Great visit, staff was very accommodating. Food was hot and drink was tasty. The Baristas even served my sandwich on a plate. First time that's happened in a Starbucks. Easy in & out. Definitely recommend

Fantastic location and very nice interior. I’ve been looking for a quiet, not too large, but not too crammed Starbucks to enjoy some coffee and do work. Ended up stumbling into this one, which is also in a great spot to grab local food and go shopping as well. I’ve also trying to produce less waste so I brought in my reusable mug and they filled it up without question. The staff was very kind and the location was very clean. I’m looking forward to stopping by again.

Great but it took me 5 minutes to get my drink and of course they put it on the other counter and not the one I was closest to the only reason this is a four star and not a 1 star review is because I got my drink in less than 30 minutes.

They always make my drink perfect. They give me the extra cold foam instead of being stingy on it. And the drinks are just always yummy

I (and many others) had a terrible experience here on Friday, November 5th between 8-8:45am and actually could not believe how bad the service was. I am not one to write negative reviews, but the communication from staff was so terrible / lacking that I do not feel bad in the slightest for writing this. Myself and the others (20+ people) waited for 30-45 minutes past our mobile order pickup time for our drinks and were not refunded for the this absurd delay. I heard one lady say she had ordered over an hour before. For reference, I’m posting a photo of how many drinks and food items were abandoned at the pickup counter because people gave up on waiting for their orders. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and I will be taking my business elsewhere until I’m compensated.

My recent visit to Starbucks was truly delightful. I placed a large drink order to treat my staff but unfortunately forgot my purse so I was unable to pay for my order. The friendly staff kindly suspended my order to allow me to leave and retrieve my purse. They were all so kind, helpful, and understanding. I will now return to this store for all my future orders! Thank you to each person that helped me bring joy to my employees! ❤️

Staff member who took my first order was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off. Acted annoyed that i was there. I’d leave 0 stars for her. The staff member who took my second order when I came back later in the morning was incredible. I interacted with a few other staff members and they were great, too. Based on only final experience I’d rate 5 stars, but because of first interaction it’s only a 2 from me.

My husband and I came in here, while it was super busy. There was 4 people on staff, 3 of which were on a role! They were amazing at getting drinks out and keeping things going. I can’t say much for the last girl though. The young lady with purple hair/glitter extensions, was beyond slow, and only pretending to work and messing up our order. She charged us for something we didn’t ask for and gave us attitude when we told her our order was wrong, Asking us “are you sure, that’s what u ordered” and then after we corrected our order she still got it wrong!! She completely left out my husbands drink and we waited for a while to see when his drink would come out, and come to find out she never added to our order. 5 stars! For the other 3 workers! But for that young lady -3 stars.

Starbucks does not recycle, this is the 3rd location in Denver to tell me this. Starbucks headquarters loves to say they do but it’s not consistent. They also won’t donate empty bottles. I understand the false hope with recycling but going through that much plastic with in a day would make sense to at least try. Or maybe use a local company for refilling milk glass jugs, I am sure that would be a great way to support local companies. Sigh big corporations must make changes-

Came this morning for a pup cup. All staff here are friendly, polite and A plus customer service. Watched an employee hold a door open for a customer when he came out to open umbrellas. Always a good experience at this location. Give them all a raise.
