This was such a great experience! I was in and out in no time. The front desk staff was super helpful and had great attitudes! My nurse, Maribel was one of the best nurses I’ve ever had take care of me. She was super kind, empathetic, and made sure I was comfortable. She also drew my blood flawlessly and I had minimal discomfort. My doctor, Chris was super knowledgeable and informative. He was very compassionate and made me feel like he cared about figuring out what was wrong with me. I overall had a great experience and would 1000% come back and recommend them to my friends and family.

No one wants to go to urgent care...but if you must this is a safe space to be. The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) was warm and inviting. Mike took my vitals and concerns, and Devin saw me and addressed my pain. I appreciate them all. (Random side not, it's near Skinner Middle School where my oldest went there, a lot of the parents there might need to check this location! )

The visit was super quick and easy. Diamond, the MA, prepared the procedure room before I entered and was ready for my injury. She was friendly, professional, and had a comforting personality. Angela, the nurse practitioner, did a great job of stopping the bleeding and getting me cared for quickly. A great team and experience.

From the minute I walked in the door Everyone........ was amazing 🤩 So helpful with my paperwork and so very sweet and kind. Monique was amazing she was very concerned about what happened to me and very sweet and compassionate. She explained everything that she was going to do. I really enjoyed Dr Julie so sweet and a very smart cookie 😊 and she explained everything she checked for and her findings and her assistant and the X-ray guy sorry about their names..... but a totally pleasant experience for being a klutz and falling. The whole experience was a team working together 😉Thank you all for a caring experience. Your all # 1 in my book. Especially into the toxic world we live in now Pam Bartholomew.

Check in online process was easy. Good covid protocols in place. You wait in your car and then they call when you come in. After they called us to come inside, we went back within a few minutes. Mike was amazing! 1st time at this urgent care. Never had that kind of service at an urgent care. Very kind, compassionate, helpful, attentive even with how busy their office. Great bedside manner with my kiddo. He did all of the swabbing and preliminary stuff and then did the chest x-ray. He was really good at putting her at ease. Annie, the PA, came in and was thorough and also kind. She was communicative and went over everything. They were both apologetic for the wait but honestly they were so good at keeping us posted along the way that it didn't feel like a long wait. They spent a good amount of time assessing my daughter.

Usually going to the doctor is stressful and feeling sick sucks. But the one upside is being able to interact with the amazing staff at AFC urgent care in Denver highlands. Every time I’ve ever come here in the past five years everyone has been so incredibly kind, comforting, competent, knowledgeable, and warm. Especially diamond! She is so lovely and truly made my day. And Kevin Ralls is an ANGEL! I wish I didn’t have to be sick to come here! And it’s so cutely decorated!

Hardly ever do you have a smooth medical experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked i received excellent care. Diamond and Heather were super helpful and the doctor I saw was incredibly helpful at easing my concerns, and guiding me on a path towards next steps. Their recommendations were clear and I felt at ease my whole time here. Heather was great at handling my insurance concerns, and the doc explained everything to me with great detail and helped so much! Great work from this team.

Besides a long wait which is to be expected; everyone was awesome. Kind, professional and compassionate. Dr. Derek was so nice! Got down to the problem quickly. From out of town so it was refreshing to have a good experience

Teresa and Jasmine were excellent providers. The wait was less than 15 minutes. The person working the front desk was professional and courteous. I would come here again.

My experience overall was good. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a smile from Jasmine and promptly checked in. Teresa checked me into my room and kindly answered any questions I had about my vitals. I left feeling better because I was able to get proper treatment for my health concern.

My mom went into urgent care today. Her care team was amazing, Cali and Heather! Thank you for helping my mom! She told me minute by minute her experience via text, because I was worried and at work. But I am glad she was taken care! Amazing 👏🏽!

Such a seamless and fantastic experience overall, especially appreciated when feeling quite crummy. From the appointment and online registration process, front desk personnel, to the nurses and providers, each step was easy, thorough, and very friendly. Staff was super friendly. My assistants, Cali and Citlaly (spell?!) were so nice and helpful. The doctor was extremely upbeat and friendly. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in ensuring that all of my questions were addressed.

