To whom it may concern, I used the gym today over at 4876 Chambers Road, Denver, Co 80239 and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from manager Tee. He refused me entry into the the gym because I did not have the planet fitness app. I have never had an issue with providing my membership phone number, that I have an active black card membership to. Manager Tee stated, “that this was his gym and that he could run it how he pleased.” Your immediate attention to this issue is appreciated!!

This place has so much potential to be 5 stars but you can tell that they just don’t keep up with it. Equipment is worn and plenty of pieces are missing parts. Got a great workout in but due to the disregard of keeping equipment in tip top shape I can’t give 5 stars here.

After taking to an Uber to get to the gym the guy at the front tells me they close in 25mins . Its ridiculous since online on the planet fitness site times as posted as 24hrs gym . I even called twice like always they never answer the phone . Someone needs to update the hours on Google maps and the main planet fitness website . I just wasted my money to workout for 25 mins not kool after being member for over years.

Good luck finding a piece of weightlifting equipment available between the hours of 4pm to 10pm because this place is packed! So many groups of kids here hogging equipment for long periods of time, many of them just hanging out not even working out. The rest of the crowd consists of gym bros and Instagram thots who wear little to the imagination. The gym staff was friendly and the gym was pretty clean for the amount of people utilizing it throughout the day.

A star for the employees, because they are great. But, the amount of free weights is very limited. The layout isn’t as nice as other PFs. It smells weird in there. And the parking lot is scary. I have at least three people ask me for money as I walk in.

I only ever have problems at the Chambers Planet Fitness. Got harassed by a man working the front desk after checking in, and the rest of the staff will leave the front desk for 15 - 30 minutes at a time. Don't ask them for help, they just grunt and groan and go "huh?" After a recent workout I went to purchase a protein shake and paid with cash, not aware that cash was not accepted, and the front desk employee takes my money and puts it in her pocket. I could actually hear the employee at the front desk tell her coworker "Ugh, god I don't like this guy." I had my earbuds in, so she may have assumed that I couldn't hear it, but I heard it loud and clear. The location on Evans and Quebec is miles above this location, way bigger, better equipment, and really decent staff. Save yourself from the nightmare of the Chambers Planet Fitness. Oh, and do NOT go on a Friday evening. Nothing but teenagers idling on machines and equipment so no one else can use it. EDIT: After another month, the place only went further downhill. Weekdays after 4 are the worst, all the kids get out of school and buy a day pass and loiter on the weight machines and squat racks. Staff is unhelpful, locker room is gross and doesn't have hot water, I'm done.

I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a year. My Dad and I decided to come on Saturday Morning. It is currently 8:31am and no one is here. The gym doors are locked and there’s no staff. So much for being 24hours right?!! I’m very disappointed on how this gym operates on the weekends. Don’t only rely on one person!!! Hire more staff. P.s I will be switching gyms sooon. ☮️

Been using this place to shower bc it’s the closest one to the airport. Have been told the hot water in the men’s room is fixed even though it’s still ice cold. My girlfriend gets hot water in the women’s room but I don’t in the men’s so that’s pretty cool. I’ve been with planet fitness for 3 years and I’ve been having this type of experience more often than not. Definitely considering ditching PF for something better

Original stars I gave it was a 3 now I'm giving it a 1. The reason why is because, it was nice to have a planet fitness close to my place. It was busy and had a lot of what I needed, at the time I didn't care for the staff (I felt very judge by the staff). Now it's not only because how the staff treats you but also because it's not very clean, a lot of the machines are not working, it's still packed with folks. I also think it needs a pool, for the price you pay, because I could pay the same amount with VASA and at least get a pool included.

Too busy, been harassed by staff multiple times and picture says it all. Don't come here. Tried to cancel my membership after coming here and not being able to shower or Even to be able to drink water after a hard workout. I'm glad I brought water with me beforehand. Sometimes I don't fill my water bottle until I get to the gym. I explained all these issues to the staff and they still wanted me to pay cancellation fee. I want to leave planet fitness and go to a different gym. I know I signed a year contract, but I also expected my gym to have water. Unbelievable. I will give this gym five stars if I get to cancel my membership without having to pay a fee.

You guys need to correct your hours on your website and voicemail. That would be very helpful. Other than that, this location is alright.

Showers are all busted and broken but it’s cool because even if you want to use them the water is ice cold. Been standing here for 5 minutes waiting for it to warm up but i have a feeling I might be dead before that happens

The staff here is super friendly and quick to assist! Outside of peak hours it never gets too busy. The other gym-goers here are all very respectful and clean up after themselves. Only downside is at some point this year ~4 machines were broken for like a month, but they're all up now!

I visited this PF while on vacation from Texas. I was expecting the same experience as the facility back home. I was very disappointed. Machines broken all over. Only two stalls in the rr and only one In service, which was out of tp. Probably the worse part- they are not open 24 hours. Which makes the condition of the place even more unacceptable. Just my opinion.

