    TLDR: Kara is simply the best trainer: so supportive, encouraging, and really knows her stuff! You can’t go wrong with Push Gym at all, but Kara is truly A Class!! I came in to Push with a goal of losing close to 40 pounds in order to qualify for a Navy scholarship, and Kara whipped me into shape in no time. Now 7 months later I have lost 37lbs, qualified for my scholarship, and I’m in the best shape ever! Not only was she on it with training and able to push my to limits I didn’t know I even had (pulling 275lbs?!), but she was incredibly supportive, encouraging and just a real pleasure to work with. She really cares about her clients and supports them emotionally and spiritually as well as spotting their bench presses! Truly an unbeatable coach, and really incredible person all around. I can’t recommend Kara and Push enough.

    Push is the very best! I auditioned about a dozen gyms in Denver upon moving here, and found my home at Push. The trainers are incredibly kind, genuine and motivating. I have had the best results of my life working out at Push for just a few months. Most importantly, I’ve been welcomed in to a community of awesome people that work out at Push and have made awesome friends. Cannot recommend enough! Come work out with us!

    Wow! Best gym I’ve been to and will definitely return!! The owner is very involved and passionate as well as the staff. You can see all their passion for your health success resonate through the members too. Extremely accommodating with what looks to be limited parking. Don’t miss your opportunity to try this gym and your guaranteed to make it your home gym! Physical therapy and other healthy options to support your fitness journey. Amazing!!

    Best gym I've been to in a long time. Push has an incredible sense of community with positive and challenging coaches, participants, and leadership. Each class is different with functional, creative, and challenging movements that can be scaled up or down depending on a participants needs. Fantastic space with a wide variety of "toys" to use in class. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend! #pushyourself #supportsmallbusiness #sweatlocal

    I love this little gym. I started coming to classes in January and have been dedicated to five days a week the whole time. The trainers are super supportive, the classes are always a good mix of cardio and weights and all the members are so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

    I've been going to Push for over a year now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. The trainers are not only extremely friendly, welcoming, and motivating, but their workouts are so creative and challenging. Every time I come in I'm given a new workout- they always keep it fresh. Throughout the pandemic they have done an excellent job at keeping the gym to capacity and increasing safety standards by distancing, requiring masks, and thoroughly cleaning each piece of equipment the SECOND after it's been touched. I started with Push to help rehabilitate from knee surgery (2 in the last year), and Marty is by far the best physical therapist i've ever been to. Each session is methodically planned to help not only strengthen my leg and enhance my mobility, but leave me feeling like I've done a full body workout. I came for Marty, and stayed for Kara and the rest of the trainers who continue to Push me twice a week towards my overall goals of strengthening my body after a rough year of surgeries. I would recommend this gym to anyone, any day of the week!

    I’ve been training with Kara for over two years and it’s been amazing to see how much upper body strength I’ve built! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain and Kara has been so helpful in creating workouts that have both worked around that and also helped it get better. Everyone at Push is so friendly and as someone who has worked from home for 3 years, it’s been great getting some in person interaction during the day!

    Best gym ever. The instructors are super knowledgeable & encouraging. Classes are different every day, which keeps things exciting, and they’re also adaptable to your fitness level. As a bonus, the people who go are also super friendly! I’d honestly give Push a sixth star if I could. I’m so glad I found this place.

    Push Gym is hands down the best gym! All the trainers are amazing and have their own style. You will never have the same work out twice! I started going to Push 4 years ago and have learned so much about fitness. I appreciate that the trainers care about your form and if you need any modifications they are always right there to help you. Try out Push and you will have a hard workout and will want to come back for more!

    I moved to Denver summer of 2019 and was searching for gyms online that offered classes and with a good price point. Messaged with Marty (owner) he gave me free trial passes to Push. I was so happy with the structure of the classes and the quality of the workout I gladly signed up. All of the trainers are very passionate and caring individuals. They are able to modify any of the exercises to accommodate injuries. Marty, Julie and Kara are incredible at what they do and make every class enjoyable.

    Push Gym is everything I look for in a gym. Marty, the owner does a great job of creating a safe, welcoming environment but also leading very challenging classes. Highly recommended!

    Awesome gym with a tight knit, but very welcoming, community! I love that no two classes are the same and each workout is creative, effective, uses a variety of equipment, is open to all levels, and gives attendees the freedom to manage their own intensity.     Push is great! For a long time I struggled to establish a consistent workout routine, but 10 months ago I started going to Push, and enjoyed their classes which are really diverse and never the same from one to the next. Marty, Forrest, Gina, and Kara do a great job mixing I'm it up, so you're always working on different muscle groups, cardio, agility, etc. Quickly got into a groove of 2-3 classes a week, and haven't looked back! I feel so much physically and mentally stronger than I did before, and definitely recommend checking them out

    GREAT GYM, and awesome community! Never the same workout twice, quality instruction, creative workouts, and super effective. I recently moved away from Denver, but make a point of squeezing in a Push workout anytime I’m back.

    After getting sick of big overcrowded gyms and the schoolyard antics at smaller training facilities, I sought out Push. I've been at Push for 7 yrs now and would stay forever, but have to say goodbye to my Push family due to relocation. It's honestly my biggest regret about leaving Denver; I can find another job, a house, etc...but finding a good gym is so much harder! In addition to helping me stay fit, avoid and rehab injury, I've made some great friends along the way. Push classes are welcoming to all abilities, fitness levels and personalities. You'll be hard pressed to find a better option...anywhere; shout out to the amazing trainers that make it special including Marty, Kara, Julie, and Kielli who all thrive on keeping things interesting. Marty is Papa Bear of the gang; not only the owner, a knowledgeable Physical Therapist and Trainer, but a fantastic human being and a friend forever. Keeping me motivated and healthy is a full time job and he's made sport of it. Marty's passion for practical fitness, well-being and compassion for people are readily apparent in the way he runs Push. Also a big thanks to Christopher Flower! There are several great personal trainers at Push, but my wife and I have most experience with Flower. He has a knack at building quick, effective workouts that'll leave you blasted. Support small business, support fantastic people.... get to a class and support Push!!!

    Started going here over a year ago for physical therapy on an injured knee and have continued on with personal training with Marty. It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience with personalized, functional strength training that's genuinely improved my overall quality of life. Could not recommend this place more!

    Somehow my review from 2015 got moved to a different gym. Anyhow I just dropped in (visiting from out of town), Marty and the team are still doing it right. 2015 review posted below: I spent my last month in Denver at Push working with Marty, Heidi, and Erich. It's a great place, good people, and an amazing program. I wish I had found this place sooner. I have tried a variety of workouts, from personal trainers at the gyms, Orangetheory, Crossfit, and Push. Push by far would be the one I would want to stick to long term. Props to these guys and keep doing what you are doing.

    Push is an incredible gym run with the phenomenal trainers (Thanks to Marty). This is my first ever experience in gym and I am addicted since I have started. Trainers are exceptional and very creative. I have started at Push back in October with loads of hesitations because of the pandemic but they are very strict with the sanitization and limit of the people at gym at the same time. Also, the place is big enough so that we can easily spread out. The equipments are sanitized after each person and they are trying their best to keep the people safe. I have been seeing Kara and she is amazing. She listens to you and tailors the workout according to what you want to achieve. I cannot recommend Push and Kara highly enough. I am so glad that I found Kara!

    A true gem in the gym world. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the workouts are fun and challenging. You'll never to the same workout twice and the trainers accommodate all fitness levels. They also have worked incredibly hard to keep everyone safe during the pandemic by following the State's guidelines. Cannot recommend Push highly enough, best community to workout with.
