😠 As I expressed prior, it's amazing how people treat others. Poor customer service skills are going to lose my revenue from now on.     My last resort for shopping. Hate it here. Edit: went in yesterday and a bunch of deli sandwiches were expired and some were still frozen and expired which is weird. Deli had like three hot items ready. A Cop asked me “what do you need?” when We I entered the store. Oh but look they put new paint and signs up lol. 8 years later and this place still has terrible customer service and managers that look high all the time. Seriously avoid going here.

    I don’t plan on ordering curbside pick up from this location any more. I waited 20+ mins to get my order. Plus it’s hard to get a hold of anybody via phone. It would have been much quicker for me to go in the store and shop myself. Situations like this defeat the purpose of ordering curbside. Still patiently waiting as I write this review.

    Don’t order curbside at this location they suck. First they were late on “preparing” our order. Then I had to call them after 20mins and they said it was probably going to be another 10-15mins. However now we are sitting at 45mins and still haven’t gotten our stuff. There was like two other people here so why is it taking so long! Never shopping here again. Edit… I just called them again and now they are saying they are looking for our order. Saying they can’t find an order?!?! So why did we get the message that the order was ready to begin with.

    Says they close at 11 and it's actually 10. Staff was extremely rude because i asked them to unlock the glass for me to grab one item real quick. The police here got all aggressive with me for no reason too.

    This Walmart has changed a lot. They have changed the cash registers to self service and have a lot of room to check out. Don't know if there's any for an actual cashier, but I believe (and hope) they do. Just for the people that are disabled, that may have a lot of items. Or for people that may have 1 or 2 carts full of groceries. I did have to go to another register to purchase a bag though. The one I had didn't have any available. But overall it was cool.

    Lots of folks there 4 the hours of my visit. Could be better at restocking items & store 🏬 appearance. Had a few registers open and self checkout of course They had iTunes cards available,sometimes at some locations I have a hard time finding these. Or they are out of stock. This location has plenty Check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood Park Hill Bigg Baby!!!! 👌🏾

    Not a single good egg in the building, just this lone, sad carton of all cracked ones. Looked like the entire store had been raided. A ton of staff sitting around doing nothing. Food desert vibes :(

    This place has horrible customer service. The self check out lines were closed which really sucks because the cashier was like a zombie not saying 1 word to us. I definitely won't be back it's super getto anyway.

    So with all the new renovations, there have been more customers. Now I think they're struggling to keep up with inventory. I shop here as often as I can and I'll notice simple things not being restocked like vitamins or someone keeping up with the clothes department. The store looks decent, it's just feels unkept.

    Worst Walmart ever! High prices. Idiot employees. We get to the checkout stand, purchase $250 worth of groceries, then they tell us they are out of bags. No grocery bags. No bags to buy. Just take all the loose groceries and carry them with no bags! No signs saying that they were out of bags. Manager didn’t care. Just wanted to see our receipt to make sure we didn’t steal anything. Do not go here!

    This store is the absolute worst Walmart. I purchased all the items I had picked out and they had followed me through our the entire store as if I was stealing or something. It's really invasive to do this to people and I understand that it's their job but to sit there and also hassle me at the door after presenting my receipt. I swear that the employees are not dedicated to customer service what so every this is probably the last time I'll be visiting this location.

    Uffff I was head over heals for Walmart+. Hate their groceries but love the convince. Today was a horrific experience. The call center, the walmart + department and the store were the worst experience I've ever had. All of them. Ordered for delivery at 12am the night before for 9-10am and here I am at 9:26 outside walmart trying to pick up my own groceries set for delivery and they can not come outside to deliver then because they're not ready.. 22hrs ago I places and order and it is not ready. Pay better and get more employees. They are all hard at work, that my order isn't ready is your fault for not having competitive pay and employing sufficient staff for the amount of work handed.

    Went in to buy a Bluetooth adapter for my car.. had the item. But the cashier in the electronics dept was slow and did not seem fully upto speed on her job... normally I am lenient but the service was bad even by Walmart standards. Okay so this is now changed to one star because I am here at 10:42 p.m. and the store is closed so i say to the associate the signs on the door say 11:00 pm closed time. He shrugged and walked off what's up Walmart? either fix your signs or teach your employees what time you close!

    Sorry but it's the most ghetto walmart I have ever been to. Shelves weren't stocked and I've never seen so much items behind a locked case before. Got in and out as fast as I could. The workers were atleast nice and helpful!

