there was a family there with two dogs who barked non stop. This was the most uncomfortable and disgusting hotel stay we have experienced in a very long time. Super disappointed and won’t ever stay here again!

The first night we stayed was fine, no issues. The second night we stayed we had to leave and go to the best western next door. The guests in the room next to us had 3 dogs and a cat in their room. They owners must’ve let the animals go to the bathroom in the room because our door was attached to theirs and it made our room smell disgusting. We went downstairs to see what our options were because the smell was that bad and the dogs were barking loud all night. Front desk employee told us she couldn’t help us because she didn’t know how to do anything and she had no supervisor to call.
