Just awful. Stayed here, 7 weeks, in an AirBnB and nothing but issues. No water for a week. Different week we had no heat or hot water. Host said CenturyLink won't upgrade their building, so 5-7mb download is all you get....IF that even works. This was probably the most frustrating thing as we work from home. The amenities were always locked up. The pool table was closed off and it looked like a storage room. The lady & man that have the afternoon/evening/overnight shift were amazing. The day lady was God awful. We are digital nomads and travel from city to city and see a lot of different things, so our expectations are low. This stay was just insane, felt bad for the hosts, but we would never considered coming back to this building. Mountain side is kinda nice.

Very high HOA dues at ~$700/month for 2bd/2ba condo. If you are looking to buy a condo here, think twice. The management is not customer oriented. We would expect more service for the high monthly dues. ~$60K assessment per unit was changed to accomplish $30M re-piping project. Perhaps the pipes are great, but the building is still dated. The only benefits are the views and the location. The rest leaves much to be desired.

Building itself is really nice, but it's filled with rude tenants. Haven't been able to sleep for months as people slam their doors constantly. Management of the building does not care, and I have had to involve Denver Police Department. Also, there hasn't been a laundry room available for OVER 6 MONTHS now. Management charges to have your laundry picked up and washed by a third party company and isn't responsible for lost items. It's pretty disgusting not being able to do your laundry at all. Definitely not something I expected in a building with rent over $1500

28 years resident/owner. I used to get heat for my $500 a month HOA dues when the overnight lows were in the 30s. Now they call it NEUTRAL and don't switch on the (must cost too much) steam system, and my HOA dues are near $600 a month. Nice Republic.

"Asbestos Tower". Every wall is made of dangerous Asbestos. And they don't evacuate when there is a spill. Live at your own risk.

Great views. Proximity to entertainment and restaurants. But, elevators are often broken and slow. Very possible it is a fire hazard living there? The laundry room was promised to be working and is now 6 months past due and counting. Maintenance is not thought out. They half heartedly clean the worn out carpets so infrequently it is a waste of time. They high speed buff and or mop the vinyl tile occasionally by the garage elevators so the dirt shines a little. Why not scrub it and add some wax finish? The rolling carts that you check out to retrieve your groceries from the garage are old, dirty and some are broken. Then they will randomly make you leave your id to check out a broken cart after loaning it to you previously dozens of times without a id. The gym is clean but dated. They recently β€œupdated” the lobby furniture by buying another buildings cast offs. You get the feeling that the building is broke and slowly decaying.

Great living facility. Has its ups and downs but as far as location and views, still one of the best places to live in downtown Denver. The pool is great and the building always hosts awesome seasonal parties which are good for getting to know your neighbors.

All of the management are on power trips here. Jessica is extremely rude to people and is also generally unintelligent, which makes for a very interesting combo, while KP is rather intelligent, but just a powertripping a****** at times.

Glass in the front door has been broken for weeks, front door handicap button is often broken, elevators on floors 1-20 are always broken (7 times in 4 months), AC doesn't properly work in all Units, laundry room has been broken coming close to 1 year now. Great downtown views, though. Do with this information as you wish. Hopefully, a visit from a city inspector will get the ball moving.

This building is pretty run down. The apartments are small and load in and out is a bit of a pain.

Very friendly and helpful staff, helping me and my family with the difficult passing of my brother, a very long time resident and fan of Brooks towers. Cannot thank you enough for your kindness and thoughtfulness.
