My husband and I had our first baby via IVF at the Rose Medical Center, and we had an exceptional experience! The entire team that took care of us was top notch from the medical service to the food service. I have never felt so well taken care of. This is a medical center that treats each and every patient like a person instead of a number. The nurses truly treated me like family. This is my hospital for life. They helped build our family and made sure we returned home safely.

I recently spent 2 1/2 days at Rose for joint replacement surgery--the first time I've ever spent a night in the hospital. My experience was excellent from admission to discharge. Staff was competent, professional, friendly, compassionate, and responsive. I felt well informed every step of the way. The food was excellent. The only glitch was that the TV reception was horrendous, and most local channels weren't available as a result. Normally, I wouldn't care, but I was too medicated to focus on reading, so TV was going to be my only distraction. Otherwise, this was a top-notch experience, as hospital stays go. I was impressed by the quality of care I received.

I recently had a minor surgery at Rose and just had to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care that I received. The pre-op team was thorough, incredibly kind and calming, as were the post op nurses. Special shout outs to Nurses Cathy and Mini. Thank you for making the procedure a seamless experience.

Outstanding experience at Rose Medical Center (Wolff Building). Joanie, the receptionist was friendly, helpful and very kind. Cathy W. (PACU Nurse) was quite simply the best nurse I have ever had. She was gentle, highly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She put me at ease every step of the way. I am also fortunate to have a great team of doctors that took exceptional care of me as well. Surgery is always a bit scary and never fun. But I will say, I am very fortunate to have had a great experience at Rose Medical Center.

My surgeon was phenomenal. However, the staff that assisted in the room that I was in before my surgery was sub par. Zero personality, zero feeling of "team", very little emotion. There was no sense of care, compassion, or that they were part of a larger team or culture. In addition the rooms were so small that the staff could barely even more around each other. My experiences at other hospitals has been far and above better than at Rose.

Best experience. Even though I was not there for a good experience. Staff was responsive, kind hearted, knowledgeable, attentive, and the list could go on. The food was amazing. I'm terrified of hospitals, bad anxiety, and the nurses in ICU made me feel calm. I could never repay that kind of service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I was greeted by Nikki at check-in and could not have been more impressed. Her level of professionalism, friendliness and warmth was everything I needed to be met with at 6am. From there, I was escorted to the back for my procedure and every clinical team member I encountered was fantastic. I was also quite pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. Great experience with Dr. Huang and team at Rose Medical!

Our visit was A+++. Huge shout out to my nurse Melissa. She was just the best out of all the nurses, I’d love to give her a gift for taking such great great care of me and my family. The food was amazing. My only complaint is about Caput. She could definitely be nicer to nurses and patients. She made a joke to my husband and he didn’t appreciate it at all, she made me uncomfortable and I just wanted her out of my room. But besides that, this was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Rose and especially Melissa ♥️

I arrived at the medical center last Friday morning through the emergency room. I was in the waiting room less than 5 minutes before being escorted to the triage and then my room ... impressive! My care and the service I was provided was top notch from beginning to end, and I was there for eight hours. Great staff - friendly, informative. Great bedside manner is not underrated, especially when you are feeling sick! I will say the only down side is I never saw a doctor and was not given an explanation as to why not. I was treated by nurses and Physician Assistants throughout my stay. Don't get me wrong - they were great! I just feel in my particular circumstance a doctor consult was in order. I could have been better informed on this issue. Thank you, Rose Medical Center! I truly appreciate you!

I had the best experience with Rose Babies labor and delivery! I needed a repeat C-section and the whole team couldn’t have done a better job. They talked me through everything, made sure I was feeling comfortable and safe, and made the whole thing a very pleasant experience. The nursing staff also did an excellent job caring for us postpartum. As a mom who formula feeds, it was really nice that nobody made me feel bad about that or even questioned my choice. I felt supported throughout the entire experience. It makes me look forward to coming back with future kids!

Overall, I received excellent care, after taking over 4 hours to be assigned to a bed for an overnight stay. I was quickly admitted to an Emergency room, but after they recommended I stay overnight, they could not find me a room and I was stuck on a hard mattress with minimal oversight for over 4 hours. Otherwise, care was very good. I think the Emergency area got very crowded after my arrival.