From the very beginning of getting medical assistance AFC was great! The website was easy to maneuver. I was able to register and get my appointment easily. I got a reminder text about my appointment. When I arrived to the parking lot at AFC all the signs were clear and legible. Over the phone they got a little more info from me. The wait was not long and I was called to enter the clinic. Very clean inside and well lit - friendly atmosphere! The staff attended to me like I was family. Attentive and they explained every to me clearly. They ordered my RX at my chosen pharmacy too! I will definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care to anyone who needs medical help!

I have visited this Urgent Care several times, each for a completely unrelated issue — from Covid testing to stitches to a rash — it is the best I’ve ever been to. Not only is the facility very clean and modern, but it has anything you could ever need & I’ve never had a long wait to be seen as a walk-in. The staff is incredible. Mari was my Medical Assistant on my most recent visit & she’s awesome — a great, calming personality while being extremely professional & explaining everything as she goes. Kevin has been my provider previously &, as always, knew exactly how to help me & instruct me on how to take care of myself once I left. One last thing that I want to mention is the call I got today — thanking me for the visit & making sure I had their information if I had any issues or questions! I don’t post reviews unless they are well-deserved & I’m confident you won’t be disappointed!

Arrived right after 8 when they opened without an appointment. Front desk staff was kind and quick to get me set up with an appointment. I was taken back to a room by 8:30. Mike the Nurse/Tech was friendly while he checked my vitals and did my x-rays. The doctor, Devin, was super sweet and talked through aftercare and prescription instructions. All of my questions got answered. The only thought for improvement I have is that it would have been helpful to have a printout of aftercare instructions, but I forgot to ask. Overall, very friendly, knowledgeable staff and a welcoming, clean environment. Very pleasant experience considering it’s the doctor’s office.

I always visit this urgent care, they get you in quick and the doctor sees you quick. The place is always nice and welcoming. I have never had a problem with this location. I was recently there for my daughter and the nurse Mike was amazing. Kind demeanor and listened to what we had going on. He was really nice to my 6 year old and made her comfortable.

This place is awesome! I came here for a second time and had a fabulous experience! Sarah, Heather, Giselle are wonderful and made me feel so safe and important! Love the Halloween decorations in the waiting room! My first visit was with Mike, and Dr. Kevin who took great care of me in a last minute emergency and it was the best care I have received in a long time! The women at the front desk were so friendly and helpful too! The front waiting area was adorable by the way! Loved the ocean theme! I will always come here first if I ever need medical help!!!

This is the best urgent care. I have been there twice with my children and they are great. Attentive, kind, helpful. From the front desk to the provider including Sasha and Jasmine who were super sweet with the kids. Happy to recommend to anyone that needs to seek attention, although I hope you do not have to go!

I had a hand injury and I was able to get to this clinic literally minutes before they closed. They still took the time to address my injury and referred me to a specialist as well. I would like to Thank Kimberly and Sasha for taking their time in wrapping a splint on my arm and making me feel comfortable. The whole staff in general was awesome, but I didn't get everyone's name.

Every staff member I interacted with was a complete joy. One of the best medical office experiences I've ever had. Super friendly, and very supportive. The doctor took the time a really listened. Great bedside manner!

By far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The front desk was transparent with me on cost, there was next to no wait time, and Mike was a great MA. He provided attentive care and shared so much information with me that it empowered me to make the appropriate specialist follow ups. When my boyfriend heard my voice coming back to the waiting area, he couldn’t believe how quick my appointment was. Transparency, quick service, and quality care. What more could you want from an urgent care?

I was very pleased with AFC and its team. The front desk receptionist was very kind, I feel like having goos customer service skills is essential for a job like this. Heather, was also amazing! I needed help with some documents for work and she helped me to the best of her ability and got them back to me as fast as she could. This was my first time coming here and I'll definitely be coming back. Very clean, fast, and friendly environment.

This was probably the most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The woman at the front desk, Megan was very kind and patient. I had trouble uploading my ID and Insurance pictures online and she helped me through that with ease. She was also super nice to everyone coming in and out of the building. I feel like I didn’t wait long at all to go back with my MA Citlaly. She was so kind and comforting and stated my vitals out loud which I really appreciated. I needed a shot in my butt and she did a great job, it didn’t hurt at all. My PA Dr. Moore was amazing and knew exactly how to treat my symptoms.