This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. It is hot, stinky, and dirty. All of the towel dispensers were empty so I know the equipment doesn’t get wiped down. People were just lounging on the machines. I ditched this place and drove to a different planet fitness instead.

Cold water for days. They don't fix anything here. The hot water has not been running for about eight months. A urinal has been out of service for longer than I can remember easily More than a year. the manager obviously does not care about maintaining the facility.

The highlights of the gym: employees are always nice and courteous to me in the 3 years I’ve now been coming here. I’ve worked out at countless pf’s across the country and this is probably the worst one I’ve been at. Firstly, it’s one of the only places to work out for the montbello AND green valley ranch neighborhoods. It’s almost always packed and they never have enough machines for people. You’re dreaming if you think you’ll be able to use cross cables or a smith machine because at almost every part of the day they’re taken. In addition, equipment is often broken and not fixed in a timely manner. I spend probably half my workout just waiting for people to be done with equipment so I can use it. And crowd meters aren’t helpful if you are like me and have a limited chunk of time to work out. All these issues could be fixed by opening an additional nearby location. I’m not sure why anyone hasn’t in GVR as I know plenty of people in the area have been asking the same question.

I am extremely disappointed at the customer service from Tee . i’m not upset at PF protocol but how rude, and unprofessional Tee was & how his ee wanted me to be understanding since he is a male. I have never had a problem at this PF ever. it’s always been pleasant, but to be greeted in the form that Tee did to be followed with cursing is too much. Also, i’m already in speaks with someone’s, to encounter men that are this rude to women & are allowed access to our personal information is scary. this has turned into a safety issue, for myself & other women who are in attendance with this faculty. There are other reviews about him, and this is scary with the world we live in & having confidential information. I would like to cancel my membership and receive a refund since i was unable to participate in the services i pay for.

The main reason why I Joined this gym is because it was 24/7. Overtime, hours have changed and It keeps getting worse. Today was the reason why I am posting this, I went at 0600(opening time) to find out doors were closed. Waited for almost an hour and no one ever showed up. Also, equipment takes forever to get fixed. #paisanoprogresando

Been going for 6-7 years. Was a clean gym and staff is usually friendly. Few issues here and there with equipment and things but they eventually get fixed. They have been fighting hard for me to get the App and I did not want it. Finally cancelled as I was told I could not bring my guests without the App. I had various managers over the years say that they would let me in without the app, but finally a manager said no so I am closing my account. I also find it appalling they require you to give them your bank account info to sign up. Cant wait for their inevitable data breach that leaks my bank account info to the internet.

I got the black card membership since I travel all around Denver so I can use any of their sites. I joined for the hydro massage loungers, there are two each of three different types. I have a lot of stress right now, and the massage tables completely take care of the stress. You do have to make a reservation on site for a massage lounger, and then staff informs you where your assigned. I can honestly say I've never had to wait in line for a massage. I have my two favorite sites which are the one on Colorado Boulevard and the one in Loveland because their massage loungers are in an area that has really cool music that helps you relax. I use the shower facilities as well, and they are very nice. I've never had to wait in line for a shower either. In fact there's rarely another person or two in the shower area, but sometimes there is. They have power drinks and water etc for sale at each site, some are intentionally kept at a low price for their members. I bought my teenage daughters memberships before they flew the nest. We had a great time. I can actually take a guest with my black card membership. They can use any of the facility except the massage. I like taking a friend every now and then, it's fun. Pretty sure that includes tanning, they can tan if they want to.

Worst gym I ever been too. The place is impossible to breath the fumes from cheap perfume and colougn make the air toxic. Jam packed with non English speaking Mexicans so packed every piece of equipment is in use and like I said the air quality is toxic every person in there mus spray perfume on themselves. I would not recommend going here for your health.

Gym is small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. Equipment takes weeks to set up! And the cushion shoulders are all ripped. We were unable to do the training 100% because of broken equipment.

I despise this gym. Substandard equipment, showers haven't had hot water for ages, depressing atmosphere. Everything about this company is horrible. And, of course, their cancelation policy is sleazy. I have to send them a written letter (preferably by certified mail). Lowlife scum run this company.

This isn’t the worst Planet Fitness in the world. For one, they’re open 24hrs. Also, they have foam barbell pads, for squat rack which is excellent for hip thrusts. Not many planet fitness locations have these.

Been going to this planet fitness for about six months now and have been a member for about 8 years. This is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Asked 3 times when they are getting more weights for the smith machines with zero answer. The leg press has zero weights to use and always have to steal from other machines to compensate. All the other PF’s I have been to at least have 8 45lb weights alone for the leg press machine.

I love all the new equipment and the staff is friendly. The only thing I would change is the new scenic bikes. The seats are extremely hard, given 99.99% of people who want to use them aren’t pro cyclists. I don’t see anyone using them because of that reason. They look great and I love all of the features and different sceneries, but I wish they would change those hard rock seats.