The nurses were really nice and attentive, made sure I was comfortable at all times. The food from the cafeteria was good and brought up in a timely manner from a smiling staff member. Dr. Stacey Folk who did my mommy makeover is a superstar as a plastic surgeon! She answered all my questions, made me feel safe and eased my nerves(I got to go under anesthesia listening to my favorite band, no surgeon has ever done that). She is just such a lovely person with such a wonderful personality. If I ever need surgery again I would definitely go to her again!

Everyone at Rose beginning with the check in to all my doctors and nurses showed such care, compassion and were just simply kind. Because of them I felt great comfort and calmness as I entered into surgery and continued my recovery today. Grateful for their goodness despite the challenges they face daily.

I had a wonderful experience at Rose Medical. From pre-communication, to front desk staff at arrival & all of the nurses throughout my procedure. It was easy to navigate the building, clean, calm & quiet. Positive experience from beginning to end & would highly recommend it for your surgical procedure.

I have been coming to this clinic for years, they have always been incredibly easy to work with! Scheduling, waiting times, friendly staff, and logistics for doing an uncomfortable procedure every year is really not a stressor at all. I really appreciate how each member of the team is really great to work with. Thanks for making a annual ritual as pleasant as possible!!

We had the best possible experience at Rose! All of the nurses and doctors were wonderful, kind and helpful. Their security for babies is top notch, food is great and the rooms very comfortable. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our baby.

From check in to leaving it was a positive experience! All staff were very concerned about my well being. Also very attentive to my family. Everything I needed was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Nurses and other staff were so friendly. I hope not to have to return, but certainly would pick this hospital over others.

Our daughter was born in Rose Woman’s Hospital and we cannot say enough positive things about it. Every nurse was absolutely amazing. Their level of care, compassion and empathy is something every hospital should strive to achieve. We especially want to thank the nurses Bill, Rachel, Hannah, and Alex.

On February 20, 2022 I took a tumble on an uneven sidewalk in Denver. Rose Medical Center was the closest Emergency Room and I was most fortunate that it was. The care was excellent. Check in was easy and I was called in within minutes. Technicians, P.A., Nurses, Doctors were all professional and personable. My husband was able to be in the room with me and all were kind to him as well. I left with all my questions answered and a positive feeling. I would definitely not want to repeat the incident, but I would MOST definitely want to be back and Rose Medical Center and would certainly recommend it to anyone who needed care. THANK YOU to those who attended to me that day! You were wonderful! :)

Our Rose babies experience was bar none. All of the medical staff was amazing and nurses were so friendly fly, supportive and helpful. The facilities were also well kept, and accommodating. We took advantage of the nursery overnight so we could sleep and they’d bring baby in for feedings and otherwise leave you alone to sleep. They also have robust security and routinely validate baby belongs to them stents with wristband IDs. Can’t recommend Rose enough for L&D.

I just had surgery last week at Rose hospital. I was lucky enough to have a nurse named Andrea (how could I forget that name) when I went to recovery. She was phenomenal!! I swear she was a magician. If I was nauseous, she immediately got me a barf bag. Anything I asked for pain pill, yep she got that asap. I was cold, she got me warm blankets. I've had several surgeries (c-sections) and she blows the other nurses or of the water. Thank you Andrea for taking care of me! I will never forget how you went above and beyond for me. I can tell you do it for all your patients. It's just who you are. It's rare.

Update: I ended up testing positive for COVID a couple of days later. I couldn't swallow, so I was super dehydrated. My oxygen levels were dropping. I was down almost 10 pounds. I went back to Rose because they had all my records from my first visit. The team was really good. They listened to me, which was difficult because I couldn't talk and had to text and pantomime everything. They were patient. They did everything they could to help ease me pain. And they prescribed me the medicine I needed to get better. After the first 2 doses, I was feeling good enough to sleep. I'm now on the 6th dose, and I feel almost normal. I just ate for the first time in 5 days. I think I just got a bad crew that one night. It's still not acceptable how they treated me, but I would be less hesitant to come back knowing that it's not the norm. ------------------ I came into the ER about 5 or 6 hours ago due to possible kidney infection. The first crew was great. They were kind, patient, and attentive. They explained everything to me. The second crew... wasn't. They talked to me like I was stupid and would not come unhook me so I could go to the bathroom. I was cold and had been shivering for the better part of 5 hours. My whole body ached. They wouldn't give me warm water to drink. The blankets weren't enough. They wanted to check my lactate levels a third time. I told them I was concerned my lactate would continue to be (very slightly) elevated because I had been shaking for several hours (lactate increases with muscle activity). The nurse responded that they weren't checking that and gave no further explanation. But lactate was the only thing that was elevated. I knew then that I couldn't trust her and asked to leave. She told me that insurance would not cover the visit if I did, which is a straight-up lie. That only confirmed that I couldn't trust her. Then she ripped the IV out of my arm.

