👍👍 I have been a member of OTF for a few years and have been impressed with the consistently positive and encouraging culture at the Central Park Orange Theory. In the gym realm, you get what you pay for. OTF blends fresh workouts, great uplifting music, with a premium fitness experience. People often mention great, upsell, time, coaches, classes, staff,

I love OTF and will be back time and time again! The workouts and coaches are great and they are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and fun experience. Masks are required, classes are smaller to allow for 6 ft social distancing requirements, your temperature is taken prior to entering class and you must answer a COVID questionnaire prior to entering the studio as well. And if you are working from home right now, I highly recommend trying out the lunchtime classes as they tend to be much smaller if crowds are your concern. OTF is the best workout I've ever done and I will continue to go and support my local studios!

I've been a fan of OTF for many years! I love that all I need to do is show up, listen to awesome music and follow the lead on what we're doing from the trainer. Class go by so fast that I'm always surprised when we're done and it's time to stretch. If you are looking for an amazing workout, without having to think about what exercises to do; want a community for support, accountability and guidance, look no further! OTF is where it's at :)

They choose money over safety! I have been a member of OTF since 2016. I am super sick today and I called the studio at Central Park and talked to Brian the manager. He would not roll over my last two classes to next month since I really shouldn't be coming in this sick (after being a member since 2016) and he straight told me that I would just have to come in sick. I have cancelled my membership.

Overall this was a great studio, it’s a rectangle layout and no one was tripping over each other trying to switch from tread to rower. Instructor and front staff were friendly. If you are coming from 70 and go south on Quebec st you are on the right track (looked sketch lol) but once you get there it’s a great area

Great experience w OTF Central Park. The store manager has been great to work with and they clearly communicate the membership policies and options. I have increased/decreased/paused my membership and each time it has been smooth and painless. There are policies to keep track of, but they're simple and Brian and his staff are happy to answer your questions in person, via phone and email. The coaches are great, the bathrooms and showers are always spotless. I honestly hate how much I love coming here - it's too good.

Loved this location and the area around it! An added bonus with Orange Theory, they mostly allow you to drop in at any location when out of town, which makes it super easy to check out new places/meet new people. When visiting a new location, make sure you arrive early to complete any paperwork that may be needed (even if you’re an existing member already)! I enjoyed the energy! Heather was the best, I wish I had her in Chicago 💪🏼

I put a cancelation notice in December and am being charged through the end of February; two additional months. I was mislead through some emails of the cancelation timelinr in December and I woke up this morning being charged through February. Nobody is taking action to correct this nor acknowledging my loyalty as a long time customer. I'm good to go and never come back. This isn't the first time they've wrongfully charged me.

Great workout! Friendly and knowledgeable coaches, superior customer service, welcoming atmosphere. I needed a way to increase intensity in my workouts, and OTF has been just what I needed. I started out with one class a week about a year ago and have since upgraded to an unlimited membership. OTF is a great compliment to my outdoor running and walking workouts!

I’ll start with the classes. I genuinely like the classes itself, I am such an unfit person but it motivates me to work on myself. The company itself, is absolutely horrible. The way they try to upsell you, it truly is so disgusting. First day of my first free class, I joined a membership, they tried to make me buy a heart rate monitor, I said no (I honestly feel like it’s useless). Then they said that if I bought it there, it’ll cost less than regularly. I said no. Literally 15 minutes later, I get a call from them saying there is a “promotion” for new members and that they are giving away free heart monitors. Oh my god. That was my first negative thought. Then they have these challenges that you literally have to PAY FOR to “join”. After paying so much who would’ve thought you had to pay MORE to join challenges. Ok, they have this thing where you can bring a friend for free. A +1. I recently called letting them know that i wanted to bring someone for my next class and they are like “okay, it’ll JUST be $15”. I told them asking “wasn’t it free to bring a +1” and they were like “oh yes. Actually it will be free”. Honestly, what on earth?! And then they kept asking for her information and that she has to have a card on file and blah blah blah. They were already in the process of making her AN ACCOUNT! I told them that she is NOT making an account, she’s just trying it out! Then my +1 decided not to come and they asked me twice jokingly that she couldn’t get out of bed? That really bothered me. They just try to upsell upsell upsell upsell upsell upsell upsell upsell. It’s so sleazy. I’ve seen many videos online saying how it kind of is like a cult, honestly, I could see that. But, funny enough after all of that. The gym is literally below my apartment and is the only way I can be active. The classes are fine, i really like the coach Heather, she makes me feel comfortable and she gives me alternatives for exercises I can’t do. I extremely dislike the front desk people. Especially one that I won’t specify, but he is the one that is always upselling. I just feel like they had a failed experience with being a salesman and it resulted to this. I genuinely wonder if they learn how to be the most obnoxious sleazy salespeople. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR EXTRA NONESENSE. YOU DO NOT NEED THE HEART RATE MONITOR. MOST LIKELY YOULL END UP GETTING IT FOR FREE! “Free”.

I always feel comfortable working out here and have been able to gain muscle and run faster than I have in five years with their expertise and guidance. I love the individualized approach, small group environment, and body-positive vibes.

Went to OT for 5 months a year ago and bloodwork proves, this place works! Then I got lazy, year later I'm back at it. Two weeks in and muscle memory is treating me well 😁 Two days a week, about $2 a day and week after week, month after month you will have a body of your dreams, guaranteed! They do all the work, just show up for an hour. Looking forward to bumping it up to three times a week soon
