I didn’t look up the restaurant before I went with my partner, and I was blown away by the variety of gluten free options! I had to ask our server if all that food was actually gluten free. Someone who seemed like a manager told us that the chef lives with celiac so I felt like I could really trust that the food would be safe to eat and actually tasty, being prepared by a chef with experience. The crab cakes had a lot of mayo sauce but were flavorful. The fried chicken was not super comparable to a “normal” preparation but it was very good and the syrup on top was a perfect touch! The chicken wings were great. The skin was crispy and the wings were nice and meaty, unlike other restaurants in the area that I’ve gone to this year in the midst of a wing shortage. In all, a wonderful experience of delicious food and friendly service. Will return to try more food!!

I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the restaurant. The food, drink, and vibe was of high quality. One cannot go wrong going to Acova if you are in the area. It was a really clean and the staff were super interesting.

The atmosphere was very nice. Good music at an appropriate level. We were seated right away by our server. We got there at about 4pm on Thursday Aug 31st. That was during happy hour (3-6). We were brought water immediately and got a couple appetizers and cocktails. We ordered our entrees and they came out at a decent time after our appetizers. Everything tasted amazing. It was visually pleasing and very flavorful. Our server was very attentive and polite. I would love to come back and try some desserts and other items on the menu. One thing to note is that we did not have a reservation and were given a two hour window to be there. This wasn’t an issue because service was attentive and quick. We also did not feel rushed. Definitely recommend!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Sometimes a gluten sensitivity can be problematic when dining out. Acova has nearly endless options for those sensitive to gluten, including the MOST AMAZING apple donuts. Absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. I'll be back soon (and often)!

Captain Davis was our server tonight. He was so knowledgeable on the menus, dessert, drinks and food. He was professional and friendly. He was attentive and didn’t miss a single detail through our visit. I will recommend Acova to anyone and will ask for Davis next time I visit.

Acova was is a great spot for a date or casual evening out with friends. I really like all of the plants they use as decoration and to break up the sitting areas. The Broadway lobster mac & cheese was smothered in melted, creamy cheese with chunks of buttery lobster. The potato & cheese pierogis were delicious! These little pierogis pack in the flavor with cheesy, potato goodness. My favorite dish was the calamari fra diavolo….it had just the right amount of spice to add a little kick and the calamari was cooked just right! I saved some of the sauce for my lobster Mac & cheese. I could put that sauce on almost anything!! For dessert, I had an Espresso-lico. It was the perfect balance of coffee and creaminess to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Delicious Happy Hour and restaurant that caters towards gluten intolerant people! The majority of Acova's menu is celiac-friendly which is great if you're celiac or just cutting gluten out of your diet! They have a great indoor and even better outdoor space. Plus happy hour means all appetizers are $3 off! The deviled eggs are a must, they have a slight heat to them but are also some of the best eggs I've ever had. The perogies are fantastic, the elote is a great snack, and you can't miss out on their wine slushies. Give them a try on a nice day to enjoy their patio space!

Phenomenal. Everything was fantastic, from the atmosphere to the service to the food. Honestly, it was the best way to spend a birthday dinner before a great concert. We wound up getting the sauted calamari for an appetizer and was surprised in all the right ways. Well cooked, flavorful, perfect kick off to a great meal. All the dinner items looked great, but I had a rough burger the day previously, so I had to scratch the itch with something better. Perfectly cooked, right temperature, amazing blend of flavors from the smokey taste of the meat to the hits of maple and blue cheese. Every bite was a new experience. Got the fries on the recommendation of our host. It was definitely the right choice. Wrapped it up with an affogato and berry cobbler. Couldn't recommend either choice enough. The berries were fresh, sweet, and plump, and it was just the right way to end a meal. The affogato was a perfect blend of everything that's good in the world. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Acova to anyone I know who winds up visiting Denver.

Okay this is a SPOT. They have all kinds of seating - outdoor area, bar area, and a gorgeous dining room. The vibe is amazing. The service was phenomenal - attentive but not too over bearing. Food and drinks were a hit! We got their chocolate torte for dessert and it was a perfect end to the meal. We will absolutely be back!