The positive reviews have to be fake! Avoid them like the plague. Hit me with a 3k bill after doing absolutely nothing for me. I had the rota virus which my pcp diagnosed 15 minutes into seeing me but these neanderthals took my blood but before they actually took my blood i had to sit in the lobby with this needle in my vain because they didn't have a room for me aka meaning how can we up charge him, gave me a ultrasound( who knows why), tried to push a ct scan on me too until i told them im out. They literally saw i have decent income and insurance and immediately went to the how can we rip him off route. Id rather die than come here these crooks would rather rip you off first than help.

If I could give it zero stars… DO NOT GO HERE if you are on Medicaid or don’t have insurance. They will spit you out and delay much needed emergency treatment. I spiral fractured my tibia and fibula which should have sent me straight to surgery but instead they gave me a splint and sent me on my way to follow up with an ortho who also did not accept Medicaid. NO ONE deserves treatment like this insurance or not. One nurse was ok and informative but the other was sour and didn’t care about hitting bumps with the wheelchair while my foot was hanging off. After release I called their billing department to give them new Medicaid info and first I was transferred to apply for Medicaid which isn’t what I needed so she didn’t listen to me. Called a 2nd time and explained what had happened so it didn’t happen again and that agent said “well it wasn’t me so I don’t need your attitude” and then HUNG UP on me. I literally had no attitude. I was simply explaining what had just happened so my time wasn’t wasted again. The third person I talked to was extremely nice and helped me in 2 minutes. DENVER HEALTH IS TOP NOTCH FOR TRAUMA. rose is the worst.

Disappointed. I had surgery at Rose in March which went wonderfully - but I paid cash for that one. This most recent surgery went through insurance and the experience was terrible. *They NEVER called to give me a time for surgery. I had to call the surgeon's office the day before to find out. *They called the morning of surgery and asked if I could get there early because the surgeon was running early - this would have been fine had that been the case. *Upon arrival I was told he was now running behind *I waited in pre-op for 5 hours *Anesthesia - I was told they weren't going to do a nausea patch and so I asked for one. They promised to bring it into the OR. They never did. They didn't give me any nausea medication in advance either and therefore woke up very ill *The post-op nurse was WONDERFUL and called the surgeon about incorrectly prescribing post surgery pain medication. He was rude to her but said he would send over the proper script. He never did.

Best nursing staff, P.T. and O.T. staff. I've never experienced such caring and professional staff!!! Doctors turned up when they were suppose to (when was the last time that happened to you!?!?). The food was wonderful. I truly was floored by red trout on the menu! A little dry, but nothing a little mayo couldn't fix. I've found Rose Medical top notch. This a hospital that treats you like family from the moment you arrive to your departure. This is a hospital I'll be recommending! Sincerely, Diane Culp

I went to Rose Medical Center for a radiology test and the staff was wonderful. I was not feeling well and they made sure to make me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. It was a staged test so I was there for a few hours and I felt taken care of the entire time. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and caring, which is exactly what you need when you are not feeling well. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Today I am very grateful to have this hospital in the area when my son was transported to the emergency room. During his brief and very short stay the staff were all very kind and compassionate to me and my family. They did all within there power to help our family. Extremely empathetic. The hospital staff as well as other departments in the hospital are so kind. Great place.

My experience at Rose Babies was truly like a 5 Star Hotel (Hospital) experience. The facility and rooms are super comfortable, the food is excellent, but beyond that, the service from the staff was just next level. Unfortunately I had to have an emergency c section so I bypassed the labor and delivery team. (Kudos to Brittany for my after care!) All of my nurses in our days post recovery (Dana, Miranda, Bill, Carrie, to name a few!) were just wonderful. Every shift change we were introduced to another nurse who truly cared for me, my baby, and my husband, with such love and compassion. This was our first baby so I really did not know what to expect, but my whatever expectations I did have were blown away. Kudos to all of the care team at Rose Babies, and thank you for helping us usher in our sweet baby into this world!