The front desk staff member was nice, Cali the medical assistant was very kind and patient, and both she and Kevin the NP took the time to answer all of my questions in a friendly manner. Kevin is knowledgeable and thorough, and I would highly recommend him. Thank you AFC for being there on a late Sunday afternoon when I wasn’t feeling well!

Jordan was awesome! She was quick, I only waited a few minutes once I parked and she was friendly and made it a painless experience. I always go to this location and they always take the best care of me and are always SO nice! Makes taking a Covid test a little less annoying. Definitely recommend that you go here!

This is my first time using this facility . I have to give this review with the utmost admiration and respect for the quality of service that was provided. PA Sarah Stinton and her staff Sasha and Maribel were amazing they treated my father with utmost respect and compassion . Everyone that assisted us was great ! All the way from check in to check out . Sarah did not rush took her time to review my father's labs with me expressed her feelings on what I should do . Maribel really took her time and made my father feel comfortable she went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you all for your service and great experience ❤️I will definitely be using your services again should I need them .

This team is very skilled, efficient, and professional. The front desk staff (so sorry I am not sure of her name) was friendly and helpful! I was put in a room very quickly and Diamond (the MA who assisted me) and Justin (the PA who diagnosed me) were both very professional and clear about my treatment. Diamond skillfully took my vitals and performed my in-house lab test. The test resulted quickly and Justin went over the results with me, diagnosed me, and prescribed me medication. His explanations were clear and he answered my questions thoroughly. Diamond went over my prescription and the pharmacy it was sent to and cleared me to leave. Everything was very efficient! This team really puts the “care” in “AFC urgent care”!

I am very pleased with the medical attention and customer service my daughter and I received at this location. The service was very quick and thorough. Mike has a great sense of humor and knows how to make patients feel really comfortable in the situation at hand. Stewart is very knowledgeable and did great communicating with us, explaining what was going on with my daughter's wrist. They both were so AMAZING! If I could request to just be seen by them everytime my children and I went in I would do that! Keep up the good work you both make it very known that you love what you do! I wish there could be more of you at every other location!

My son has had such great care here! Hasn't felt uncomfortable or embarrassed. Mike and Kevin have listened and understood what's going on with my son. We started our visit with another PA and I can't remember his name! Just as awesome as everyone there! The front office gals are so nice! Such positive vibes! Puts patients at ease. Makes the check in/check out process easy! I work in the medical field and my experience here has made me wish I was working at this facility! It's very clean here, from the lobby to the patient rooms, and yes I do pay close attention to that! I don't feel like I have to go home and shower after our visits. I highly recommend coming here, you will be well taken care of!

Second time I have been to this location and have had a positive experience and would recommend. The end to end process is very convenient and I like being able to schedule an appointment. Jasmine at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful for the questions I had. My MA Des took great care of me and thanks to her above/beyond discussion with me on my symptoms is what led to the diagnosis. Thank you Jasmine and Des!

Unfortunately I spend more time at this urgent care than I would like but every time I do come here they take excellent care of me. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to see a doctor and the staff is super friendly, especially the front desk team and Ashley who is one of the techs. They also follow up to make sure I am feeling better, which I appreciate. It’s nice to be treated so well when you aren’t feeling your best.

I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. As a first time patient, I was not sure what to expect. The staff were incredibly kind and I felt genuinely cared for. Citlaly helped me check in as a walk in quickly and I did not have to wait very long to be seen considering the small crowd in the waiting room. Desiree made me feel comfortable and at ease in the exam room. After experiencing different urgent cares in Denver, I absolutely would come here again (if needed).

I went in for a hurt wrist and the front desk girl, totally spacing her name unfortunately, was very nice and helpful in getting me checked in since I didn’t have an appointment. Usually at other located urgent cares, the wait is minimum an hour, I only waited 15 minutes! I was seen by Desiree and Diamond who were both super sweet and made the whole process so easy! I had to get an X-ray and a splint and it all took under an hour! Overall great experience!