    I received a text indicating that my pick up order was ready. When I arrived all but two slots in the pick up area were full. I waited over 20 minutes before I called to ask if there were problems because no one had received their order during this time. I was met with rudeness by someone telling me they .were short staffed. I offered empathy and kindness and asked him if there was a manager I could speak to because it was really unfair that was happening to them. I also asked for an ETA. This was met with a rude tactless comment that I could cancel my order if it was taking too long because he couldn’t give me an ETA. I could have walked in and picked up all of those items in less time. To make matters worse it’s an order I placed a day in advance. I literally just watched a lady, who had a baby in her car waiting this whole time, drive off without her stuff. I attempted to call the store multiple times while I waited to no avail. They are either not answering their phone, or picking it up and hanging it up instantly. This is easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere. I see a group of three employees just standing around outside right now while people continue to wait I am now on 45+ minutes of waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Walmart, do better. If you are that short staffed, hire more people. There are plenty of people looking for jobs right now!

    Great customer service, we had bought some large rolling totes and forgot to get the lids. I took one tote back with the receipt and the door greeter allowed me to just go get the lids and come back to her rather than have to go through customer service and wait in line. It was fast easy and hassle free. So thank you Walmart

    I've honestly had a mostly great experience buying groceries here. However, I've purchased expired milk from them twice. Both times, the expiration date suggested the milk had more than a week of shelf life, but both times that stamp was incorrect. When I tried to call to recommend that they investigate the products, no one answered the phone in any department. Two of the departments answered without saying anything and immediately hung up. Needless to say, I won't ever purchase dairy products from them again.

    Being that my fiance has a disability and needed an electric cart,there was not even two for a handful of customers who really needed one. There were five customers asking us to use the one we had . It's sad for those who really need to utilize the carts

    Accused of stealing by AP Oscar He asked me if he should call the police or if I wanted to talk to an associate. First thing he should have asked was to see a receipt or ask what I was doing instead of accusing me of stealing. I knew what he thought or assumed what I did. I have to give a star something I think that is forced for someone to give I was speechless after he asked me if he should call the police

    the cashier will start running another customer through before you finish bagging your groceries. This has happened both times I have come. I'll bag my own groceries without complaint, but I'm going to complain when several different staff just start charging the person in line after me before I even start putting my groceries in their bags.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Walmart. If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a delivery order on 10/14/23 and never received it. When it was supposed to be delivered I received an email it will be delayed 2 hours which never happened waited another 2 hours and still nothing. I came to the store to hear it was barely being loaded and half of my order wasn’t “in stock”. It has now been 5 days and Walmart is till holding my money and will not do anything but offer a $15 credit. I can’t dispute the charge with my bank because it’s in pending status. I will never shop at Walmart again.

    The cashier Tanya is a great associate. Went to grab a few things Christmas weekend, and she was professional and nice. Made the check out go fast and enjoyable rather than awkward and silent. I wish more cashiers were as friendly and fast as she is. 12.23.22

    Not as clean as other Walmart supercenters I've been to. Pallets of stock everywhere. Egg shelves were nearly empty. The associates were pretty damn awesome though. Very friendly and very polite and helpful

    As busy as usual. Clean store, employees are kind of strange they keep to themselves, I think they need more training on how to be more polite to clients. But is a good walmart for fabrics

    Instant prints are down there for the only option for the photo centre is the one our print station but the instant prints could be fixed easily with an associate to disconnect and reconnect the machine. Unfortunately, they are instead of standing around doing nothing. They can’t seem to figure out how to get the prints to release sooner from the one hour print station. Really useless associates

    Got my oil changed here. Fairly smooth process, but took almost 2 hours. Showed up by 4pm, and was done around 6. Full synthetic change came out to $59 with an extra quart of oil, and Jiffy Lube quoted me at $130 for the same oil change. Definitely not fast nor the best service, but you cannot beat the price.

    3 hrs of waiting for a tire change because the woman at the counter can't do her job right. She completely forgot to put me in the queue while I was sitting around waiting for 2 hours before I had to address here about it. There needs to be some training on paying attention to customers instead of worrying about what other co workers are doing. Not even a simple apology for the wait. Now I have to adjust my whole schedule because of one employee not paying attention.

    This Walmart is just absolutely wonderful they have pretty much everything you could possibly want all you have to do is look for it and if you can't find it just ask they'll definitely take you right to the product that you need