I had an ablation at the Rose Medical Center Cardiac Cath Lab on June 8, 2023. The entire process from check in to leaving after the procedure exceeded my expectations. I attribute this to the kindness and competency of the staff, which tends to reflect the quality of the management. There were many people involved in my procedure. All were very professional and appeared to genuinely care that all of my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. Truly a great experience with a group of lovely and talented people. Thanks to all of them and Rose Medical for what they do ❤️

I was picking up an at-home sleep study device. I was incredibly impressed with the Registration person. She was efficient, knowledgeable and quick. That she also was incredibly friendly and personable just made the experience even better. Once I was back in the sleep study department, they were also quick and helpful. I was in and out of the hospital within 30 minutes, which included all the paperwork (which I hadn’t done online) and the instructions for use of the device. If only all medical appointments could be that easily handled.

My experience in day surgery at Rose Medical Center was top notch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. Everything proceeded in a timely manner. The staff also followed up with calls at home to check on my progress. I am grateful for such wonderful care!

I had such an amazing experience! While no one wants to end up in a hospital, the care and compassion from staff was simply phenomenal. The experience was excellent and I truly felt that I was being cared for! Everyone from the nursing staff to PT, OT and the CNA's went above and beyond! It wasn't just a job to them, it was a calling! Thank you for the kindness, compassion and above all, ensuring that I was comfortable and safe in my recovery.

Had our baby delivered here last month. Every nurse, doctor, and staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The nursery will take good care of the baby anytime people need some rest. The meal service is a plus with lots of choices.

Only angels work at Rose Babies! Had phenomenal experience here delivering my baby. Everyone was amazing and want to give extra shoutout to Nurse Nell. Nurse Nell was so caring and helped me get through the hardest time there. If I decide to have another baby, I'll be back at Rose Babies! Highly recommend.

The therapists are great! Then.....there's a very small number (4) treatment rooms, very hard to get appointments in a short schedule time. Oncology rehab is based farther south and has no offices north of Rose Medical Center. Many Many people would be much better served if there were a place farther north. Maybe at North Suburban Medical Center. It is still part of the same hospital system. I feel like its the usual corporate treatment of patients.

Linda and David were extraordinary nurses. Extremely caring, attentive, and detail-oriented. They were very professional and prompt in addressing or answering questions during my visit. The reason for the three stars is because of the daytime nurses, which were not good. Other than meeting them at the beginning, my partner and I did not see them the entire day and my pain management was horrible because of a miscommunication in orders from my doctor to the nursing staff. There was also other items that made the morning/afternoon stay not pleasant, which made me want to leave the hospital as soon as possible. I officially had until 8 p.m. to leave and could have stayed another evening, but did not want to because of the level of care received during the daytime. I did appreciate the supervisor visiting to see how my visit was since my partner had expressed several concerns to the staff during our visit. Since I was on pain medication at the time, I could not provide specifics other than the morning nursing staff was not good. I would and do PRAISE David and Linda for their compassion and dedication to nursing. They made me feel comfortable and helped manage my pain/needs exceedingly well.

Rose Medical Center, the nurses and staff are amazing! From the moment I check in at 5:30 am the receptionist made you feel you were the most important person there. She was ready with the paperwork and explained everything in such a calm and caring way. Prepping for surgery was also expectional . Kathy the nurse who cared for me was again extremely kind and caring ...she continued to make me feel calm and relaxed . What a wonderful person! The doctors and nurses as I entered the operating room immediately explained the process and continued assuring me... and before I need it I was asleep! Great team! Onto the recovery area... again the care and attention I received was fantastic! Up to room 252 ... they were extremely thorough and thoughtful. I felt like I was with friends! Thank you so very much for getting me through an anxious couple of days!

I had a surgery at Rose Medical Center in January. I was very satisfied with the experience. I found all the doctors, nurses, and staff that I came into contact with were very knowledgeable and competent. I was impressed with the way they worked as a team. Doctors helping to prep and troubleshoot to make sure that I was a comfortable as possible. I also felt their communication was first rate. There was a delay in my procedure time, but everyone was very up front with that information and apologetic.