Great spot, especially during 5280 restaurant week. The staff are all attentive and help each other out throughout the service. The cocktail menu is diverse with nice variations on classic cocktails. The beer menu offers a local selection that’s equally opportunistic. As for the food, there’s likely something for everyone. I appreciate the fusion of what seems to be Asian, Spanish, and southern comfort. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Enjoy!

Never been before and it turned out good. I had the pork panini with sweet potato fries. We had the Deviled eggs for a appetizer. It was definitely different. Be careful if you're sensitive to spicy because they're 🔥 hot. I really enjoyed my sandwich. As a dessert we got the chocolate torta, like a brownie with ice cream, super soft. Pricing is a bit much but for a Linner (lunch and dinner) was decent. We sat out on patio.

Amazing food. Everything was delicious and 100% gluten free. For a starter we enjoyed the Elote Corn, for dinner we ordered the Honey Stung Fried Chicken and the Beef Short Ribs, and finished with the Apple Donuts. We definitely will be back

Reservations are highly recommended if it is going to rain. Open seating available outside and at bar. The hostess and waitress made accomodations, but is rather had a bigger table. But, the food was great. I'm going to go back and have the grilled chicken salad. Everything cooked to perfection. I wish there were 6 stars so I could give all the 5 stars to 5 star restaurants and 6 stars to restaurants like this. Or 5 for food and 4 for experience. Parking is a small walk away.

We are here from IL and this was an amazing dinner! I had the Blackened Salmon, my spouse had the Four Corners Veggie Burger!! Both were absolutely amazing!! Our daughter had the cheeseburger kids meal and was happy with it, even got markers to color!! Our waitress Sterling was amazing, attentive, and a great recommender. 10/10 would recommend!!

Most delicious scallops I have had in a while! My date loved his burger. Enjoyed the atmosphere, but don't linger, your table has a 2h sit limit (it was over shared way too many times)

Friendly service! We got two sandwiches and they weren’t the most amazing I’ve ever had. A little on the pricier side. The seating here has great options indoor/outdoor if you’re wanting to come get a drink. I don’t know where we saw it but this place does NOT have a place for kids to play.

With two elderly individuals in our party, who can't afford to catch COVID-19 we wanted to be seated outside. But they were expecting some rain (which never happened) so we were offered to be seated inside, 6 feet apart from anyone. However, as soon as they brought our food, they seated another group of 4 right next to our booth within less than 2 feet from us 👿 The food itself was nice & tasty.

Madison & Alex- Soooooo amazing bartenders! Know their drinks & they were super sweet, inviting & fabulous service! The food also was great btw- nachos not soggy & great tasting! Acova has a dynamic atmosphere and suits dinning, great social setting & beautifully put together as a whole:) Recommend this place!

We had an excellent meal! The food was delicious and they have a extensive gluten free menu. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, full bar and beautiful atmosphere. Well done!

Very good! It's a cool, lively spot, reasonable pricing and friendly service. We started with grilled romaine, which was pretty disappointing. However, Crabcakes and Acova Burger were very good. Loved the touch of blue cheese, the perfect amount not to overpower the dish. The french fries were tasty, too! We really wanted to try desserts, but we'd need to order appetizers only to have any space left :) That might happen next time... Lots of gluten free options, all clearly marked as either gluten free or gluten free available. GF bun on the burger was very tasty.

The fried chicken was really good and well cooked. The sides with it were bland and the mashed potatoes were dry. The sausage gravy was also bland and unseasoned. The calamari was my favorite dish by far. I was most excited for the cobbler for dessert and when it came out the topping was baked black. We took one bite but the burnt topping made it inedible and so bitter. I’m actually kinda surprised this dish passed a look to serve. Overall really kind staff and lovely atmosphere but the cooking seems hit or miss.

Acova was wonderful! Everybody was so friendly and kind, and the ambiance was perfect! I loved all of the plant decor. The food was incredible and SO gluten free friendly! We just got appetizers and dessert. The crab cakes were great and GF! The Diablo eggs were spicy as hell but delicious. The apple donuts (GF) had apple inside them, it was amazing! I also got the smokin hot mezcal margarita, it was the perfect combo of smoke to spice. Our waiter, Davis, was awesome! Super helpful and made our dessert decision for us when we couldn’t decide! The manager was so delightful too! I will 1000% be back here soon to try more things on the menu!
